00:00All right, so to see everything that happened to me regarding my injury, please see my YouTube channel, My Medical
00:08Nightmare.
00:09This is an open video message to Dr. Bruce Irwin, MD. He's the CEO of American Family Care Urgent Care.
00:22I was a patient in one of the AFC clinics around Birmingham, Alabama, and I had some issues.
00:33And I just wanted to let you know, sir, that your company is headed for catastrophe unless you change your
00:41operating practices.
00:43Specifically, I discovered that clinic staff are using false names, nicknames, pseudonyms, fake names when dealing with the public.
00:57Doctors, that is state of Alabama licensed medical practitioners, are also using fake names in your clinics.
01:09And furthermore, this practice is now also being abused.
01:15This is totally unacceptable if you're doing business in the United States of America, in the state of Alabama.
01:22And this is medically unethical.
01:25Back in May 2022, I tried to contact a doctor whose name appears on the top of my medical records
01:37that I got from a misdiagnosed x-ray.
01:42Now, Dr. Blake Thomas, MD, he was supposed to be supervising the nurse that facilitated this x-ray for me.
01:57In my x-ray, it was further analyzed by radiologist, Dr. Anna Maria Echnik, outsourced through Xperity.
02:10I was told I had no injuries appear in this x-ray.
02:14I'll put the images up here, and you can see that this was not the case.
02:19I have a translucent oval, about three inches in diameter, that appears here.
02:26And in other MRI and CT that I've had, ancillary to this, there is evidence of broken bone in the
02:36underside of my skull and infection.
02:39This doctor's name appears on his state-issued Alabama medical license as Christopher Blake Thomas.
02:52Expiration date, 12-31-2022.
02:55And yeah, after you listen to this call, if you are charged with extending this doctor's medical license or granting
03:05him a new license,
03:06please bear in mind what I'm about to present in this video.
03:11I found out that this doctor was physically based, not at the AFC Urgent Care Clinic, where I had my
03:22x-ray done.
03:24But his practice at the time was located on the other side of Birmingham, Alabama, USA,
03:31at 3000 Cahaba Village, PlaySuite 110, Birmingham, Alabama, 35243.
03:40This is also technically the city of Mountain Brook, Alabama.
03:46Following my introduction, I will play both calls that I had with a gentleman who identified himself simply by the
03:56single name of Sadler.
03:58And that's spelled S-A-D-L-E-R.
04:01And he identified himself as the office manager of the American Family Care, AFC Urgent Care.
04:10And when I asked this office manager for his first and last name, he refused to give it to me.
04:18Also, you'll hear in my other calls with AFC,
04:22almost all of the staff that deals with the public in American Family Care around Birmingham, Alabama,
04:28they are using pseudonyms, fake names, and nicknames.
04:33They go by single names.
04:35They don't use the first and last name.
04:38And this is unprofessional in business.
04:43This is medically unethical.
04:47Alright, so I have a major update in this situation.
04:50I did some research, and I found out the true identity of the office manager, Sadler, of the Cahaba Village
05:03AFC Urgent Care.
05:06The person that I was talking to the entire time, this was Dr. Christopher Blake Thomas, MD.
05:14Alright, so here I'll show proof that the office manager and state of Alabama licensed physician, Dr. Christopher Blake Thomas,
05:27are one and the same individual.
05:30And you can verify this for yourself by going to the website of Birmingham, Alabama, television station, WVTM, channel 13.
05:48And I'll include the link in here.
05:50They did an interview with Dr. Blake Thomas, July 29, 2021.
06:00And there's video and audio of this doctor.
06:03And listen and watch this, and then go listen to my recorded phone calls.
06:09And it's the exact same voice.
06:12And this report was done by anchor Sarah Killian.
06:17And that's why he's encouraging patients with these symptoms, whether they're vaccinated or not, to get tested.
06:23It's not the time to be chalking this up to your typical, I get a sinus infection this time of
06:27year, or an allergy flare-up.
