00:04The first epistle of St. John chapter 1 verses 8 and 9
00:12If we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.
00:19But if we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us
00:26from all unrighteousness.
00:31Dearly beloved brethren, the scripture moves us in sundry places to acknowledge and confess our manifold sins and wickedness.
00:42But that we should not disassemble nor clave them before the face of almighty God our heavenly Father.
00:51But confess them with a humble, lowly, penitent and obedient heart to the end that we may obtain forgiveness of
01:02the same by his infinite goodness and mercy.
01:07And although we ought at all times humbly to acknowledge our sins before God, yet ought we chiefly so to
01:15do when we assemble and meet together to render thanks for the great benefits we have received at his hands.
01:23To set forth his most worthy praise, to hear his most holy word, and to ask those things which are
01:32requisite and necessary, as well for the body as the soul.
01:39Wherefore I pray and beseech you, as many as are here present, to accompany me with a pure heart and
01:47humble voice to the throne of the heavenly grace, saying after me.
01:55Almighty and most merciful Father, we have erred and strayed from thy ways like lost sheep.
02:04We have followed too much the devices and desires of our own hearts.
02:11We have offended against thy holy laws.
02:16We have left undone those things which we ought to have done.
02:21And we have done those things we ought not to have done.
02:25And there is no health in us.
02:29But thou, O Lord, have mercy upon us, miserable offenders.
02:35Spare thou them, O God, who confess their faults.
02:39Restore thou those who are penitent,
02:43according to thy promises declared unto mankind in Christ Jesus our Lord.
02:50And grant, O most merciful Father, for his sake, that we may hereafter live a godly, righteous, and sober life.
02:59To the glory of thy holy name.
03:03Amen.
03:06Almighty God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who desireth not the death of a sinner,
03:13but rather that he turn from his wickedness and live,
03:18and has given power and commandment to his ministers to declare and pronounce to his people,
03:24being penitent, the absolution and remission of their sins.
03:32He pardoneth and absolve it all who truly repent and unfainly believe his holy gospel.
03:43Wherefore, let us beseech him to grant us true repentance and his holy spirit,
03:49that those things may please him which we do at this present,
03:54and that the rest of our life hereafter may be pure and holy,
03:58so that at the last we may come to his eternal joy.
04:03Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
04:08Amen.
04:12Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
04:16Thy kingdom come.
04:18Thy will be done as it is in heaven.
04:22Give us this day our daily bread,
04:25and forgive us our trespasses,
04:27as we forgive them that trespass against us.
04:32And lead us not into temptation,
04:34but deliver us from evil,
04:36for thine is the kingdom,
04:38the power and the glory,
04:40for ever and ever.
04:42Amen.
04:46O Lord, open our lips,
04:49and our mouth shall show forth thy praise.
04:55O God, make speed to save us.
04:59O Lord, make haste to help us.
05:05Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost,
05:09as it was in the beginning,
05:12is now, and ever shall be,
05:14world without end.
05:17Amen.
05:20Praise ye the Lord.
05:23The Lord's name be praised.
05:28O come, let us sing unto the Lord,
05:31and let us heartily rejoice
05:32in the strength of our salvation.
05:36Let us come before his presence
05:38with thanksgiving,
05:40and show ourselves glad in him with psalms.
05:44For the Lord is a great God,
05:46and a great King above all gods.
05:50In his hand are all the corners of the earth,
05:53and the strength of the hills is his also.
05:57The sea is his, and he made it,
05:59and his hands prepared the dry land.
06:03O come, let us worship and hold home,
06:06and kneel before the Lord, our Maker.
06:10For he is the Lord, our God,
06:13and we are the people of his pasture,
06:15and the sheep of his hand.
06:19Today, if you will hear his voice,
06:22harden not your hearts,
06:24as in the provocation,
06:25and as in the day of temptation
06:28in the wilderness.
