00:04prophet daniel chapter 9 verses 9 and 10
00:11to the lord our god belong mercies and forgiveness
00:16though we have rebelled against him
00:19neither have we obeyed the voice of the lord our god
00:24to walk in his laws which he set before us
00:31dearly beloved brethren the scripture moves us in sundry places
00:36to acknowledge and confess our manifold sins
00:40and wickedness but that we should not
00:44disassemble nor clave them before the face of almighty
00:49god our heavenly father but confess them
00:53with a humble lowly penitence and obedient
00:57heart to the end that we may obtain forgiveness of the same by his infinite goodness
01:05and mercy and although we ought at all times humbly to acknowledge our sins before god
01:13yet ought we chiefly so to do when we assemble and meet together to render thanks for the great benefits
01:21we have received at his hands to set forth his most worthy praise to hear his most holy word
01:31and to ask those things which are requisite and necessary
01:34as well as well for the body as the soul
01:39wherefore i pray and beseech you as many as
01:42are here present to accompany me with a pure heart
01:46and humble voice to the throne of the heavenly grace
01:52saying after me
01:55almighty and most merciful father
01:58we have erred and strayed from thy ways like lost sheep
02:04we have followed too much
02:06the devices and desires
02:08of our own hearts
02:11we have offended
02:12against thy holy laws
02:16we have left undone
02:18those things which we ought to have done
02:21and we have done
02:22those things we ought not to have done
02:25and there is no help in us
02:29but thou o lord have mercy upon us miserable offenders
02:35spare thou them o god who confess their faults
02:39restore thou those who are penitent
02:43according to thy promises declared unto mankind
02:47in christ jesus our lord
02:50and grant o most merciful father for his sake
02:54that we may hereafter live a godly righteous and sober life
02:59to the glory of thy holy name
03:02amen
03:06almighty god the father of our lord jesus christ
03:10who desireth not the death of a sinner
03:13but rather that he turn from his wickedness and live
03:18and has given power and commandment to his ministers to declare and pronounce to his people
03:25being penitent
03:28the absolution and remission of their sins
03:32he pardoneth and absolved it all who truly repent and unfaimly believe his holy gospel
03:43wherefore let us beseech him to grant us true repentance
03:47and his holy spirit
03:49that those things may please him
03:51which we do at this present
03:54and that the rest of our life hereafter may be pure and holy
03:58so that at the last we may come to his eternal joy

06:19today if you will hear his voice harden not your hearts as in the provocation
06:26and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness
06:30when our fathers tempted us proved us and saw our works

07:17in thee o lord have i put my trust

08:49god hath forsaken him persecute him and take him for there is none to deliver him

09:03let them be confounded and perish as are against my soul
09:08let them be covered with shame and dishonor that seek to do me evil
09:14as for me i will patiently abide always and i will praise thee more and more
09:21my mouth shall speak daily of thy righteousness and salvation for i know no end thereof
09:30i will go forth in the strength of the lord god and will make mention of thy righteousness only
09:37for thou o god has taught me from my youth up until now therefore will i tell of thy wondrous

09:47forsake me not o god in mine old age when i am gray-headed until i have showed thy strength
09:55unto this generation and thy power to all them as i yet to come
10:01by righteousness so god is very high and great things are they that thou hast done
10:08o god who is like unto thee
10:12o what great troubles and adversities hast thou showed me
10:16and yet didst thou turn and refresh me
10:19yea and broughtest me from the deep of the earth again
10:25thou hast brought me to great honor and comforted me on every side
10:31therefore will i praise thee and thy faithfulness o god playing upon an instrument of music

10:52my tongue shall talk of thy righteousness all day long for they are confounded and brought into shame that seek

11:21give the king thy judgments o god and thy righteousness unto the king's son

20:49if someone happens to have a complaint against anyone else
20:55just as the lord has forgiven you so you also must forgive others
21:01to all these virtues add love which is the perfect bond
21:06let the peace of christ be in control in your heart

21:16let the word of christ dwell in you richly teaching and exhorting one another with all wisdom
21:23singing psalms hymns and spiritual songs with all grace in your hearts to god
21:31whatever you do in word or deed do it all in the name of the lord jesus

21:52blessed be the lord god of israel for he hath visited and redeemed his people
