00:00If I get traded, what happens to the podcast?
00:04We're going to have to find out.
00:05Just replace me?
00:07Like, that's just like that, huh?
00:08Next man up, I'll ask Mark Hale if he wants to come on and co-host with me.
00:12Oh, boy.
00:13See that?
00:15Everyone's replaceable, Ryan.
00:16You're not replaceable, Cosmo.
00:19Hello, and welcome to Gang Zola here.
00:20My name is Ryan Sampson.
00:22That's our Jets beat writer, Brian Costello.
00:24The Jets are coming off a victory.
00:26Victory Monday.
00:27Finally, they get a win.
00:28They beat the Bengals 39-38, which really was a miraculous win.
00:33Fourth quarter comeback, scoring 23 points.
00:35We're here to break it down on today's episode with Cos.
00:37But before it gets anything, as always, Cos, have you been traded yet?
00:42I am a little concerned that you might be on the block now.
00:45I don't think they're going to get much return for me, Ryan.
00:47I don't think you have to worry.
00:49My wife might be excited, but I don't think anyone has anything to worry about.
00:54Well, look, you said first-round pick for return.
00:57I don't know if I'm willing to part with a first-rounder for you yet.
01:00But look, how about that victory yesterday for the Jets?
01:04Yesterday, I think, was it'll go down as one of the all-timers in my head just in terms of how the day started with the news of Nick Mangold and then into this game, which I just didn't know how to have a feeling.
01:16Because I grew up watching Nick, and I know you covered him, and I want to hear your thoughts about it.
01:22But for me, just real quick, it hurt.
01:24It hurt hearing that news just because Nick Mangold was one of my favorite players growing up.
01:30And just 41 years old, I'm just really upset.
01:33I had lost my mother to kidney cancer this summer, and I can relate to, unfortunately, this type of news.
01:40But it just struck Jets fans, and I think, really hard getting that news yesterday.
01:47I just want to hear your thoughts about Nick Mangold and the passing of him.
01:51Yeah, it's tough, Rye.
01:54Nick was a great guy.
01:56It was pretty shocking.
01:58I walked in the stadium yesterday, and I ran into somebody who works for the Jets.
02:04Obviously, Nick Folk's the only player who played with Nick Mangold, but there's a lot of people that still work for the Jets that knew Nick when he was a player.
02:13And obviously, Nick hasn't gone anywhere.
02:16He stayed in the area, and he's been around the Jets a lot.
02:18So somebody told me, and it was just shocking and stunning.
02:24And I sort of went into reporter mode, and I had to write a story, and I called some people to get reflections on Nick.
02:32And it really hit me when the game started because I stopped working.
02:37I stopped writing, and I started thinking about Nick.
02:40And he's just one of a kind.
02:44Like, he was just funny and smart, and he always had time.
02:51So that was tough.
02:52And then you think of him as a player, and I've told this story before, and I wrote it.
02:58I don't think I knew how good Nick Mangold was as a football player until 2011.
03:06He had a high ankle sprain, and he missed the game in Oakland, and the Jets sort of did okay in that game because the Raiders weren't good.
03:13But then they came back and played the Ravens on a Sunday night, and it was Ed Reed, and it was Haloti Nada, and it was Ray Lewis.
03:20And I remember watching Nick before the game.
03:24He was trying to play, and it just wasn't happening.
03:26And Tannenbaum was out there, and the trainers were out there, and he just couldn't move.
03:33And they had a guy who had been a street free agent and ended up starting at center that night.
03:41And I think it was, in my mind, just the first play of the game.
03:43It might have been the first series.
03:46Ed Reed came screaming off to the side in the blitz and just blasted Sanchez.
03:50And later in the game, Nada blasted Sanchez.
03:52And, like, it looked like the Jets hadn't practiced.
03:54Like, they had no idea pre-snap how to handle the Ravens, and I'm like, wow, that's mangled, right?
04:03Like, he just did everything, especially when Sanchez was young.
04:07He set the protections, and, you know, Sanchez used to check with him before the play to see what Nick liked.
04:13And so just phenomenal football player and then just a phenomenal guy.
04:18Like, I ran into him.
04:20I would see him sometimes at the Jets facility and stuff.
04:23But I ran into him in the street probably a year ago, maybe, because he still lived by the Jets facility.
04:29And I saw him and his wife.
04:31One day they were out to lunch, and I was walking down the street.
04:34And I saw them, and it couldn't have been nicer.