06:30When our fathers tempted us,
06:33proved us, and saw our works,
06:37forty years long,
06:38I was grieved with this generation,
06:40and said,
06:41it is a people that do err in their hearts,
06:44and they have not known my ways.
06:48Unto whom I swore in my wrath,
06:50that they should not enter into my rest.
06:55Glory be to the Father,
06:57and to the Son,
06:58and to the Holy Ghost,
06:59as it was in the beginning,
07:01is now, and ever shall be,
07:04world without end.
07:06Amen.
07:14Psalm 68
07:18Let God arise,
07:19and let his enemies be scattered.
07:22Let them also that hate him flee before him.
07:26Like as the smoke vanisheth,
07:28so shalt thou drive them away.
07:31And like as wax melteth at the fire,
07:34so let the ungodly perish
07:36at the presence of God.
07:40But let the righteous be glad,
07:42and rejoice before God.
07:44Let them also be merry and joyful.
07:48O sing unto God,
07:50and sing praises unto his name.
07:53Magnify him that rideth upon the heavens,
07:56as if it were upon an horse.
07:59Praise him in his name,
08:02Yah,
08:02and rejoice before him.
08:06He is a father of the fatherless,
08:08and defendeth the cause of the widows,
08:11even God in his holy habitation.
08:15He is the God that maketh men
08:17to be of one mind in an house,
08:19and bringeth the prisoners out of captivity.
08:22But leteth the renegades continue in scarceness.
08:28O God,
08:29when thou wentest forth before the people,
08:31when thou wentest through the wilderness,
08:34the earth shook,
08:36and the heavens dropped at the presence of God,
08:39even as Sinai also was moved
08:41at the presence of God,
08:43who is the God of Israel.
08:47Thou, O God,
08:49sentest a gracious rain upon thine inheritance,
08:52and refreshest it when it was weary.
08:57Thy congregation shall dwell therein,
09:01for thou, O God,
09:02hast of thy goodness prepared for the poor.
09:07The Lord gave the word.
09:09Great was the company of the preachers.
09:13Kings with their armies did flee,
09:15and were discomfited,
09:17and they of the household divided the spoil.
09:21Though you have neen among the pots,
09:24yet shall be as the wings of a dove,
09:28that is covered with silver wings,
09:30and her feathers like gold.
09:33When the Almighty scattered kings for their sake,
09:37they then were as white as snow in sun.
09:41As the hill of Bassam,
09:43so is God's hill,
09:45even an high hill
09:46as the high hills of Bassam.
09:50Why hop you so,
09:52you high hills?
09:54This is God's hill,
09:55in which it pleaseth him to dwell.
09:58Yea, the Lord will abide in it for ever.
10:02The chariots of God are twenty thousand,
10:05even thousands of angels,
10:08and the Lord is among them.
10:10For thine enemies,
10:12that the Lord God might dwell among them.
10:16Praised be the Lord God daily,
10:19even the God who helpeth us,
10:21and poureth his benefits upon us.
10:24He is our God,
10:27even the God of whom cometh salvation.
10:30God is the Lord,
10:32by whom we escape death.
10:35God shall not wound the head of his enemies,
10:38and the hairy scalp of one
10:40is goeth instilled in his wickedness.
10:44The Lord hath said,
10:46I will bring my people again,
10:47as I did from Bassam.
10:49Mine own will I bring again,
10:51as I did sometime from the deep of the sea.
10:55That thy foot may be dipped
10:57in the blood of thine enemies,
10:59and that the tongue of thy dogs
11:01may be read through the same.
11:05It is well seen, O God,
11:07how thou goest.
11:08How thou, my God and King,
11:10goest in the sanctuary.
11:13The singers go before,
11:15the minstrels follow after,
11:16in the midst of the damsels
11:18playing with the timbrels.
11:21Give thanks, O Israel,
11:23unto God the Lord in the congregations,
11:25from the ground of the heart.
