Ara Deukmedjian, A Neuro-Spine MD I had consulted (see my recorded exchange with him in my other videos) is potentially looking at jail time, fines and revocation of his license after verbally attacking a nurse in a tirade during a recorded surgical procedure.

My apologies, I will not post the video here because of the extreme graphic nature of the language. The Space Coast Rocket has posted the viral video to their FB profile. The post received 203,000 views and 2,000 comments after being uploaded on June 26, 2025.

Deukmedjian claims AMERICAN BOARD OF NEUROLOGICAL SURGERY certification BUT DENIED 6 INCHES OF INFECTION present in MRI images of my head that I sent him! Hear my recorded call later in the video:

I share my 9/2/2022 Zoom Video Consultation (Free MRI Review) wIth neuro-spine surgeon, Dr. Ara Deukmedjian, licensed to practice medicine by the State Of Florida. He gave me incorrect medical advice when he stated evidence of a broken skull will not show up in an MRI scan! I sent in many of the X-RAY's, CT Scans, and MRI scans you can see on my Youtube Channel, My Medical Nightmare for his analysis in mid- August. At first I was told my images were "too old" but in the last week of August I was accepted for a consultation.

I was in the waiting room before the scheduled 2pm E.T. appointment. Our consult did not get under way for almost 1 hour after the scheduled time.
This Doctor did not allow me to record our meeting via the Zoom software but I had many backup video and audio recorders ready. I was also not allowed to share or interact during the meeting as is possible via Zoom. I had printed out copies of my images I had to hold up to the camera and when I did so the doctor abruptly ended our consultation.

This MD is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) & a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS). He claims no expertise in my injury area (broken skull) but was awarded a Neurological Surgery Residency by The University Of Florida 1997-2004. Despite this, he did not acknowledge a very serious broken skull head trauma based injury that appears in the imagery I sent him. Dr. Ara Deukmedjian feigned ignorance on my Injury area which may have a neurological component (below my skull near spine), his website boasts expertise in neurology, including educational references. He asked me about neck pain, but said he would not address the possible cause of the pain. I had sent him an MRI which shows 6 inches diameter infection in my head which developed around the main wound. Parasites may have developed in this area as well, what appears to be a 3 inch long insect can be seen in below my main wound in the MRI. I believe Dr. Ara Deukmedjian could have done much more to help me as a patient but he tried to back up the erroneous findings of Doctors who had had misdiagnosed me in the original scan readings.

00:00To see all the details on what happened to me, 70 to 70 plus hours video documentation at YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare.
00:10Alright, before we get started, my email contact is shown on screen. It's futurecloneguy at gmail.com.
00:17If you represent a hospital, a doctor, or a medical practice that I had dealings with that are named in these videos,
00:26and your issues with me are outstanding, unresolved, you need to contact me immediately and get this fixed.
00:35Following the numerous interactions with less than reputable professionals,
00:41be advised, I will not speak to you or your representative until money changes hands first.
00:48Yet another doctor in my case is potentially looking at the end of his professional career.
00:55Civil and criminal penalties, possible prison time, fines, after being caught on video,
01:03berating and cussing out a nurse in the process of performing surgery.

