Skip to Part 2 to listen to the actual call:

Dr. Wayne Broth also called me from a 908 area code although a person licensed to practice medicine by that name does not show up on the New Jersey license look up page.

After nearly 5 months I am finally put in contact with Dr. Wayne J. Broth, OLSS spinal consultant. I sent my MRI images which were misread by other doctors to New Jersey & Florida based Dr. Scott Katzman's office (Orthopedic & Laser Spine Surgery). His website advertises a free MRI Review. I sent in images and records from many of my MRI and CT scans, showing a very serious head injury which has slowly healed from 2018. I had broken the underside of my skull and had parasites and infection develop over several months. These injuries are clearly visible in the images presented, not noted by the original reading radiologists. In March, 2022, after a request was sent to me for insurance information from past medical visits (I have no insurance), communication from this office ceased (I tried to call back, but was only able to leave a message on their machine).

Then in June I started receiving emails from Jenny, the office receptionist and once again called but was never contacted until July 29th. I was given a number to a Doctor Broth and recorded my telephone conversation with him which can be heard in part 2 of this video. Dr. Broth spends much of the video asking me repeatedly "what doctor told me I have an injury present". Real doctors practicing medicine don't ask such questions, they use their own experience to independently assess scientific and medical data. My experience is doctors who are trying to cover for another MD's error as such questions repeatedly. The broken bone injury, the infection injuries and 3 inch long insects that grew in the wound are clearly visible in the MRI and CT images I emailed them. They offer a service to independently review MRI images and my experience here is they did not give a correct analysis. When I simply asked his first name he abruptly wanted end our conversation, this is a huge red flag, and an indicator he knew he was giving me incorrect advice. This is unprofessional behavior for a licensed doctor to engage in.

