‘No Shaadi Card, No Entry’ – Man Rams Tractor Into Wedding Lawn After Being Snubbed

Shahjahanpur, UP: In a shocking late-night drama at a marriage lawn in Miranpur Katra, a young man allegedly went on a rampage with his tractor – all because he was not invited to a wedding.

The incident took place late Sunday night on the Katra-Khudaganj highway. According to reports, the man, a local resident, became furious after realising that while he was left out, his wife had been invited and was attending the ceremony from the groom’s side.

Around 12 am, the accused reached the wedding venue in an agitated state and deliberately rammed his tractor into the main gate, smashing it completely. The entire act was captured on the lawn’s CCTV cameras.

Local police rushed to the spot after getting information and brought the situation under control. Following talks between both parties late that night, a compromise was reached.

Inspector Awadhesh Singh of Miranpur Katra police station confirmed that no written complaint or statement was received, and therefore no legal action was taken after the matter was resolved amicably.
