00:00You know, someone DMed me and said that these pictures and videos of the Giants players working out with Russell Wilson is a bad look

00:07and they should stay off of social media until they win something.

00:11You know what? My immediate reaction to that DM was something around the lines of like,

00:16what is you, dumb? Come on, man, this is a great look.

00:19We haven't seen the Giants offensive skill position players bought in this early in the season in a long time,

00:25and I mean complete buy-in. Yeah, they post a picture or two of a throwing session,

00:31but that's standard these days. You gotta show that you're putting in work behind the scenes.

00:35All of these dudes are down in San Diego with what looks to be a full attendance of offensive skill players

00:42like it's some sort of mandatory minicamp. They report to training camp in less than two weeks.

00:48This is that time where, yeah, you're putting in work, but you want to be around your immediate family

00:53as much as possible because after you report to camp, you're away from that family for the majority

00:59of the week for about, what, six months? Hopefully longer. What these pics and videos tell me is that

01:06whatever Russell Wilson is selling, these dudes are buying. These dudes are 100% bought in with Russell

01:12Wilson as QB1. It also tells me that they agree with Joe Shane that they were not and they're not

01:18going to be a 3-14 team. They still have to go out there and prove it. Working out in San Diego and

01:25posting pictures doesn't guarantee you anything in this league, but if you're going to turn things

01:30around, it all starts with complete buy-in.
