00:11Because with this letter, I've got a lot of evidence in my case where there are signs of corruption, cover
00:25-up of injuries.
00:26I have one doctor who's given out fake names and lots of excuses.
00:35So yeah, with this reply from the Florida Department of Health, I started to notice some suspicious signs, possibly excuses
00:47and stonewalling as to why they can't investigate my situation.
00:52Yeah, funny things happen when you have government officials who make $50,000, $60,000 a year and they're commissioned
01:03with granting or revoking licenses to medical professionals who make millions of dollars a year.
01:11And I'll just leave it at that, okay?
01:13Another issue, a lot of my scans were done by Ascension.
01:18Their parent is the Roman Catholic Church.
01:252,000 years in existence on planet Earth.
01:29They have a lot of money.
01:31So much money, people probably cannot accurately assess it.
01:35For all intents and purposes, unlimited amounts of money.
01:39So I dug into my records and I sent a bunch more stuff.
01:45Like almost everything that I had.
01:48More than enough information to confirm my interaction with this doctor.
01:53Another issue with the Florida Department of Health, they are operating in a different era.
02:01They accept complaints against doctors via the internet, via email, okay?
02:09Once they receive that, they don't send you an email back to confirm that, okay?
02:16They want a postal mailing address.
02:19And about a week or two later, you get an envelope, a paper with ink printed on it.
02:29But this is their reply, all right?
02:34As you can see in these letters, the person who's writing this includes an email address.
02:40And what I did to speed this stuff up was, I wrote my replies via email, for the most part.
02:49But yeah, how this would work is, I send in the complaint via email.
02:55I'd get a paper letter in the mail a week or two later.
02:58I'd reply again via email, the information that they wanted.
03:03And then a week or two later, I'd get another piece of paper through the postal mail, all right?
03:09And this is like something that needs to change, all right?
03:13We're living in 2023.
03:17This stuff needs to be brought up to date.
03:20So this whole process, it moves very slow, and it's absolutely not necessary.
03:26I got this second letter, September 12th.
03:29This is a couple weeks following the first letter.
03:33And I'm kind of curious.
03:35They want copies of the patient medical records that were sent to Dr. Wayne Broth
03:43and already sent in, as you can see, a lot of stuff.
03:50So you'll see my reply here, September 19th.
03:56And I simply state where I already sent in all those records.
04:02So yeah, I got this reply, September 19th.
04:06And they're telling me here that they need some sort of documentation that Dr. Broth read the images.
04:17And I again reiterated the fact that the consultation took place on the telephone.
04:24I sent in the records via email.
04:27I am separated from the state of Florida, several hundred miles.
04:34This was telemedicine, so I didn't have any examples of paper records.
04:41You can see I mentioned this again and again, so they should know this.
04:46Absence of paper records.
04:49This does not excuse the doctor from giving out bad health advice, okay?
04:55Or simply giving his patient that he's given a consultation with his first name, all right?
05:04And this is also part of the complaint.
05:07I think this is extremely suspicious.
05:09And this doctor, I think he needs to be investigated.
05:15Anybody thinking about going to the state of Florida for medical treatment,
05:20please pay attention to my situation, all right?
05:25Because this is real-world stuff here.
05:28And actually, I would advise you to go elsewhere
05:30because it doesn't look very promising healthcare in the state of Florida.
05:36Looks like there may be some corruption afoot.
