(RECORDED CALL) Dr. Wayne Broth also called me from a 908 area code although a person licensed to practice medicine by that name does not show up on the New Jersey license look up page.

After nearly 5 months I am finally put in contact with Dr. Wayne J. Broth, OLSS spinal consultant. I sent my MRI images which were misread by other doctors to New Jersey & Florida based Dr. Scott Katzman's office (Orthopedic & Laser Spine Surgery). His website advertises a free MRI Review. I sent in images and records from many of my MRI and CT scans, showing a very serious head injury which has slowly healed from 2018. I had broken the underside of my skull and had parasites and infection develop over several months. These injuries are clearly visible in the images presented, not noted by the original reading radiologists. In March, 2022, after a request was sent to me for insurance information from past medical visits (I have no insurance), communication from this office ceased (I tried to call back, but was only able to leave a message on their machine).

Then in June I started receiving emails from Jenny, the office receptionist and once again called but was never contacted until July 29th. I was given a number to a Doctor Broth and recorded my telephone conversation with him which can be heard in part 2 of this video. Dr. Broth spends much of the video asking me repeatedly "what doctor told me I have an injury present?". Real doctors practicing medicine don't ask such questions, they use their own experience to independently assess scientific and medical data. My experience is doctors who are trying to cover for another MD's error ask such questions repeatedly. The broken bone injury, the infection injuries and 3 inch long insects that grew in the wound are clearly visible in the MRI and CT images I emailed them. They offer a service to independently review MRI images and my experience here is they did not give a correct analysis. When I simply asked his first name he abruptly wanted end our conversation, this is a huge red flag, and an indicator he knew he was giving me incorrect advice. This is unprofessional behavior for a licensed doctor to engage in.

00:00Dr. Broth, I receive your voicemail. I'll give you a shout back whenever you get a chance. 908.
00:04Can you tell me what state you're calling from?
00:07Uh, we're in Florida. Florida and New Jersey.
00:10So did you have a chance to look at these images?
00:13I do, I do. I said, yeah. I looked at the images.
00:16There had a lot of scans in the past. What was the reason for that?
00:21Are you a doctor?
00:23I am.
00:24Okay, if you look at the scans, the issue is pretty obvious.
00:30Okay, which is what?
00:32Okay, well you're the doctor. You didn't see the massive injury?
00:37I didn't.
00:38You didn't, okay.
00:40No.
00:41Can you tell me your background? What's your specialty?
00:45Sure, so I'm internal medicine.
00:46Internal medicine, okay.
00:49Now, I contacted Dr. Katzman, laser spinal surgery. Do you have those images in front of you now?
00:56I do.
00:57All right, so I called Dr. Scott Katzman, laser spinal surgery.
01:02So what do you do in regards to, you know, like bone issues, orthopedic issues related to the spine?
01:09Yeah, it all depends on what the issue is.
01:11We do multiple different procedures, multiple different surgeries.
01:14So it all depends on what the problem is, what the symptoms are, what the imaging findings are.
01:20Okay, are you a radiologist?
01:23I'm not.
01:24Okay, so when you look at these pictures, you can identify injuries necessarily?
01:31I typically can, but I don't see an injury on yours.
01:34Okay, so do you have all these images in front of you now?
01:39Um, what do you mean by all?
01:41All I have is an MRI, a couple pictures of an MRI.
01:45I've got an image here, and it's numbered 34, screenshot 34.
01:51Can you pull that up?
01:53That I don't have.
01:55Okay, well, is there any way I could get these pictures to you so you can send them?
02:00Because I have a very serious injury.
02:02I broke the underside of my skull.
02:07How did you do that?
02:08How did I do that?
02:09That's a good question.
02:10I don't know.
02:11But, yeah, anyways, in these pictures you can see my injury very clearly.
02:16So I had an infection grow, and it grew out to about 6 inches in diameter that's present in the
02:22MRR pictures.
02:23So you didn't see that, 6 inches diameter of an infection in my skull?
02:28I didn't.
02:29Who, no, who told, did the radiologist tell you that you have an infection in the skull?
02:33Okay, well, you're the doctor, so I was going to ask you what you thought about it.
02:39Uh, yeah, I don't see any evidence of infection.
02:41How do you know that you had an infection there in the skull?
02:44Okay, I will direct you to those images.
02:46If you can access them, the evidence is present in the pictures.
02:50So you don't know how you, you said that you broke the base of your skull, you don't know how
02:54you did that?
02:55Yeah, I don't, but I almost died from this injury in 2019.
03:00And I went around to several hospitals, doctors, at that time and had these images taken.
03:08And they told me I had no injury.
03:10I knew better because I was dying.
03:12And then after several months, the infection and parasites said, and I had 3 inch long insects grow in this
03:19wound.
03:20The upper area of my neck, beneath the crack in my skull.
03:24All right, so who told you that you had parasites growing in there?
03:27Okay, you're, you're the doctor, so I'm going to direct you to those images, please, and you'll see the evidence
03:31in the pictures.
03:33Yeah, you, you, you don't have any, I don't see any evidence of parasites in, in, in the images.
03:39Okay, see, see, what, could you give me your name, please?
03:42Your doctor, Dr. Broth, what's your first name?
03:45Yeah, I, I, I, it's best that we don't, that, that we probably don't, uh, speak further,
03:50because I don't think that we're going to be a match for you.
03:53Okay, you, you're, you're not a real doctor, are you?
03:56Oh, yep, you're right, I'm not a real doctor, yep, exactly.
03:59Okay.
04:00Um, yeah, I think it's, you need to get some glasses and, um, go to, uh, go to medical school
04:05and you'll see what happened to me.
04:07And this is not a trivial matter at all, sir.
04:09Have a nice day.
