00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel, My Medical Nightmare, and see 40
00:06plus hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:09What you're about to hear, this is a September 26, 2023 call to the medical offices of Grand
00:19View Neurology, and they're up there in the ivory tower off Highway 280, Birmingham, Alabama.
00:27I'm trying to get a service and billing issue corrected.
00:33The short of it is, I had broken the underside of my skull, had a hole in my skull, CSF
00:40fluid
00:41in my skull, leaked out of this, the area became infected, parasites, worms, and insects grew
00:49in the wound up to three inches in length, visible in these MRI and CT pictures.
00:54This was in 2019.
00:57Got a referral to this specialist neurologist.
01:00I visited him with CT, X-rays, and MRIs that showed this injury.
01:09These are printed out on paper and on a CD.
01:12So I'm sitting there in front of this guy, and we're looking at the same pictures.
01:17He tells me that no injury is present in those scans.
01:24$265 visit.
01:26They wanted cash.
01:27I paid what I could.
01:29Four years later, I'm still getting bills for the remainder of what I owe from this visit.
01:36He did absolutely nothing for me.
01:39The medical professionals that work in this office, to do this job today in the United
01:47States of America, 2023, you need around four years to get a bachelor's degree from a medical
01:54school, highly competitive to be accepted to such schools, and three to seven years in
02:01an internship and residency program.
02:04At last check, a neurologist, medical doctor in Birmingham, Alabama, makes around $142 an
02:14hour.
02:15That's $263,000 a year salary.
02:21This is one of the highest paid professions in the United States of America.
02:27A woman answers.
02:29She gives me a name, Ronnie.
02:31That's a man's name, by the way.
02:33And then proceeds to ask me my date of birth so she can access my medical records and chart.
02:43I ask for her last name, which she refuses to provide.
02:48She wants to remain anonymous, but she wants access to my personal information.
02:54And this is not professional business practice.
02:56What it appears is going on here, not only are they using false names and pseudonyms, nicknames,
03:04fake names, in this medical practice, but they are also refusing to identify themselves.
03:11And this is a gigantic red flag for any person out there who is considering going to this large
03:20hospital.
03:20Grandview is one of the largest hospitals in the city of Birmingham and Alabama in the
03:25United States of America.
03:27And this is how they operate.
03:28You got problems, this is what you're going to be dealing with.
03:32Hi, this is Ronnie with Grandview Neurology.
03:34I was returning your call about your bill and service.
03:38If you want to give me a call back, 205-9...

04:04One second, what's your date of birth?

04:08I'm not giving you my last name, sir.
04:10Okay, so you...
04:11I'll give you my initial...
04:12Okay, Grandview doesn't give the first and last names of people that deal with the public.
04:17I can give you my first name and my last initial, sir, but I do not give out my last
04:21name.
04:22No, ma'am, you'll give me your first and last name or I can't talk to you.