04:37He came on this podcast, Ryan, before you were the host, when he was being inducted into the Ring of Honor.
04:43And he was phenomenal on this podcast that night.
04:46Like, he was as honest as I've ever heard him.
04:48Because, you know, Nick was a great guy.
04:50Nick didn't say a lot when he was playing.
04:52He was very careful with his words.
04:56So just, you know, I just, my heart goes out to his family.
04:59I'm just thinking of his kids.
05:00And I have some connections with Del Barton, where he was coaching.
05:05And I know the work he was doing there.
05:06I talked to somebody this morning who lives, whose kids are the same age as Nick's in that town.
05:13And they know Nick.
05:14And they say, like, what he did for them.
05:16And so just awful.
05:19And, like, I don't know where they're going to have the service, Ryan, because there's no place big enough.
05:22Like, it's going to be, they might have to have it at MetLife because there's going to be so many people there.
05:27Yeah.
05:27Just beloved player, but beloved person and human being.
05:34And not a bad word can be said about Nick Mangold.
05:37And just the outpouring of love from Jets fans and also the NFL yesterday was really awesome to see.
05:44And, you know, I do have to try and spin this forward into what happened yesterday on the field.
05:50And, look, Kaz, I think that was a miracle in how they pulled that game off yesterday.
05:55But I have to give credit and start with the offense and Justin Fields.
06:01The way that week started last week from Woody Johnson's comments to we think that he's going to be benched for Tyrod Taylor to Tyrod is actually really banged up that Justin's now going to be the starter.
06:12And he goes out there and just plays his ass off and has a really great game yesterday.
06:17And I think it was, you know, really a testament to him.
06:21What were your takeaways and what Justin Fields and the offense were able to do yesterday?
06:25Yeah, I mean, really remarkable.
06:27Like you said, it's a tough week for him, right?
06:31And I think, you know, his post-game press conference, sometimes people forget they're humans, you know.
06:39And fortunately, like, I'm around them, so I don't think I forget that.
06:43And I'm measured on here and measured when I criticize.
06:47I don't try to go too crazy, but people do.
06:51And he obviously was taking it from the owner.
06:54He was getting criticized last week.
06:55And for him to come out and play like that was just really just shows a lot about him and his mental toughness.
07:02You know, and I thought the offensive line was tremendous.
07:07You know, I think there was one pressure all game.
07:10They obviously opened up the lanes for Brees.
07:14And, you know, that's what the Jets offense is supposed to look like.
07:19That was the plan.
07:20That was the plan in August.
07:21They did a nice heavy dose of running, but they also mixed in some nice passing concepts.
07:26I thought Tanner Angstrand had a tremendous game.
07:29You know, I think that fourth down early in the game was audible, I'm going to assume.
07:33But other than that, it's hard to nitpick anything about what they did.
07:39He really called a nice game.
07:42And then Brees played tremendous.
07:45Isaiah Davis played well.
07:47Tyler Johnson played well.
07:49Mason Taylor played well.
07:49There was just a lot of good performances offensively from them.
07:53And, you know, I give Angstrand and Aaron Glenn credit for calling the halfback option pass because I wrote it this morning.
08:00Like, if that's an interception, today's conversations are different.
08:06So that's a very, very risky call.
08:10And it worked.
08:11And I saw Angstrand actually leaving the locker room, and I just kind of said, ballsy call, coach.
08:16And he smiled, and he said, we've been working on that for weeks, you know.
08:19So they had that in there, and we're looking for the chance to use it from the four-yard line.
08:25Great call.
08:27You know, it worked.
08:28So it's a great call.
08:29It's one of those.
08:29It worked.
08:30It's a great call.
08:31If it didn't work, we'd be going crazy right now.
08:33Well, yeah.
08:33What's crazy about that play, Kaz, is that Brees actually had Mason Taylor at first, and he pulls the ball.
08:39He says he couldn't see him.
08:40He says he couldn't see him, and he pump-faked a little bit.
08:43He pumped it, yep.
08:43And then he threw it.
08:44Just a great catch by the rookie, huh?
08:46Oh, my God.
08:47It was a moss, you know.
08:49I mean, in that DB, the DB's got to be sick because if he's facing Brees, that's an interception probably, you know, or at least a breakup.
08:57So, yeah, great catch by Mason Taylor.
09:01Yeah.
09:01So, look, 500 yards of offense.
09:04Jets haven't done that since playing the Bengals.
09:08Mike White.
09:09Mike White, yeah.
09:10Since 2018.
09:11It was the second time they've had 500 yards of offense or more.