11:28There is little Benjamin,
11:30their ruler,
11:31and the princes of Judah,
11:32their council,
11:34the princes of Zabulim,
11:35and the princes of Necuny.
11:39Thy God has sent forth strength for thee.
11:43Establish the thing, O God,
11:45that thou hast wrought in us,
11:47for thy temple sacred Jerusalem.
11:49So shall kings bring presents unto thee.
11:54But the company of the spearmen,
11:57and the multitude of the mighty,
11:59are scattered abroad amongst the beasts of the people,
12:02so that they humbly bring pieces of silver.
12:05And when he hath scattered the people,
12:08the delight in war.
12:11Then shall the princes come out of Egypt.
12:14The Morians land will soon stretch her hands unto God.
12:20Sing to God,
12:22ye kingdoms of the earth,
12:23O sing praises unto the Lord,
12:26who sitteth in the heavens,
12:28over all from the beginning.
12:30Lo, he that sent his voice,
12:33yea, and that a mighty voice.
12:36Ascribe ye the power to God over Israel,
12:40his worship and strength is in the clouds.
12:43O God, wonderful art thou in thy holy places,
12:47even the God of Israel,
12:50he will give strength and power unto his people.
12:53Blessed be God.
12:56Glory be to the Father,
12:58and to the Son,
12:59and to the Holy Ghost.
13:01As it was in the beginning,
13:03is now, and ever shall be,
13:05world without end.
13:07Amen.
13:11The Prophet Ezekiel, Chapter 47
13:17Then I was brought back to the entrance of the temple.
13:21I noticed that water was flowing
13:23from under the threshold of the temple
13:25toward the east,
13:27for the temple faced east.
13:29The water was flowing down
13:31from under the right side of the temple,
13:33from south of the altar.
13:35He led me out by way of the north gate
13:38and brought me around the outside of the outer gate
13:41that faces to the east.
13:43And I noticed that the water was trickling out
13:46from the south side.
13:50When a man went out toward the east
13:52with a measuring line in his hand,
13:54he measured 1,750 feet,
13:57and he led me through water
13:59which was ankle deep.
14:02Again, he measured 1,750 feet,
14:06and led me through the water
14:07which was now knee-deep.
14:11Once more, he measured 1,750 feet,
14:15and led me through the water
14:17which was now waist-deep.
14:21Again, he measured 1,750 feet,
14:25and it was a river I could not cross
14:27for the water had risen.
14:29It was deep enough to swim in,
14:31a river that could not be crossed.
14:34He said to me,
14:35Son of man, have you seen this?
14:39Then he led me back
14:40to the bank of the river,
14:42and when I had returned,
14:43I noticed a vast number of trees
14:45on the banks of the river,
14:47on both sides.
14:49He said to me,
14:50These waters go out
14:52towards the eastern region
14:54and flow down into the Arabah.
14:56When they enter the Dead Sea,
14:58where the sea is stagnant,
15:00the waters become fresh.
15:02Every living creature
15:04which swarms
15:04where the river flows
15:05will live.
15:07There will be many fish,
15:09for these waters flow there.
15:10It will become fresh,
15:12and everything will live
15:14where the river flows.
15:16Fishermen will stand beside it,
15:18from NJD to El Nguyen,
15:21and they will spread their nets.
15:24They will catch many kinds of fish,
15:26like the fish of the great sea.
15:28But its swamps and its marshes
15:31will not become fresh.
15:32They will remain salty.
15:35On both sides of the river's banks,
15:37every tree of every kind
15:39will grow for food.
15:41Their leaves will not wither,
15:43nor will their fruit fail,
15:45but they will bear fruit every month,
15:47because their water source
15:49flows from the sanctuary.
15:51Their fruit will be food,
15:53and their leaves for healing.
15:57Thus says the Lord Yahweh,
15:59this shall be the border
16:00by which you shall divide the land
16:02for inheritance,
16:04according to the twelve tribes of Israel.
