T&T's cyclists get set to take on the world on Thursday 19th June, at the start of the Speed Paradise and Carnival of Speed Grand Prix. The event takes place at the National Veledrome. Cyclist Njisane Phillip will be competing at the event and he's hoping to gather points towards World Championship qualification.

00:25My personal best in the 200 was 9-4, which I actually said three months ago.

00:33Phillip will be competing in both the sprint and carrying events, and he's after points
00:37towards World Championships in October.
00:40Hopefully in October, right now I'm on course for it, so it's just to make sure that I have
00:44a good performance here, maintain my points, and well, yeah, one more for the old man.
