00:20It's split into two days of action with world ranking points at stake.
00:23So Speed Paradise is a one-day event where what we do is a knockout rungs where riders sprint.
00:30The only sprint event is one rungs instead of the traditional two rides per race.
00:35So what we have is a lot more exciting riding where we have three riders riding against each other instead of two riders in the normal format of the mat sprint.
00:44Other cyclists are expected to register and feature in the Paradise of Speed competition.
00:50Carnival of Speed will take the regular UCI format where we have sprint on the first day, which is the Friday,
00:56and carrying on the second day, which will be the full format of UCI's, as per UCI regulations,
01:03where we go to all the rounds from quarterfinals all the way to semifinals and the finals, two rides each in that format.
01:10And the carrying will have a first round, a rep a charge, and also a 7-12, a semifinal, and a 1-6 final.
01:17So we'll have the full formats in those theories.
01:19Delia Palmer, who rides with Team DPS, is looking forward to excelling at the competition.
01:24Expectation is I'm looking forward to a good racing from all the riders, myself, and a good contribution to Trinidad and Tobago.