16:08Joseph shall have two portions.
16:11You shall inherit it,
16:12one as well as another,
16:14for I swore to give it to your fathers.
16:17This land will fall to you for inheritance.
16:21This shall be the border of the land,
16:24on the north from the Great Sea
16:26by way of Hethlon
16:27to the entrance of Zedad, Hamath,
16:30Berothath, and Sibreim,
16:32which is between the border of Damascus
16:34and the border of Hamath.
16:36Hazer Hatikon,
16:38which is by the border of Haran.
16:40The border from the sea
16:42shall be Hazar Enon
16:44at the border of Damascus,
16:46and on the north side
16:48is the border of Hamath.
16:51The east side
16:52between Haran and Damascus
16:54and Gilead and the land of Israel
16:55shall be the Jordan.
16:58From the north border
16:59to the east sea
17:00you shall measure.
17:01This is the east side.
17:05The south side
17:07southward
17:08shall be from Tamar
17:09as far as the waters
17:10of Meriboth Kadesh
17:11to the brook
17:13to the great sea.
17:15This is the south side
17:16southward.
17:17The west side
17:19shall be the great sea
17:20from the south border
17:21as far as ever
17:22against the entrance of Hamath.
17:24This is the west side.
17:27So you shall divide this land
17:28to yourselves
17:29according to the tribes
17:30of Israel.
17:32It will happen
17:33that you shall divide it
17:35by lot
17:35for an inheritance to you
17:37and to the aliens
17:38who live among you
17:39who will father children
17:41among you.
17:43Then they shall be as you
17:44as the native born
17:46among the children of Israel.
17:48They shall have inheritance
17:50with you among the tribes
17:51of Israel.
17:53It shall happen
17:54that in whatever tribe
17:56the stranger lives
17:57there you shall give him
17:58his inheritance
18:00says the Lord Yahweh.
18:03This is the word of the Lord.
18:06Thanks be to God.

20:43and to the Holy Spirit
20:45as it was
20:46in the beginning

20:48and ever shall be
20:49world without end
20:52Amen
20:57The second epistle
20:59to the Corinthians
21:00chapter 5
21:02We know that if our
21:04earthly house
21:05the tent we live in
21:06is dismantled
21:07we have a building
21:08from God
21:09a house not built
21:10by human hands
21:11that is eternal
21:13in the heavens
21:13for in this earthly house
21:16we groan
21:17because we desire
21:18to put on
21:19our heavenly dwelling
21:20if needed
21:21after we have put on
21:23our heavenly house
21:24we will not feel
21:25naked
21:27for we groan
21:28while we are in
21:29this tent
21:30since we are weighed down
21:31because we do not want
21:32to be unclothed
21:33but clothed
21:35so that what is mortal
21:37may be swallowed up
21:38by life
21:39now the one
21:40who prepared us
21:41for this very purpose
21:42is God
21:42who gave us the spirit
21:44as a dead payment
21:47therefore we are always
21:48full of courage
21:49and we know that
21:50as long as we are alive
21:51here on earth
21:52we are absent
21:53from the Lord
21:53for we live in faith
21:55and not by sight
21:58thus we are full of courage
21:59and would prefer
22:00to be away from the body
22:01and at home
22:03with the Lord
22:04so whether we are alive
22:06or away
22:07we make it our ambition
22:08to please him
22:09for we must all appear
22:11before the judgment seat
22:12of Christ
22:14that each one
22:15may be paid
22:16according to what
22:17he has done
22:17while in the body
22:18whether good
22:19or evil
22:21because we know
22:22the fear of the Lord
22:23we try to persuade people
22:25but we are well known
22:26to God
22:27and I hope we are well known
22:28to your consciences too
22:31we are not commending
22:33ourselves to you again
22:34but speak
22:35as giving you occasion
22:36of boasting
22:37on our behalf
22:38that may have something
22:40to answer
