In a sneak preview for an upcoming video: 2019 $500 CASH MRI at American Health Imaging Birmingham Alabama. Report by Birmingham Radiological Group MD Angus Baird noted no injuries. I later found I had broken bone in the same area. Tried to contact AHI BRG CEO Doyle Stewart to get the errors corrected or a new analysis and was denied (HEAR THE RECORDED PHONE CALLS IN MY VIDEOS). Pursuing this MRI was TOTAL waste of my time and money. However, I still had the images and I later took them to a third party where an anomaly was confirmed in the exact area where I had pain.

In late 2024 American Health Imaging, Inc. (“AHI”) and founder / CEO, Scott Arant, were announced to pay the United States federal government and the State of Georgia $5,250,000 to resolve allegations that they violated the False Claims Act by: (1) providing physicians with meals, tickets to sporting events, and other gifts to induce those physicians to refer diagnostic scans to AHI’s independent diagnostic testing facilities; and (2) entering into above fair market value personal services agreements with referring physicians to induce those physicians to refer scans to AHI.

My 2019 $500 (CASH) AHI MRI was looked by radiologist Dr. Angus Baird MD. I had a broken skull injury I almost died from - 3 inch long insects & worms grew in the wound (SEE X-RAYS / MRI / CT IN VIDEOS). The MD wrote no injury appeared in an image review that showed several inches diameter infection in my head. I took the error back to AHI and they told me they would not correct the mistake. My call to AHI CEO Scott W. Arant informing him of my situation was also never returned. Baird is a member of Birmingham Radiological Group, I had 3 their member MD's put their signature on reports saying no injuries appeared in my MRI/ CT / Xrays that DID show several inch diameter infection evidence of head trauma and broken skull. BRG CEO Doyle Stewart later disowned AHI verbally in my recorded call. (even though a website with a list of their MD's who work with AHI is still live on their website). I was eventually sucked into a circular game of phone tag denials and blame between the various parties, this lead to no resolution or acknowledgements or corrections of errors. I was out $500 and stuck with an incorrect reading with no recourse. The CEO refused to put me in contact with the MD to try and correct the matter. In 2024 AHI & Arant were forced into a Federal settlement worth 5 million dollars because of their alleged dealings offering kickbacks. Beware this company and their partners, since my visit they have grown rapidly and opened many facilities along hwy. 280 in Birmingham.
