RECORDED CALL: Complete Health Trussville Staff Now Give Out FALSE NAMES To Patients

RECORDED PHONE CALL: In this March, 2025 telephone call I verify Complete Health Trussville (7201 Happy Hollow Rd. Trussville, Alabama 35173) has adopted a rather unethical & unprofessional practice of using representatives to speak to the public who discuss health information (AND ARE RESPONSIBLE) but go by pseudonyms (nicknames) & outright refuse to give this information when requested.

Rundown of issues with Complete Health Trussville:

-Over 100 hours of video on my injury can be seen at yootoob channel mymedicalnightmare.
-I visited here in 2019-2020 when it was Northside Medical Associates.
-MRI in this building with St. Vincent's Ambulatory, billed $500 but 10 year honors graduate / neuroradiology specialist Dr. Michael Brant Ruff (Vulcan Imaging) did not note the broken skull bone or 6 inches diameter infection that appeared in the images.)
-Referred to this practice & attempted to see Dr. Scott Boyken. He was always booked up / I was asked if I would see a Nurse instead.
-I had many problems with the nurses I saw here acknowledging the very serious injury I had - broken skull (occipital condyle / condylar canal / possibly foramen magnum also broken), head trauma, infection and parasites. Curiously, when the nurses seemed uninterested in seeing me I was not referred to MD's there like Boyken (they patient dumped me?).
-I saw nurses Frankie James Crumb & Celeste Richardson there. I was referred to a MRI in this same building. Tech mis-recorded which side of my head / neck the pain was actually on in her notes.
-Crumb was attentive, I thought he was going to help me. Stuck instrument in my ear / could see visible infection & swelling from the 6 inch mass in my head (matches MRI anomaly) & neck & noted it in writeup. He saw the MRI pictures & everything changed, probably realized I had a $1,000,000 USD head injury. After I told him about the antibiotics effects next visit he sounded in a panic, repeating "we're done, we're done" and the exam ended. This was extremely disheartening to experience. Unfortunately, I was not done because I still needed treatment from a possibly critical injury.
-Told results were normal / negative (no injury) (not true (SEE VIDEO)).
-Obtained imagery from the scan and my records and found I had serious head trauma in the basilar area of my skull. I made Northside Medical Associates aware of this and even called CEO Dr, Ronald Helms, my phone call was never returned. I believe there was substantial talent in this practice to help me.
- Crumb told me he was going to call St. Vincent's and try to get the MRI error straightened out (I had a $700 bill and my injury was not noted). This never happened, phone tag went on for weeks. I was eventually told I was being "referred" to Cooper Green to a neurologist because I had no insurance or source of income.
Actually I was being dumped by St. Vincent's who didn't want to acknowledge my injury.
- My next visit with Celeste Richardson in 2020 was a new low.