09:14Look, you called it on the pod on Friday about getting Brees involved in this offense.
09:18And, yeah, just that's the type of performance where you kind of wonder, guys, why couldn't they do more of that?
09:27You do.
09:28And now I don't want to be Debbie Downer here because you got your win and everyone's happy.
09:33But the Bengals defense, not good, right?
09:37Not good.
09:37Like, especially Trey Hendrickson wasn't himself, and then he left the game.
09:41So, they had no pass rush whatsoever, you know, and they missed tackles even more than the Jets.
09:50So, Jets got the win.
09:53I'm not taking anything away from them.
09:55But when you ask the question of, like, why can't they do this all the time?
09:57Like, hey, you don't play defense that poor.
10:00And, you know, when they play the Browns in two weeks, it ain't going to look like that.
10:04I promise you, because Miles Garrett's going to be screaming off at the edge, and I'm sure you're hoping he doesn't have five sacks like he had yesterday.
10:12But he's going to pressure the quarterback.
10:13I mean, Justin Fields had all the time in the world yesterday to operate, which credit the offensive line.
10:19But I'm also hard-pressed to name who those guys were on the defensive line yesterday other than Trey Hendrickson.
10:25So, that contributed to it for sure.
10:28But I think, you know, Aaron Glenn has talked about the Jets' brand of football, and I think offensively that was the brand of football they want to play.
10:37So, it was good to see it and see it working, and I think it's good for the players to see it and get reinforcements and know they can do it.
10:45Now, it's just building off of that.
10:47Completely agree with you, Kaz.
10:49That was the brand of football that we had heard so much about in training camp, that they were going to run the hell out of the football,
10:54that they were going to predicate everything off the run.
10:57And, look, if you can get Isaiah Davis as involved as they did in the past game and get Brees involved in the past game, too,
11:03it just unlocks that other part of the offense.
11:06But, again, it was a bad defense, a really bad defense they went up against yesterday, so things deserve context.
11:12But 500 yards is 500 yards and scoring 39 points.
11:15I do want to talk about Aaron Glenn and ask you about his performance yesterday.
11:19I thought, by far, his best game as a head coach.
11:21What started out roughly, and it wasn't his fault that fourth and one call that got checked out by Justin and turned out to be a halfback toss.
11:30But the decisions from him to go for it twice for two points, the analytics tell him to go for that, and yet it works out both times.
11:39The second one was insane how that ball crossed the goal line from Isaiah Davis.
11:44But it works out for them, right?
11:46They kicked the extra point, and now you're playing ahead 39-38.
11:50What did you make of Aaron Glenn's day yesterday and his decision-making?
11:53Yeah, he pressed all the right buttons yesterday.
11:55You know, he did.
11:56He really did a good job.
11:58You know, you're talking in-game stuff.
12:01I thought he was aggressive when he should be.
12:03I thought he kicked field goals when he should kick field goals.
12:05I know there was some – maybe there was the first field goal.
12:09Yeah.
12:09Maybe some people questioned, but I thought get some points.
12:12You're down 10-0 already.
12:13Get some points.
12:14I was okay with that.
12:16I thought he managed the end of the first half pretty well.
12:19You know, they drove down the field.
12:20They got the field goal.
12:22And then the two-point conversions are fascinating.
12:24I actually wanted to ask him about it, and I didn't get a chance to today,
12:27because we just ran out of time.
12:29Because I'm curious, like, you know, 20 years ago,
12:32there's no way a coach is going for two points in those situations.
12:35And there were some scribes in the press box who were questioning it yesterday,
12:39some older scribes, Ryan, much older than me, who were questioning it.
12:44And, you know, I don't know if you know Seth Walder from ESPN.
12:48I do.
12:49Seth used to cover the Jets.
12:50And Seth covered the Jets probably 10, 15 years ago now.
12:55And Seth was way ahead of his time with analytics.
12:57And Seth used to talk about when you're down 15 and score, and you go for two.
13:02And he would always preach.
13:03I always called to Seth Walder.
13:04So I was texting with him.
13:06And I'm like, a lot of guys question the Seth Walder right here, you know.
13:10But he convinced me at some point.
13:12And so I'm curious of Aaron Glenn, who is a guy who played in the 90s and 2000s.
13:18And, like, when did he evolve?
13:21I'm going to guess at some point Aaron Glenn had to evolve into being a believer in the analytics.
13:26Because he went with it yesterday, and it worked.
13:28So that was a good job by him.