00:00Alright, at the end of March 2022, I contacted Orthopedic and Laser Spine Surgery, that's OLSS.
00:11And this is also the medical practice of Dr. Scott Katzman.
00:20And on their website, they advertise a free MRI review.
00:28That is a review of MRI images that you had previously had taken.
00:38And so I thought I'd send in my images.
00:41And I'll show here what images and documents that I sent in.
00:49I also sent in the doctors, that is a radiologist, analysis of these various scans that I had done.
00:58You can see in-depth information about these at my YouTube channel.
01:04It's my medical nightmare.
01:07So I'm doing this video, it's July 29, 2022.
01:12Bear in mind, I sent in my original request in March.
01:17Does it usually take four or five months for this medical practice to get back in touch
01:24with potential patients and customers who need potentially urgent spinal surgery?
01:34I really hope this is not the case.
01:37The last communication I had with this medical practice and these doctors, it was in March.
01:47And they asked me for my insurance information.
01:53And I, of course, have no insurance.
01:55I am a self-paid patient.
01:57And after I transmitted that information to Orthopedic and Laser Spine Surgery and Dr. Scott Katzman's office,
02:07I never received a reply from this.
02:11And when I would call this office and speak to their receptionist, Jeannie,
02:21Jeannie, a woman who answered the phone and sounded like Jeannie,
02:26did not identify herself as Jeannie, but directed me to voicemail.
02:32You can hear all those calls in the other video that I did.
02:35I started getting emails from Jeannie Elan, who is the office receptionist there.
02:43This was in June.
02:44And, yeah, I called them back, the same type of thing.
02:49They directed me to voicemail.
02:51I left my information.
02:52My phone call was never returned.
02:54So fast forward until this morning, July 29, 2022,
03:01and I got this email and a text message.
03:04And it's from Jeannie Elan.
03:05It reads,
03:06Final attempt.
03:07The doctor tried to get in touch with you.
03:10Orthopedic and Laser Spine Surgery.
03:12This is my final attempt.
03:15Dr. Katzman attempted to get in touch with you to discuss the findings of your diagnostics test
03:20and provide some recommendation and treatment options.
03:24And this time around, I was given another phone number.
03:28And this was to a Dr. Broth.
03:36And on their website,
03:38OLSS Orthopedic and Laser Spine Surgery, Dr. Scott Katzman.
03:44Dr. Wayne J. Broth is mentioned.
03:49OLSS Spinal Consultant.
03:52So I called this phone number to Dr. Broth and I received a voicemail.
03:59And then after some phone tag,
04:02I finally got Dr. Wayne J. Broth on the phone to discuss this situation.
04:12Almost five months later.
04:15I looked up Dr. Broth's Florida Department of Health medical license.
04:24And there is one license that shows up for Wayne J. Broth.
04:29And this is related to chiropractic.
04:33Listed as delinquent.
04:36Delinquent refers to the licensed practitioner who held a clear active or clear inactive license
04:42but failed to renew the license by the expiration date.
04:46The licensed practitioner is not authorized to practice in the state of Florida.
04:52The practitioner is obligated to update his or her profile data.
04:57All right, so it also mentions that Dr. Wayne J. Broth's license expired on March 31st, 2022.
05:11Chiropractic physician.
05:13There's another license listed here for a Wayne Broth.
05:19And if this is the same doctor, I wonder why he dropped his middle initial.
05:25This license is for a resident.
05:31It's listed as clear and active.
05:34I'm not sure what type of medical stuff that this orthopedic and laser spine surgery practice is involved with.
05:47But you can see my images very clearly.
05:50And they did not note my injury.
05:56And this is a very serious, life-threatening, very obvious injury.
06:02This guy's the doctor.
06:04He's asking me who told me I had an injury.
06:06Okay, and you know, again, he's the doctor.
06:09He should be able to see exactly what my problem is.
06:13Real doctors who are trying to help patients with injuries,
06:16they don't ask questions like,
06:19who told you that you had such and such injury?
06:23They are able to look at scientific and medical data
06:28and make their own determination.
06:30That's why they make millions of dollars a year.
06:34My experience is doctors who are trying to cover for the mistakes of other doctors
06:39will ask questions like,
06:42who told you that you had such and such injury?
06:46This is not how medicine is practiced.
06:52All right, when I simply asked Dr. Broth his first name,
06:58he abruptly wanted to end our conversation.
07:02And to me, that is a gigantic red flag.
07:07Any upstanding doctor confident in his ability and observations,
07:12he should have no problem giving his full name to any patient or any person
07:17that he is consulting with.
07:20All right?
07:21And so, yeah, this follows several minutes of him giving me incorrect medical analysis.
07:28All right?
07:29So, when I ask him to put his name on it,
07:33he wants to get off the phone all of a sudden.
07:36And that should tell everybody a lot.
07:38My injuries in my medical images that I post up here,
07:42it's circled in yellow.
07:45But yeah, just the basics of my injury.
07:49I broke the underside of my skull in 2018.
07:51I went around to several hospitals and doctors having scans done.
07:57Many of these, the doctors did not note the injury.
08:03Broken bone in the underside of my skull.
08:06I had a CSF would leak out of my skull.
08:09Several months later, infection had set in in my upper neck around this injury.
08:14I almost died.
08:17I've got anomalies around my brain, inside my skull.
08:22I have infection that's about six inches in diameter
08:26that extended out into my jaw, to my ear.
08:31I had a nurse node infection looking inside my ear.
08:36You want to know the source of that?
08:37You can see these in the MRI pictures.
08:40If you're a patient and you're thinking about doing business
08:44with this OLSS Orthopedic and Laser Spine Surgery,
08:48Dr. Scott Kassman and Wayne J. Broth.
08:53They've got offices in Florida and New Jersey,
08:56the United States of America.
08:58You might want to look at what I'm showing here
09:03and possibly reconsider.
09:07And if Dr. Scott Kassman wishes to correct this matter,
09:16he knows how to get in touch with me.
09:18And I stand by awaiting that phone call.
09:21You're going to be able to edit the middle letter,
09:21That's a small sweater.