22:40to those who boast
22:42in their appearance
22:43and not in their heart
22:45for if we are beside ourselves
22:47it is for God
22:48or if we are of sober mind
22:50it is for you
22:53for it is the love of Christ
22:55which is moving among us
22:57because we are of the opinion
22:59that if one was put to death
23:01for all
23:01then all have undergone death
23:04and that he underwent death
23:05for all
23:06so that the living
23:07might no longer be living
23:09for themselves
23:10but to him
23:11who underwent death
23:12for them
23:13and came back
23:14from the dead
23:15for this reason
23:17from this time forward
23:18we have knowledge
23:19of no man
23:20after the flesh
23:21even if we had knowledge
23:23of Christ
23:23after the flesh
23:24we no longer
23:26have any such knowledge
23:28so if any man
23:30is in Christ
23:31he is in a new world
23:33the old things
23:34have come to an end
23:35and they have truly
23:36become new
23:38but all things
23:39are of God
23:40who has made us
23:41at peace with himself
23:42through Christ
23:43and has given to us
23:45the work of making peace
23:47that is that God
23:48was in Christ
23:49making peace
23:50between the world
23:51and himself
23:52not putting their sins
23:54to their account
23:54and having given to us
23:56the preaching
23:57of this news of peace
24:00so we are the representatives
24:02of Christ
24:02as if God was making
24:04a request to you
24:05through us
24:07we make our request
24:08to you
24:09in the name of Christ
24:11be at peace with God
24:14for him who had no knowledge
24:16of sin
24:16God made to be sin
24:18for us
24:19that we might become
24:20the righteous of God
24:21in him
24:24this is the word
24:25of the Lord
24:26thanks be to God
24:36blessed be the Lord God of Israel
24:38for he hath visited
24:40and redeemed his people
24:42and hath raised up
24:44a mighty salvation for us
24:46in the house
24:47of his servant David
24:49as he spake
24:51by the mouth
24:51of his holy prophets
24:52which have since been
24:54since the world began
24:56that we should be saved
24:58from our enemies
24:58and from the hand
25:00of all that hate us
25:01to perform
25:03the mercy promised
25:05to our forefathers
25:06and to remember
25:08his holy covenant
25:09to perform the oath
25:11which he swore
25:12to our forefather Abraham
25:13that he would give us
25:16that would be delivered
25:17out of the hand
25:18of our enemies
25:19might serve him
25:21without fear
25:22in holiness
25:23and righteousness
25:24before him
25:25all the days
25:27of our life
25:29and thou child
25:30shall be called
25:31the prophet
25:32of the highest
25:33for thou shalt go
25:34before the face
25:35of the Lord
25:35to prepare his ways
25:37to give knowledge
25:39of salvation
25:40to his people
25:41for the remission
25:42of their sins
25:43through the tender mercy
25:45of our God
25:46whereby the dayspring
25:48from on high
25:49hath visited us
25:51to give light
25:53to them
25:53that sit in darkness
25:55and in the shadow
25:56of death
25:57and to guide our feet
25:59into the way
26:00of peace
26:02glory be to the Father
26:03and to the Son
26:04and to the Holy Ghost
26:05as it was
26:07in the beginning
26:08is now
26:08and ever shall be
26:10world without end
26:11Amen
26:19I believe
26:20in God
26:21the Father Almighty
26:22maker of heaven
26:24and earth
26:25and in Jesus Christ
26:27his only Son
26:28our Lord
26:29who was conceived
26:30by the Holy Ghost
26:31born of the Virgin Mary
26:33suffered

26:36crucified
26:37dead
26:37and buried
26:38he descended
26:40into hell
26:41the third day
26:42he rose again
26:43from the dead
26:44he ascended
26:46into heaven
26:47and seated
26:48on the right hand
26:49of God
26:50the Father Almighty
26:51from thence
26:53he shall come
26:54to judge