13:30Well, I think you've got to give credit to the Lions organization, right,
13:33where he coached a lot of years here recently.
13:36And they're a very analytics-heavy approach in terms of being aggressive,
13:41going for it on fourth down, even in their own territory,
13:43but then going for two points when you can early on.
13:46Because it just makes you – it puts you in a better spot when you kick that extra point in the end
13:50because now you're playing ahead with that one-point lead.
13:54Look, it really was Aaron Glenn's best performance as a head coach.
13:57I would love to see him build upon this.
13:59I thought Zach Taylor had a horrible day yesterday as a head coach.
14:02And I want to talk about the defense now.
14:06Not a great showing from Steve Hook's defense.
14:08A lot of missed tackles from the safeties.
14:10I think the linebackers got swallowed up in the run game a ton.
14:13I don't know where the defensive line was.
14:14Quentin Williams in the run game as well.
14:16Yeah.
14:17What were your takeaways from this Jets defense getting carved up by Joe Flacco
14:21and this run game for 38 points?
14:23Yeah, so first off, they came up with the stops when they needed to.
14:28So give them credit for that, right?
14:30Because how many times as Jets watchers have we seen through the years where the Jets defense played pretty well for all day
14:37and then they needed one stop in the fourth quarter and they collapsed, right?
14:40So this was sort of bizarro world, Jets, on Sunday where the defense played horribly most of the day
14:45and then came up with the stops when they needed.
14:47So I'll give them credit there.
14:48They won the game.
14:50Okay.
14:50So from there, I think you go – they're playing without Sauce Gardner, okay?
14:56So they're facing Jamar Chase and Tee Higgins.
14:59So I think the focus of the defense was, hey, you know, let's not let Chase and Higgins beat us.
15:10And when you do that, you're going to open something else up.
15:12And I think they opened up the run game.
15:14They had light boxes and the Bengals took advantage of it.
15:18But Higgins had the big catch and then didn't have another catch the rest of the day.
15:21Chase had, what, 12 catches?
15:2312 catches, 91 yards.
15:25Yeah.
15:25I mean, not many memorable ones though, right?
15:28Like he didn't kill you.
15:29Like I think some people were like, oh, my God, Jamar Chase and Tee Higgins are going to have a day
15:34against the secondary with no Sauce.
15:36So it's kind of a weird situation.
15:41They have to clean up the tackling.
15:42They're tackling us.
15:43And they did better the last two weeks.
15:46So maybe this was an anomaly.
15:49Maybe they get better, you know, when they do go back to playing a little bit more of a normal defense.
15:54I think their sole focus yesterday was just not getting beat by Chase and Higgins.
15:59And I can understand that.
16:00Yeah, look, I mean, the Bengals also played into it.
16:03Like if they're going to try and take away the pass, we're just going to keep running the ball down your throat,
16:07which they did.
16:07I mean, Samadji Perron was averaging over 10 yards a carry in the game yesterday.
16:12And I will say on the Tee Higgins touchdown, that's a rookie mistake by Malachi Moore,
16:17biting up on that play and putting his other rookie, fellow rookie Thomas, one-on-one.
16:22You don't want to put him in that situation.
16:24So you hope that the Jets, Glenn, Wilks, they can coach these mistakes out of these young guys
16:28and they learn from those mistakes.
16:31I just, am I crazy though to say it really wasn't another great performance with Quinton Williams.
16:36Like, doesn't show up much in the stat sheet, doesn't have many pressures.
16:39And I just, I wonder if he could have more of an impact here for this Jets defense.
16:44He's your star on the defensive line.
16:46He's supposed to lead the way.
16:48Bad penalty too.
16:50Yeah.
16:50Jumped off sides before halftime.
16:52That was a bad penalty.
16:54Yeah, I mean, look, I'd have to look at the numbers and stuff.
16:57And the Jets always say, oh, he's getting double teamed.
17:00They're doing everything to him.
17:02So I'm not sure if that's accurate.
17:04I would say it was concerning that the Jets just had no pass rush again.
17:08Like they, they, Will McDonald had one sack, but that was kind of Flacco trying to make something happen late in the game.
17:15Gets the sack.
17:16They have no takeaways again, which is just hard to believe.
17:20So, yeah.
17:23Quinton, Quinton doesn't always, he doesn't always show up on the stat sheet and he'd be disruptive.
17:29Like I thought he was very disruptive against Carolina.
17:31And he wasn't necessarily over the stat sheet, but yeah, it was a quiet game from him yesterday.
