00:00All right, this is part three, my complaint against state of Florida licensed medical doctor R.A. Duke Medjian.
00:11To see and hear the details of my situation, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare.
00:24I received this letter from the Florida Department of Health in response to my complaint.
00:33Dr. Duke Medjian and the Duke Spine Institute, they offer a free MRI image review.
00:40And I sent in some scans that I had done to get this doctor's opinion on my injury.
00:50And the problem here is very simple.
00:53I have injuries that appear in those images.
00:58The doctor, as you can hear in the recorded phone call up on my YouTube channel,
01:06he told me that there were no injuries present.
01:11A couple seconds later, he flip-flopped and told me he would not address that area.
01:17And then just before he hung up on me, he repeated the words, neurologist, neurologist.
01:23So I have no idea what this doctor was trying to tell me.
01:27This is not professional.
01:30He also asked me what was in the original radiologist's review of those scans.
01:36I was misdiagnosed by those doctors.
01:39And I was told that I had no injuries appear in those images.
01:44The Florida Department of Health sent me this response dated February 14th.
01:50Brian Fleck, government analyst.
01:53And it says here,
01:54We have determined from our review that we can take no further action
01:58because the health care provider has not violated any laws or rules regulating this profession.
02:04And I beg to differ.
02:08At the bottom of this letter, it reads,
02:11If you have any questions, please call the Consumer Services Unit.
02:15And they list their phone number.
02:19And I did this because I have some very serious questions about this determination.
02:29Following my introduction, I will play the recording of that phone call.
02:35I had some problems dealing with the state of Florida
02:39when I filed a previous complaint against another Florida doctor
02:45who also offered a free MRI review.
02:48This investigation, it got hung up.
02:52They would not look into my complaint.
02:55I called the state of Florida Department of Health
02:58and spoke with the investigator involved.
03:03And he tried to talk over me.
03:06We got into a bit of an argument.
03:07You can hear that call up there on YouTube.
03:12And I believe that now I may be a victim of some type of discrimination.
03:19I'm being denied due process now.
03:22And this is a very serious matter.
03:26At the same time, I think the Florida Department of Health
03:30is neglecting their duty.
03:33Because if you take a look at the facts and the evidence in my case,
03:40you will see that there are merits
03:42and my complaints were warranted.
03:47So when I called the Florida Department of Health
03:51on the afternoon of Friday, March 3rd,
03:55I got the voicemail of this investigator.
04:00And I am doing this video on March the 12th, Sunday.
04:06I have not received a return call
04:08from the Florida Department of Health
04:10or investigator Brian Fleck
04:14in over a one week's time.
04:18So it looks like the Florida Department of Health,
04:21they do not return phone calls.
04:23This just adds
04:27more suspicious behavior
04:30to what I face as a patient
04:33going to medical doctors and hospitals
04:37and being a victim of a very serious medical misdiagnosis.
04:42I almost died from the injuries that I had.
04:45Now it looks like the parties involved
04:47who bear responsibility
04:49and should be looked to as some type of authority,
04:55they're now neglecting their duties as well.
05:02Thank you for calling the Florida Department of Health,
05:05Medical Quality Assurance,
05:07Consumer Services,
