00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40-plus
00:07hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:09All right, so in this call, I attempt to contact radiologist Angus Baird, MD.
00:17And this doctor, he read an MRI scan that I had done at American Health Imaging in Birmingham,
00:27Alabama, May 15th, 2019.
00:33This cost $500 cash.
00:37So in this scan, I was told that no injuries appeared.
00:41However, if you look at the images, you'll see that I have signs of head trauma.
00:49And I believe that I broke a bone in the underside of my skull.
00:55That's a basilar area, occipital condyle, condylar canal region.
01:00And you may be able to see infection in this area.
01:06And the pain in this area, this is the reason that I had this MRI scan done.
01:12It was missed by this radiologist.
01:14So if you look up this doctor, Angus Baird, you'll find a phone number.
01:23And this leads to Birmingham Radiological Group.
01:29I'm transferred to a woman.
01:33She identifies herself as Becky Burgess, billing manager at Birmingham Radiological Group.
01:44So again, here you'll see how hard it is to have a misread, MRI, CT, or x-ray issue even
01:54addressed by these companies.
01:57All right, so I got the report.
02:01A doctor's name is on the report.
02:04Phone number leads to this company.
02:07The company will not put me in touch with the doctor.
02:11A huge problem.
02:13Yeah, and I mean, you know, my experience doing with this, runaround and excuses.
02:19You can see everything that happened to me regarding this issue.
02:24It's on my YouTube channel.
02:25My medical nightmare.
02:28Despite Becky Burgess telling me that Birmingham Radiological Group does not deal with American health imaging,
02:37I will post a screenshot here from the Birmingham Radiological Group website that shows otherwise.
02:44And here it lists five of their doctors, which are touted as working with AHI.
02:52My stance on this situation is that if ever their doctors did work for American Health Imaging,
03:01Birmingham Radiological Group should stand behind and back up that work.
03:06If there was work done in error, they should correct it.
03:10They should do anything in their means to correct errors.
03:15And you can go back and look at my videos and see what they did do.
03:19And that is play a game of denials, name calling, and they employed several deceptive tactics.
03:28Apparently, they cashed the check and took home the money from the jobs that they had those doctors do also.
03:36Another interesting thing about Birmingham Radiological Group, they apparently employ several people who go by different names.
03:47And you know by watching the videos on my YouTube channel, this is a big no-no.
03:53Why is this?
03:54A very simple.
03:55Doctors who practice medicine in the state of Alabama and go by a different name listed than what appears on
04:02their state-granted medical license, this is against the law.
04:07And my own belief is this should apply to any person that works for medical outfits, hospitals, doctors, and nurses.
04:16Because all you have to do is take a look at my situation, and this is how it works.
04:21If you don't have a name of somebody you're dealing with that's taking money, you have problems, you try to
04:28go back to that place and get those problems fixed,
04:30they can come back and say that that person does not work there.
04:34So I'll show here that this woman who gives the name Becky Burgess on the telephone is listed under a
04:43different name under several registries you can access on the internet which name the employees of Birmingham Radiological Group.
04:51So here on the Zoom Info website, you see her name is listed as Rebecca Burgess, manager and billing.
05:00So if you have issues with this billing manager, be sure and note both of the names that she goes
05:07by.
05:08Please note the nastiness in the tone of the voice of this woman.
05:14She was very short, and she made an incorrect statement mentioning that Birmingham Radiological Group doesn't deal with AHI.
05:21And then a few seconds later, telling me that the doctor who looked at my scan with AHI was indeed
05:29employed by BRG.
05:31Alright, so she's talking out of both sides of her mouth.
05:36Thank you for calling Birmingham Radiological Group.
05:40Birmingham Radiological Group, may I direct you, calling?
05:43Yes, sir. I'm trying to have MRI sequence reread.
05:48I had an injury show up in an MRI that one of your doctors looked at.
05:53I need to have this looked at again, please.
05:57Okay, what facility or hospital did you have your MRI done?
06:02Okay, this would be American Health Imaging.
06:05And the doctor's name was Angus Baird, MD.
06:11Okay, well let me connect you with our office manager.
06:15May I help you?
06:16Yes, ma'am. Who am I speaking to?
06:19Thank you, Virgin.
06:21Okay, thank you very much.
06:22Yes, ma'am. I was a patient of one of your doctors.
06:26I'm trying to have an MRI sequence reread, an injury, appeared in this MRI.
06:33And I need to have the doctor take a look at it again, please.
06:38Okay, and what's your account number?
06:40This MRI that I'm calling about today, this was done at American Health Imaging.
06:47Okay, I don't handle American Health Imaging.
06:50I'm sorry, you have the wrong number.
06:52How do I get in touch with Angus Baird, MD?
06:54Because his phone number leads to you guys.
06:58Yeah, he is one of our doctors, but you'll have to contact him through AHI.
