00:00All right, this is part two, my state of Florida Department of Health complaint against Dr. Jason Aura-Duke Medjian.
00:11To hear part one and to see all the details about my situation, please go to my YouTube channel, My
00:23Medical Nightmare.
00:24Dr. Duke Medjian offers a free MRI review.
00:32His practice is Duke Spine Institute, 7955 Spyglass, Hill Road, Melbourne, Florida.
00:42I sent my MRI pictures into this doctor in 2022.
00:50And he did his free consultation with me on the Zoom video meeting software.
01:02My exchange with this doctor was recorded.
01:05You can hear the actual consultation up there on my YouTube channel.
01:11Now, in our consult, this doctor at first tried to tell me that I had no injury.
01:22I sent him pictures that show that I had broken a piece of bone off the underside of my skull.
01:28And after many, many months, this area in my upper neck, in the basilar area of my skull, this had
01:38become infected.
01:39Several inches of diameter infection present around the wound.
01:46I believe that Dr. Duke Medjian knew more than what he was willing to share with me.
01:53And he might have been trying to cover for the erroneous radiologist and doctor analysis that appeared in the original
02:05reviews of those images.
02:09I was misdiagnosed and I told this doctor this.
02:13His tactic was to first try to deny that an injury was present in those pictures.
02:21And then he flip-flopped and started to say that he would not address that area with me.
02:29He then asked me repeatedly, what did the other radiologists say about the MRI pictures that I sent him?
02:39And this is not a doctor doing his job properly.
02:44Is he looking at the MRI pictures?
02:47Or is he simply re-reading the erroneous diagnosis of the original doctors who looked at those pictures?
02:56And finally, I was hung up on.
02:59He did not finish our consultation.
03:04At the end of the call before he hung up on me, he repeated, neurologist, neurologist.
03:09Okay, so I need to go to a neurologist for what?
03:12And he didn't explain himself.
03:14So I think the doctor knew more than he was telling me.
03:17And this was ultimately not helpful at all.
03:22I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health.
03:26I received this letter from the Florida Department of Health dated February 14th.
03:34This is signed off on by Brian Fleck, government analyst.
03:42They say here, we have determined from our review that we can take no further action
03:47because the health care provider has not violated any laws or rules regulating this profession.
03:54I disagree with this.
03:57You can go listen to that consultation.
04:03I've uploaded the images that we were both looking at as well as those contradictory original radiologist analyses.
04:17It also states here in the letter,
04:20Florida law requires that all information in this complaint remain confidential.
04:26There on my YouTube channel,
04:28you'll hear where I filed a previous complaint,
04:31a very similar situation where I sent in the pictures for a free MRI review
04:38to a Florida licensed doctor.
04:43I had a big problem with this with the Florida Department of Health.
04:48They would not investigate my case.
04:52When I called them several months later,
04:55their tactics were to bully and deny as well as stonewall
05:02and make several rather unpalatable excuses.
05:10And when the Florida Department of Health analyst that I spoke to then,
05:16this is Adam Blauhowl.
05:19This guy got into a shouting match with me,
05:23tried to talk over me,
05:25and I was hung up on.
05:28And I believe that with this second complaint and this response,
05:33that I may be a victim of some type of discrimination.
05:38I recorded my call with that Department of Health investigator.
05:44You can go hear that in my YouTube channel also.
05:47What he told me was,
05:52this relates to this line in this latest letter,
05:56Florida law requires that all information in the complaint remain confidential.
06:00He told me that what this basically means is
06:05if you go to the state of Florida looking for information about this complaint
06:11and it didn't result in any kind of disciplinary action,
06:17that basically the state of Florida will deny that the complaint was made in the first place.
06:25This shows that the government in Florida,
06:30they're bullies and the backwardness of how they operate.
06:37See, I've got letters here with signatures
06:42and government employee names on them.
06:47What this means for any person
06:52who is seeking health treatment or medical care in the state of Florida,
06:58you need to seriously do your due diligence
07:04and be on guard for the scams,
07:08both dealing with the doctors and medical practices
07:14and when you run into trouble like me,
07:17you need to practice discretion
07:20when dealing with these state governmental officials.