01:16Dr. R. Duke Medjian, MD of the Duke Spine Institute, located in the state of Florida.
01:22I'll go into the details of my own situation later on, and play my recorded phone call for my 2022 free MRI review consultation with him.
01:35Summarizing briefly, I contacted Dr. Duke Medjian regarding a very serious head trauma and broken skull injury.
01:45I sent him CT images and MRIs.
01:50You can hear in our consult, he would not acknowledge my injury, which included six inches diameter observable infection in my head and neck area.
02:01He then claimed that his expertise did not lie in this area.
02:06I believe that Dr. Duke Medjian did possess the skills to acknowledge the truth of what happened to me, and he chose not to.
02:15I believe Dr. Duke Medjian attempted to bluff me on the reality of the extent of my injuries.
02:22It may have been covering for the errors of the previous radiological doctors who misdiagnosed me, stating in their own write-ups from my imagery that no injuries existed.
02:36A video recording is being circulated on the internet.
02:40This is courtesy of the Space Coast rocket.
02:43The video was posted to their Facebook profile, Disturbing Behavior by a Surgeon on Facebook Live.
02:51In the video, you can see and hear what is alleged to be Dr. Duke Medjian performing a surgical procedure.
03:00I cannot and will not repost this video, but the audio is not suitable for family audiences.
03:08He launches into a tirade against a nurse who is assisting him in this operation.
03:171,500 comments, 173,000 views thus far.
03:24The doctor calls out the nurse.
03:27The nurse responds and offends the doctor.
03:30And then he launches into a litany of cursing, dropping F-bombs.
03:39Duke Medjian tells her he doesn't give a F how long she's been a nurse.
03:44He berates the nurse over the course of several seconds.
03:48And then apparently attempts to relieve her of her duties.
03:53According to some reports, she was fired on the spot.
03:57He verbally attacks the other members of the operating team, saying,
04:03You guys are effing unbelievable.
04:05Totally unacceptable behavior by this doctor.
04:08I tried to warn people about this guy.
04:11What happened in my case is actually far worse than what you can hear in this video.
04:16I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health.
04:20My own case was dismissed.
04:22My experience dealing with the Florida Department of Health indicates to me that they are lazy.
04:28Florida seems to have the disposition of being a host of many negligent doctors, some criminally.
04:35And they don't possess the enforcement capacity to regulate the medical industry there.
04:43A very sad situation.
04:44And then you'll also hear that he reads the reports that were given to me.
04:50And, yeah, if you go to see my other videos, I was misdiagnosed in many of these visits.
04:58And I pointed this out to him.
05:00Again, a good doctor who does an MRI review.
05:06Is he looking at the MRIs, the actual images, or is he looking at what the doctor wrote out?
05:13Because doctors who are just repeating the words of other doctors, that's not what practicing medicine is about.
05:21Real doctors out there, they apply their skill that they went to college for all these years
05:28to obtain these degrees, to present to the Department of Health of Florida
05:36and obtain these medical licenses that they then go on to use as their profession
05:42and make millions of dollars every single year.
05:47Okay?
05:47So this doctor, he did not do his job properly.
05:50Injuries are present in these pictures.
05:52You'll hear he tries to argue with me, a patient who knows otherwise.
05:56I'm Dr. Duke Majin.
05:59I looked at your MRI, and I know it's a bit old, but I had a chance to take a peek at it.
06:06What's going on?
06:07Are you having neck pain?
06:09Yeah, and a lot worse than that.
06:12Okay, my hand, it's on my left side, upper area of my neck, lower skull.
06:23What's bothering you?
06:24What's hurting you?
06:25Okay, I have, for the last four years, intense pain on the left side of my neck.
06:35I cannot turn my head left or right easily.
06:39Take your collar off and put your finger exactly where it's hurting you so I can see it.
06:44Okay.
06:45Yeah, give me a minute because there's a lot of pain here.
06:48Okay.
06:49Yeah, I can't really turn my head so easily.
06:52All right, go ahead and show me exactly where it's hurting you in one direction.
06:57Okay.
07:00I need you to turn more.
07:02Okay.
07:03Don't look at me.
07:05I need to, there we go.
07:06That's what I need to see.
07:07Right here.
07:08Left side?
07:09Left side, yes, sir.
07:11And just turning to the side hurts like heck.
07:13Moving my head out of a very limited range of articulation is a lot of pain.
07:20What about turning to the right side?
07:22No problem?
07:23I cannot turn left, right, up, or down very easily.