17:35Yep.
17:36So look, it was a step back, certainly for the defense.
17:39You, you hope that they can have a bounce back.
17:42Let's spin it forward.
17:43Cause going forward one in seven, they got their win.
17:46You talked me off the ledge here a little bit, considering Friday, I said that they weren't going to get a win.
17:50You were right.
17:51They got, are you with me on five?
17:53No, no way.
17:53No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
17:54I think this Bengals defense, like you said, is a hundred percent accurate.
17:58They are a very bad defense.
17:59They had zero pass rush.
18:01And it's interesting is that you asked Aaron Glenn going forward.
18:04If Justin Fields is still the starting quarterback going forward, do you believe that this performance has locked that in?
18:11At least for Cleveland, I think I'm still, you know, I think it was locked in for the season or anything like that.
18:17But man, he played, played his ass off.
18:19Like you're going to put him on the bench after that.
18:20So no, I think he's, I think he's earned the right to start against Cleveland.
18:24I completely agree with you.
18:27I guess by all intents and purposes, you would hope that Garrett Wilson comes back for that Browns game.
18:35Do you think this Jets team can find more consistency offensively and not just be these one-offs like it was yesterday and like it was against Pittsburgh?
18:44Yeah, that's the question.
18:46No, I mean, there's no evidence that they can.
18:48So, right, like that's, that's why Justin Fields is Justin Fields is he plays games like yesterday and then that he plays some games that are just terrible that we've seen this season.
19:01So he hasn't been able to find the consistency in his career.
19:04So there's no reason to think it's going to happen now.
19:06And, you know, I, I think, I think, I think that's the, that's the biggest question mark though now is can, can they somehow find some consistency and play like they did yesterday down the stretch?
19:20But I'm skeptical.
19:21And do you still believe that, you know, if this team can piece together some more competitive games, they can win a couple more games here down the stretch?
19:31And it's not as, as dire as I think it is, you know, if they end up being a one or two win team.
19:34Hey man, I was there Friday before they won.
19:38So I picked five games with you and Frankie.
19:41I picked five wins.
19:42All right.
19:42Don't, don't lump me in of like, Hey, now they won a game.
19:45And yeah, look like they're, it's the NFL.
19:49Like who the hell knows what's going to happen?
19:51And Cleveland's Cleveland's defense is very good.
19:54Their offense stinks.
19:55So can they, can they possibly get some takeaways there?
19:58I'm looking at the schedule over here on my computer.
20:02Uh, the Falcons got curb stomped by the Dolphins.
20:05I didn't see any of that game, but I saw the score.
20:07So, yeah, so that's, so they're now great shakes.
20:11The Dolphins jets can beat the Dolphins, right?
20:16The saints.
20:17Who's going to be the quarterback of the saints at that point?
20:19Saints look bad right now.
20:20Yeah.
20:21There you go.
20:21And there's going to be one stim, you know,
20:23and they could pull up a surprise somewhere along the way too.
20:25There's wins on the schedule, right?
20:26There's wins.
20:27I know you say there's wins,
20:28but also that week 16 game can be vital for the number one pick that you think
20:32is so overrated in having for the jets.
20:35Oh, with the saints.
20:36Yeah.
20:37Not that they win all these games.
20:38We're not talking about the number one.
20:39We win all these games.
20:41I love it.
20:42I love it.
20:42Cause, uh,
20:43one player I do want to highlight real quick before we finish.
20:45Up Jarvis Brownlee jr.
20:47They traded for him.
20:48Uh,
20:48how about the impact he has had on this defense already?
20:52Yeah.
20:53He flies around,
20:54you know,
20:55and,
20:56uh,
20:56he's tough physical.
20:58Yeah.
20:58I mean,
20:59that was like a great trade right now.
21:01There's some reason the Titans traded him,
21:03Ryan.
21:03There is some reason the Titans traded him and it's clearly not because of the way
21:07he plays.
21:09So I'm curious if something flares up at some point,
21:11you know,
21:12like,
21:13but like right now that trade is a home run.
21:15He's been playing well.
21:17And,
21:17um,
21:17obviously made the play at the end of the game to secure it.
21:20And he just,
21:21I'd say like Quincy plays like that.
21:24Like Quincy flies around and plays like his hair is on fire,
21:26but they don't have,
21:27gets off a lot of guys that play like that.
21:29So it stands out when he's out there.
21:31And I thought Quincy returning was big for them yesterday too.
