01:06This is the second case actually the first one you know happened with the son

01:12Last year in the UK, which had you know

01:16A not so good outcome for death to say

01:19Well, this one's a different case and it looks like

01:24It might actually go true for death

01:27Based on the way things are unfolding, you know

01:30This being televised is you know updates day by day and

01:34Everything looks very negative for Amber Heard

01:38There is nothing here that even gives her

01:45Even a 1% chance of

01:48Coming out of this

01:49You know it looks like it's going to be a huge L for her

01:52And this brings me to

01:54a really interesting standpoint

01:57I've come to notice you know from looking through Twitter and YouTube

02:01You know posts about the whole channel

02:03So even if Amber Heard somehow wins this case

02:09Because remember this is still at its core

02:11A

02:13Labyrinth case

02:14Right?

02:14You know about the information of character

02:18So even if she does manage just to win it on like the technical aspects because of that

02:25She's still going to have to leave this out for like the rest of her career

02:32But it's going to

02:33In fact it's probably going to be worse than if she loses the case because now it's going to

02:38reinforce the notion that people have that male victims aren't taken seriously

02:44You know it's just going to make her look even worse that in some ways it'll look like

02:51The system you know the court system is protecting abusers

02:56Which actually further confirms what people have been saying for years

03:00You know they have a history of protecting the abusers

03:02You know a la Harvey Weinstein and his clients

03:06You know and you know Epstein's Island and his clients

03:09All that going on

03:11No one got indicted really

03:14All that stuff

03:16Nobody even hearing about right

03:18And this could probably go in that direction

03:21But even so

03:23With the amount of support that's

03:26Towards Johnny Depp and sympathy towards Johnny Depp and the amount of like

03:30Negativity towards Amber Hood

03:33There's no way in hell she's going to recover from this

03:38She's going to live it up for the rest of her career that

03:40She's that girl that shit the bed and you know lost her shit and basically admitted

03:50On audio that you know she

03:52Assaulted and took advantage of someone

03:57Who was like you know had their own mental problems because

04:00To be honest here you know he isn't 100% there either you know he

04:07He had some mental problems

04:09So in a way it's like someone takes advantage of another person

04:13You know with the circumstances that they're in

04:16And it wouldn't be the first time Amber was in a relationship with a girl before

04:21Who broke up with her for similar um reasons you know abuse and whatnot

04:28So it's a pattern of abuse here and you know that's the thing I want to get to

04:35When it comes to this whole case is the pattern of abuse when it comes to like

04:42One gender

04:43It's always either done played or ignored totally

04:47Right like

04:48If it was Johnny Depp who was being grilled on the scan and Amber Hood was the one who was

04:53All emotional and whatnot

04:54This case would have been wrapped up and he would be going into

04:59You know jail pretty much

05:03They're not going to let it slide if it's like an actual male abuser

05:08I mean they're probably giving like some sort of leeway

05:10Whatever but he's going to end up in prison

05:13But Amber Hood

05:14There's

05:15She's not going to end up in prison

05:18And that shows the huge double standard as to why

05:22You know victims of abuse are not taken seriously

05:25Like male victims why don't say nothing

05:28You know look at this whole situation

05:31It further reinforces the trope

05:34And if she wins

05:36It's going to further reinforce the trope

05:39And send that message to everyone that

05:43Yeah male victims are not victims essentially

05:46But on the flip side of it

05:49More and more people are going to hate her and the system

05:53And want to actually change the system

05:56Hopefully you know

05:57Because you can't just have a system like this that's so backwards and biased

06:02When there's so many people being taken advantage of

06:04And not gain any justice whatsoever

06:08So there's a bit of you know

06:10Positive to this

06:12Either way it's no win or lose

06:14Amber Hood's career is pretty much done

06:19At this point

06:22WB and whoever else has hired her for their projects their movies whatever

06:26They have nothing to say at this point okay

06:32They dropped Johnny Depp

06:34Although they did pay him but they dropped him off their franchises

06:37They're going to have to drop Amber Hood because they're not going to be able to

06:41Keep her after this whole debacle

06:45Even if she wins or she loses

06:48They're going to have to drop her

06:50Oh yeah

06:56Co-op case that Amber Hood and Johnny Depp

06:58I've been watching as it come out for the past month all the updates

07:03It's pretty much playing out as much as I expected

07:07You know although I did find it kind of interesting how so many people are acting

07:11Not surprised about some of the information that has been displayed

07:16Even though some of these audios of them have been out there like for over a year now

07:23Now this also shows you how some people are out of the loop when it comes to this

07:29To some of that really

07:33It's doom doom for Amber Hood you know

07:36Like this is very much her day of reckoning
