02:14that are so necessary

02:15that community

02:16that you talk so much about

02:17right

02:17because with a community

02:18we can grow

02:19and I remember

02:20when we met Maria

02:21a few years ago

02:22and this was just an idea

02:23how to support women

02:25and support the men

02:26that those women

02:27also support

02:28right

02:28so within our entire network

02:30of rheumatologists

02:31so that we can all rise

02:33and be better together

02:34and now look

02:36at where we've become

02:37and you know

02:37we're really sort of

02:38spreading throughout

02:39the Latin countries

02:40South and Central America

02:42in particular

02:42because it's important

02:44that we all share

02:45this initiative

02:45and that we all

02:46grow together

02:47so we are really delighted

02:49to have global chapters

02:50in Argentina

02:52in Brazil

02:52in Colombia

02:53and now forming

02:54in other countries

02:55throughout Central

02:56Lake South and North

02:57because we stand

02:59united together

03:00that is what we call

03:02the Purple Tribe

03:03and we're here

03:04to support each other

03:05that's amazing

03:06and it's amazing

03:07to see how

03:08how this has

03:09been growing

03:11throughout the years

03:12become such a movement

03:14we were four women

03:15in 2013

03:15now we're 13,000

03:18we're in 125 countries

03:21speaking every language

03:22so we are

03:23just excited

03:25to see that

03:25there is a spark

03:26there is a passion

03:27that we can ignite

03:28that unites us

03:30that's the important thing

03:31what's happening

03:32in the organization

03:34right now

03:34that people should know

03:35people that are still

03:36not part of it

03:37so we are really focused

03:39on being inclusive

03:41and inclusive means

03:42it doesn't matter

03:43where you're from

03:44what you look like

03:45we want you to be a part

03:47of something

03:47that supports you

03:48we have research

03:50initiatives

03:50and collaborations

03:51around the world

03:52that anyone

03:53who's interested

03:54go to our website

03:55you can share your ideas

03:57you can join our project

03:58that we have

03:59we've got a global congress

04:01that we hold in July

04:02that is available

04:03to all of our global members

04:05virtually

04:06for free

04:07so that we gain access

04:08to the education

04:09that everybody needs

04:33so we're always

04:34always involved

04:36in the next frontier

04:37in driving excellence

04:39in patient care

04:40and driving support

04:41for our members

04:43as well

05:05inclusive organization

05:07it doesn't have

05:08you don't have to be

05:09a woman in rheumatology

05:10to be part of it

05:11oh absolutely

05:12there's all sort of

05:14health professionals

05:15that are affiliated

05:17yes

05:17and people like me

05:19who have been a member

05:20for years

05:22whatever

05:22are all welcome

05:24to be part of it

05:26and explore

05:26all the different things

05:28that the organization

05:29has to offer

05:30research

05:30is an important part

05:32very important part

05:32we're actually

05:33launching a project

05:34to train people

05:36to become clinical researchers

05:37because it matters

05:39if you want to have

05:39inclusive

05:40representative populations

05:42that we include

05:43patients

05:44and clinical trialists

05:45that are closer

05:46connected

05:47to their community

05:48and so

05:49we're launching

05:49an initiative

05:50in this as well

05:51and if you're

05:52not a rheumatologist

05:53but you take care

05:54of rheumatology patients

05:55you also can join

05:57as an allied specialty member

05:59because we need

06:00your support

06:00we need

06:01your expertise

06:02in managing

06:04our patients

06:04as well

06:05so

06:05it really is

06:06inclusive of everyone

06:07there's no reason