07:28There is a lot of pain.
07:30Thank you so much.
07:30Yeah.
07:31All right.
07:32I think I know what's wrong.
07:34Did you take a look at those images?
07:37Oh, yeah.
07:38I'm looking at them right now.
07:39I'm sorry.
07:39I didn't want to share my screen with you.
07:41I apologize.
07:42Yeah.
07:42I got the images here, too, that I can share possibly.
07:46I don't need you to share with me.
07:48Okay.
07:48I have them right here.
07:49This is your MRI right here.
07:51Okay.
07:53All right.
07:53So the good news is you don't have any herniated disc on this MRI that I can see.
07:59Now, your pain is coming up from C1, C2.
08:02Yeah.
08:02It's around, I think it's around, okay, could you go back?
08:06Uh-huh.
08:07Yeah.
08:08Could you go, anyway, you just passed that area where I believe there is a serious issue.
08:17Right here.
08:18Okay.
08:19Well, can you go, I wish that I could.
08:22Yeah.
08:23Okay, right there, and then it's below my brain.
08:25Can you see that?
08:26Right here.
08:27Yeah.
08:28That area to the left of your mouse cursor.
08:32Okay, now you've moved out of the range.
08:35Okay, yeah.
08:36Right there, and then to the left and up of your mouse cursor.
08:39That area right there.
08:41And you can see that the injury, it also kind of covers...
08:48Wait, wait.
08:48What are you talking about?
08:50Okay.
08:50I'm talking about this broken piece of bone that came off the underside of my skull.
08:57No, I don't think you have a broken piece of bone.
09:00Is it possible for me to share these images?
09:03Because I can show you otherwise.
09:06In 2018, I believe I broke the underside of my skull.
09:11And you can see this in these pictures.
09:14But listen, you wouldn't see that in an MRI.
09:17Yeah, you can.
09:18You can see also the side effects.
09:20Because I broke the underside of my skull, and I went into this emergency department.
09:26I was misdiagnosed.
09:28And then after several months passed, the area became infected.
09:32Do you have that other MRI?
09:34The MRI?
09:35It doesn't matter, because I don't treat this kind of stuff.
09:38Okay, well, it's in the area of my spine, sir.
09:41You're a doctor, right?
09:43I'm a doctor.
09:44Okay.
09:44I wish that I could.
09:46I got the pictures printed out here.
09:48It doesn't matter.
09:48There's nothing I can do to help you in this area.
09:51Okay, you're.
09:52But yeah, it's going to be in the area.
09:55Again, I'm not an expert.
09:57I don't deal with this area.
09:59So I'm not going to address it with you.
10:01First, second, vertebrae.
10:03You deal with that issue, don't you?
10:06You can see an injury in that area.
10:08Can you bring up the overhead imagery, please?
10:12Of the, uh, go to the brain or the, um, yeah.
10:17Yeah, okay, this one.
10:20Yeah, and I, you gotta, uh, I gotta get to.
10:23That's the top right there.
10:25Okay.
10:26Can you bring, there's some other pictures in here.
10:30That's what I have.
10:33Okay.
10:34You gotta bring up the, um.
10:36But if this is below your brain, I'm not dealing with that area.
10:41Okay, well, yeah, it's in the, it's actually in the area.
10:44I think I broke the underside of my skull.
10:46There may be damage in that area.
10:48I don't deal with that part.
10:48You're going to have to go see a neurosurgeon that does.
10:51But, okay, you can look at these pictures.
10:53Can you tell me if there's an injury or not?
10:55I cannot, no.
10:56You cannot?
10:56I'm not, I don't deal with that area.
11:00Okay, well, you can.
11:00What does the report say?
11:02Yeah, what does the report say?
11:03Well, you're the doctor.
11:04I wanted to ask you, sir.
11:07Yeah, this is an MRI consultation for the spine.
11:11Okay, can you go to that area?
11:14First, second vertebrae in the cervical column of my neck.
11:19And I've got an injury there that you can see.
11:22It doesn't say anything here.
11:25About first and second.
11:28Okay, can you bring up?
11:29The MRI of the cervical spine is essentially unremarkable.
11:33Okay.
11:33Okay, you're going to have to look at the pictures.
11:35I was misdiagnosed.
11:37Yeah, I'm not going to help you with that.
11:39That's not what I do.
11:39Okay, here.
11:41I think it was fine.
11:41If you go up to this area where you were on the profile, you can.
11:46We're done.
11:48We're done.
11:49We're not done.
11:50I'm not done because I've got a real serious injury I need to have looked at.
11:53Right here.
11:54There's my brain.
11:55There's the cervical column.
11:58T1, T2.
12:00I've got a broken piece of bone under my skull.
12:02Okay.
12:05You know, I'm not done so.
12:08I'm not done.
12:09I'm not done.
12:10That's not necessarily.
12:12All right.
12:12You're not done.
12:13All right.
12:14We're in place still.
12:15You gotta pick one.
12:15Okay.
12:16I don't know.
12:17追 Schmacher ready.
12:19Yeah.
12:20I don't know.
12:21I can only know.
12:23I can make a client call.