06:29If you have any of those symptoms, you really should get tested, because you don't want to find out after
06:32the fact that you were positive.
06:35Now, Dr. Thomas...
06:37Yes, sir. Who am I speaking with?
06:41My name is Sadler. I'm the office manager here.
06:44Okay.
06:46Yes, sir. I was waiting to talk to Dr. Blake Thomas, MD.
06:51Okay.
06:52I believe the lady up front was talking with you, and I heard her say...
06:56It's not the time to be chalking this up to your typical, I get a sinus infection this time of
07:01year, or an allergy flare-up.
07:02If you have any of those symptoms, you really should get tested, because you don't want to find out after
07:05the fact that you were positive.
07:08It's totally unacceptable that this doctor is allowed to operate in this location, not reveal his true name to people
07:19that he is speaking with, patients that had been under his care, such as myself.
07:23And, yeah, another thing this doctor is doing, he's posing under different assumed identities, false identities.
07:34He is a doctor.
07:35He's not an office manager.
07:38People out here on the street, we don't have time to play these games with these millionaire doctors, all right?
07:45Up there on Highway 280, Mountain Brook, you think you got standards and you're protected by the illusion of wealth.
07:55As you'll see in many of my videos, what I've discovered trying to pursue recourse in a major case of
08:04medical misdiagnosis is that doctors and nurses out there, they're so used to telling people anything and getting away with
08:15it and getting by with it that they just keep on because they think they're not going to get caught.
08:21So, in this clip, I call this American Family Care Urgent Care, attempting to speak to this doctor, and I
08:33am told by the receptionist that he is in clinic, which means that he was with a patient, and it
08:41turns out this was a lie.
08:42I'm then transferred to this office manager, who is in reality the doctor that I was trying to contact, hiding
08:53behind a false identity.
08:56And he also says that he heard the receptionist say that the doctor was in clinic, and that is true,
09:05and this is also a lie.
09:06So, what you got here is evidence of a state of Alabama licensed medical doctor lying to people on the
09:17telephone, and staff working for this clinic also participating in a falsehood.
09:28And any patient who is interested in seeking medical treatment at this Cahaba Village AMC Urgent Care, you need to
09:39listen very carefully to everything that I say in this video.
09:43And please go see my other videos on my experience dealing with this place.
09:49They can be viewed at my YouTube channel, My Medical Nightmare.
09:53Yeah, if you go listen to my calls in my videos with the Cahaba Village American Family Care, AFC Urgent
10:02Care, Birmingham, Alabama, this is near Mountain Brook, Dr. Christopher Blake Thomas.
10:10I called this place every day this week, alright, so that's five days in a row.
10:15And yeah, you can go up to My Medical Nightmare and listen to these.
10:20And you can hear the progression from the first call to the most recent call.
10:27And yeah, on Monday when I called them, yeah, the receptionist, pretty cheery, very positive, receptive.
10:36Yeah, it's going right across to Whole Foods.
10:39Okay, yeah.
10:40Yeah, let me...
10:41I'm not sure if it's possible that the person up here got busy didn't tell him.
10:45If you'll give me a moment, I'll go back there and talk to him.
10:48I don't know if he's back with a patient or not.
10:51And then as you go through the week, yeah, you can hear the tone change.
10:58He's currently with patients.
10:59Can he return your call?
11:01But I can...
11:02What was the reason?
11:03What do you need?
11:04Alright, let me go.
11:05Let me go and see if I can get to him.
11:07Yeah, I understand you.
11:08I feel you.
11:08Um, I doubt that's the reason, sir, but let me go ahead and speak to him.
11:14And then finally on Friday when I called this place I was hung up on.
11:19Um, may I ask his calling?
11:25I was told they could do nothing to help me with this misdiagnosed x-ray from 2019.
11:31And it should have taken this doctor, you know, a couple of minutes to confirm this anomaly in this x
11:38-ray.
