The actual call can be heard in part 2 of this video.

I share my 9/2/2022 Zoom Video Consultation (Free MRI Review) wIth neuro-spine surgeon, Dr. Ara Deukmedjian, licensed to practice medicine by the State Of Florida. I sent in many of the X-RAY's, CT Scans, and MRI scans you can see on my Youtube Channel, My Medical Nightmare for his analysis in mid- August. At first I was told my images were "too old" but in the last week of August I was accepted for a consultation.

I was in the waiting room before the scheduled 2pm E.T. appointment. Our consult did not get under way for almost 1 hour after the scheduled time.
This Doctor did not allow me to record our meeting via the Zoom software but I had many backup video and audio recorders ready. I was also not allowed to share or interact during the meeting as is possible via Zoom. I had printed out copies of my images I had to hold up to the camera and when I did so the doctor abruptly ended our encounter.

This MD is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) & a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS). He claims no expertise in my injury area (broken skull) but was awarded a Neurological Surgery Residency by The University Of Florida 1997-2004. He claims no expertise in my injury area (broken skull) but was awarded a Neurological Surgery Residency by The University Of Florida 1997-2004. Despite this, he did not acknowledge a very serious broken skull head trauma based injury that appears in the imagery I sent him. He asked me about neck pain, but I had sent him an MRI which shows 6 inches diameter infection in my head which developed around the main wound. I believe Dr. Ara Deukmedjian could have done much more to help me as a patient but he tried to back up the erroneous findings of Doctors who had had misdiagnosed me in the original scan readings. These are Angus Baird MD (American Health Imaging), Julian Patrick Druhan (Ascension St. Vincent's), Donald Shane Kelly (Ascension) (Birmingham Radiological Group), Michael Brant Ruff (Ascension / Vulcan Imaging Associates).

00:00all right there are many doctors medical practices and hospitals etc that offer free mri reviews
00:10and you can easily search these on the internet yeah for all the details on my injury and what
00:17happened to me go see my youtube channel it's my medical nightmare but just briefly i had a very
00:27serious head trauma based injury in 2018 i broke the underside of my skull and i went around to
00:36various hospitals and doctors and had ct x-ray and mri scans done of this area 2019 2020 2021 up
00:48to the
00:48present day is september 2nd 2022 the radiologists and many doctors who looked at these scans they came
00:57back in these official reports and diagnoses and told me with their signature attached that had no
01:06injuries present and i knew otherwise as a patient almost died from this injury in 2019
01:17around six inches diameter infection set in to the area beneath where i broke my skull you can see
01:25these in the mri pictures uh this appears in my head so i thought i'd send my imagery to yet
01:34another
01:35doctor on the internet who does free mri reviews his state of florida medical license
01:45reads his name as aura jason duke medjian md now i found this page it was on the duke spine
01:56institute he's got two locations in florida a 7955 spyglass hill road melbourne florida 32940
02:08also titusville 494 north washington avenue titusville florida 32796
02:18in august 2022 i'll show some of my correspondence with their office person darcy huggins
02:27and at first i was told that the date of the images were a concern and that the doctor did
02:37not
02:38do the free mri review for mri pictures they were more than a year and a half old but
02:49finally they agreed to look at my pictures
02:54and actually yeah i think this is a bad practice uh doctors out there
03:01you want to look at the mri and ct pictures the x-rays of patients regardless of the age because
03:14if
03:14you have a patient who has a serious injury you want to see the scans of that injury uh close
03:23to the
03:24outset of the actual occurrence of the injury and that as a doctor will help you better understand
03:31the nature of the injury of your patient okay so these doctors out there that only look at
03:38images that are you know like a year old or something uh this doesn't make any sense to me
03:43i thought that the doctor was going to call me on the telephone
03:49but he did not and uh this doctor he does telemedicine consultations using the video conferencing
03:59software zoom and so i was told that my free mri consultation this would take place as a zoom
04:11video meeting scheduled for september 2022 2022 2 p.m eastern so i was in the waiting room
04:23shortly before 2 p.m eastern and i'm in alabama so that was uh just before 1 p.m central
04:33time
04:35after about 30 minutes the meeting had not yet uh commenced and uh prospective patients out there
04:42for duke spine and doctor duke medjian uh you might want to bear this in mind our consultation did not
04:52get underway until about after one hour had passed from the scheduled appointment and um and i was
05:02sent an email told they were behind schedule i tried to record the actual screen uh
05:13of our interaction through the zoom software following the meeting
05:22the video file it was not saved and yet when i clicked the button i was told that
05:27dr duke medjian would have to approve uh the recording but he did not so i had to rely on
05:37one of my many uh backup recordings and yeah when i go around these doctors now i have many recording
05:43devices on me audio and video and you'll be able to hear our conversation uh following my introduction
05:52here and yeah i find it curious uh you know how he questions me about the state of my injury
06:02because
06:02yeah if you're a doctor who can look at these pictures and you simply look at the images you can
06:08easily determine the nature of my injury is the person who runs the zoom meeting they control
06:17uh the interaction and so you'll hear in this call where yeah i have a lot of difficulty i cannot
06:24share
06:24or point out easily uh areas of the images because i was not allowed uh to interact and share my
06:35screen
06:36the doctor wouldn't allow it another piece of advice uh print out the images yourself so you can show them
06:44uh to the webcam all right and that's something else that i did in this call i had printouts in
06:50front of
06:51me uh anticipating the fact that i would not be able to interact or share the images that i had
06:58right
06:59there on the computer ready uh to show the doctor and yet at the end of this call the doctor
07:05abruptly
07:06ended the call uh when i started uh putting the printed out images from these scans where the injury
07:14circled up to the webcam he ended the call so that should tell you a lot right there he went
07:20through
07:21several of these pictures and you know i tried to have him look at a specific image where i believe
07:28the um
07:30injury uh manifests itself and it's around uh first second vertebrae all right so yeah one thing that
07:36you'll hear in this call is when we are both looking at an image uh with an injury uh this
07:43doctor
07:43do you imagine he claims that he cannot see uh the broken uh pebble size piece of bone that broke
07:52off the underside of my skull and it is clearly visible in these images and then he tries to tell
07:58me that you
07:58can't see this in an mri scan and this is absolutely not true as well i mentioned the fact uh
08:07that
08:07infection had set in and then you know all of a sudden this doctor he doesn't want to talk about
08:11this injury anymore all right so yeah after i mentioned uh that i might have been uh misdiagnosed
08:21this doctor told me and you can hear it uh that he doesn't treat that kind of stuff and i
08:27believe this
08:27is absolutely uh not the case there is evidence of an injury and it's in my head and my neck
08:36and it's
08:37in the area uh where this doctor does have expertise and uh applies his medical skill uh via his license
08:48with the state of florida and then you know another thing that he kept saying was it doesn't matter there's
08:54nothing he can do to help me and this is absolutely not the case um i believe that
09:02it is a doctor's duty all right and there's something called the hippocratic oath the first
09:08ten of the hippocratic oath is do no harm and when you have a doctor who can see injuries who
09:15has skill
09:16to diagnose injuries and he does not share this with his patients in consultations
09:25he is in violation of his oath and his duty as a medical doctor
09:32he is in violation of his oath and he has to control his financial wife and he is to kill
09:32his father
09:32and they are not under the QR code and they are able to balance their family and behind him
09:32you um
