00:28we could all see the gray hairs I'm just a big advocate in practicing I'm a big advocate in

00:33getting guys in football condition there's a lot that's left to the player there's a lot that's

00:40left to the quarterback in relation to actually coming together playing fast high speed collision

00:46football so I really believe in today's in today's NFL there's just not enough there's not enough

00:52dress rehearsal when it comes to full speed football and if you don't have there is no defining figure

00:58that brings us a true sense of grit and determination when you when you look at this

01:02New York Giant football team Russell Wilson is certainly a leader but he's not a goon he doesn't

01:07bring that kind of pop and verve to this locker room as a leader he's very similar to Eli a dynamic

01:14leader who we're not sure if he can just all by himself bring that true kinetic energy that maybe

01:22like a Malik neighbors is but you know we we see the the emotional instability so I think the offense

01:26really lacks that pop from a leadership personality that can really kind of bring some of these pieces

01:32together as they're still gelling to create something but at the end of the day there's

01:37something to work with but it did not show up really flat and left a lot wanting at the you know

01:42when you can't score points in this in this in the National Football League there's you know like

01:47there's it it takes the energy out of a healthy defensive effort against a solid Washington