21:35Um,
21:36I know the defense didn't play great,
21:38but Quincy made some plays and that'll help to have him out there.
21:41Yeah.
21:41And Brownlee came up with a key stop at the end there,
21:43the last play of the game.
21:45Uh,
21:45he just,
21:46he continues to make plays for this jet defense.
21:48And like you said,
21:49I don't know why the Titans traded him.
21:51Uh,
21:51or like you said,
21:52there's a reason they traded him.
21:53I don't know.
21:53Some reason,
21:54Ryan,
21:54I don't know what it is,
21:55but also at the same time,
21:57bad organizations stay bad.
21:58And the Titans have not been a good organization since Mike Vrabel has left that
22:01place.
22:01So,
22:01uh,
22:02it's certainly fascinating that,
22:04that the jets are able to get their hands on this guy.
22:06Um,
22:07final question,
22:08considering the trade that they made for Brownlee,
22:10the trade deadlines coming up.
22:12I heard you ask Aaron Glenn and they made the joke about trading you,
22:15but in all seriousness,
22:16could the jets be making some deals here as the deadline approaches?
22:20And especially since they're in a bi-week now.
22:23Yeah.
22:23Yeah.
22:24I mean,
22:24look,
22:24I think that we're recording this on Monday.
22:28I think Monday and Tuesday,
22:29you keep an eye on it.
22:31I think once we get past Tuesday,
22:33teams are going to be in their prep weeks,
22:34unless it's a team that also has a buy,
22:36but teams are going to be moving into the prep.
22:38And then I think things heat up next week,
22:41um,
22:42Monday,
22:42Tuesday,
22:43next week,
22:43you know,
22:43when the deadline hits,
22:44but yeah,
22:44I think the jets will definitely do something.
22:47I just don't know how,
22:49how big it will be.
22:50I mean,
22:51breeze hall is fascinating to me right now because like what,
22:58that's what he can do,
22:59which you saw yesterday.
23:00So do you trade that away?
23:03Are you going to pay them?
23:05Um,
23:06do you think you're going to get a complex?
23:07I,
23:07I personally,
23:08you know,
23:08someone asked on Twitter,
23:09I think the jets are probably going to be in spending mode this off season.
23:12So they're probably not going to get complex,
23:14but they know better than me.
23:16Um,
23:17the Isaiah Davis had a nice game,
23:19but like,
23:20I think he's a nice number two back.
23:22Yeah.
23:22I'm not sure you want him as your lead back.
23:24And then if he is the lead back,
23:25who is the number two back is the question.
23:27So a lot for Darren Mouji and Aaron Glenn to weigh in the next week.
23:32Cause they've got to balance the future versus the next nine games.
23:39You know,
23:39the far future versus the immediate future.
23:41Uh,
23:42they still have nine games to play.
23:44Do they wave the white flag to their locker room after a big win?
23:47Or do they,
23:48do they try to keep something together here?
23:50But I think,
23:50you know,
23:51guys like Michael Carter,
23:53um,
23:53could be on his way out.
23:56Cause obviously Brownlee has replaced him.
23:58Um,
24:00well,
24:00McDonald's an interesting one to me too.
24:02Ryan,
24:02I don't really get how they're using him.
24:05He's not playing a lot.
24:06So does he not fit what they're doing defensively?
24:09Do they move him?
24:10Uh,
24:11I don't think Quinn will get traded.
24:13Uh,
24:13Quincy's an interesting one too.
24:15Cause he's another one,
24:17a lot of energy on defense.
24:18Like we talked about,
24:19but are you going to,
24:20are you going to pay him?
24:21Or do you feel like let's get something for him now instead of let him,
24:23walk in free agency.
24:24So it's going to be an interesting week.
24:27Certainly will cause,
24:28uh,
24:28we appreciate you as always for hopping on here,
24:30giving us your takeaways.
24:31Uh,
24:32I'm sure we're looking forward to seeing your coverage throughout the trade
24:35deadline and see if the jets do make any moves.
24:37Uh,
24:37but until next time we'll catch it.
24:39Thanks guys.
24:40If I get traded,
24:41what happens to the podcast?
24:43Uh,
24:44we,
24:44we're going to have to find it.
24:45Just replace me.
24:47Like that's just like that.
24:48Huh?
24:48The next man up.
24:49I'll ask more kale.
24:50He wants to come on and co-host with me.
24:52Oh,
24:53boy.
24:55Everyone's replaceable.
24:56You're not replaceable cause we appreciate you,
24:58buddy.
24:58Ha ha ha.
