00:41This is it, two motos in each class, first race of the day.

00:45Today is 4.50s, 30 minutes and two laps, 40 riders on the gate.

00:49You got Lukas Koonin, the MXG, here we go.

01:01Two Yamahas, two Hondas, Cooper, Webb, Hayden Deegan, but it's going to be Jett Lawrence to the lead.

01:07And Hunter trying to make moves on Webb from third.

01:09If you're Honda HRC, this is exactly where you want to start, if you're Jett Lawrence, this is where you

01:13want to be at.

01:14Hunter actually got a great jump out of that gate, but he got outpulled by his younger brother, Jett Lawrence.

01:20And Hunter firing around the outside, that'll set him up on the inside here, around Webb.

01:26Not quite enough.

01:27They put a little bit of water on the track in certain spots, but come Hunter Lawrence, I've seen this

01:31story before.

01:32If I allow my brother to get out front, he's going to be hard to beat.

01:35So I expect Hunter Lawrence is going to try to do everything carefully to get around that number two, Cooper

01:40Webb.

01:40And then shout out to Dylan Ferrandez there in fourth.

01:43Flessinger coming back after a rough weekend last time out at Hangtown's fifth.

01:47And Deegan has been shuffled to sixth, but quickly making moves.

01:51And I mean quickly, he's already around Webb and up to Hunter.

01:53Yeah, hey Deegan, some great passes getting around his teammate Cooper Webb.

01:57He knows he needs to follow these guys.

01:59Said he learned a lot last weekend racing with the Lawrence into that first moto.

02:03He's going to learn a lot today of this first moto as well.

02:07Welcome to the series flight channel.

02:14Well, it's the battle everyone wanted to see Deegan bringing the hype into this class.

02:19We've seen huge crowds at these first three races and there's fans in both directions.

02:24There's fans that want to see him win.

02:25There's fans that want to see him get beat.

02:27And he started with the Lawrence, so we're going to see which way it goes.

02:30Yeah, Hayde Deegan definitely is one of the fan favorites out here, good or bad.

02:34But he's doing a great job at, you know, keeping these guys preoccupied as he makes a small mistake right

02:38there.

02:39I think with Hayde, he's just got to keep the pressure on, you know, not necessarily trying to pass him

02:44at the moment,

02:44but just let him know, especially with Hunter Lawrence,

02:46as he looks like he's going to go on the inside of his brother right here.

02:49Yeah, some struggles for Jett, so here comes Hunter, going to run it around the outside.

02:59Yeah, this is really close.

03:01Last weekend, I talked about if Hunter had the pace, probably Jett would let him buy him.

03:05I don't know if he's going to do that here, because Hunter's been fast all day long.

03:08When you look at that second practice, Hunter looked comfortable, more like the Hunter we saw at the first race,

03:12so Jett's going to have to do a good job at keeping him at bay, and we know how that

03:16game goes.

03:17Battle back here is Coonan working on Webb for fourth.

03:21That's in the bottom box.

03:24Jett, Hunter still battling for the lead.

03:26Wow, Lucas made some great passes that opening lap.

03:28He was able to get around both teammates, Jorge Prada and Aaron Flessinger,

03:31so it looks like he's got the pace, and he can get around Cooper Webb.

03:36Maybe he has a chance while still early to catch on to the back of these guys.

03:42Deegan hanging in there with Hunter.

03:47He's going to be big for the first time.

05:50Guys, I know the battle for the front's heating up, but look at Hayden Deegan.

05:53And I love what we're seeing from him because if you look, he has just progressively gotten more and more

05:58aggressive.

05:59Last week in the first moto was a step forward.

06:01This is even another.

06:02He's actually applying pressure instead of having pressure applied to him.

06:07Yeah, JT.

06:07And this is a tough spot for Hunter, I'd imagine.

06:09Right, James?

06:10Oh, really tough.

06:11I mean, he was so focused on Jet.

06:13And this is the strong side where I feel like Hayden's really good.

06:16Now we're going to get past this jump.

06:17The last couple laps, they've been able to open this up.

06:20But at the same time, you see Hunter, he's got to back it off.

06:23Here it is!

06:24Deegan makes a run, James!

06:25Looks like he's going to get it, but this is off camera.

06:27Hunter should have the outside, which is going to put him on the inside.

06:30Hunter's just got to get through this corner clean.

06:32Ape's going around the outside.

06:34As we say that, they're almost getting back on Jet Lawrence.

06:38Unreal racing between the three.

06:40Hunter around the outside with Jet.

06:43And that's enough for Deegan to make the move!

06:45Yep, that's exactly what you were talking about, Jason, where Hunter's in a tough spot.

06:49Now, if I'm Hayden Deegan, I'm going to attack Jet right now, because Jet probably doesn't know it's Hayden behind

06:54him.

06:55He probably thinks it's his brother, which means he knows Hunter's not going to, like, run it in on him.

06:59Hayden Deegan will, so Jet's got to pay attention to that.

07:03He's going to hear that .38 Yamaha behind him wide open.

07:06Almost three wide over the finish.

07:14This is what everyone wanted to see.

07:17Deegan able to make the move on Hunter.

07:18Hunter going back after him.

07:21Now Hayden's been really strong on this part of his racetrack, so let's see if he can close up to

07:25Jet.

07:26Hunter's losing a little bit of toe, which is only going to help Hayden be able to go offensive on

07:31Jet Lawrence.

07:39Deegan's got different lines.

07:42Yeah, for the moment, they've opened a little gap on Hunter.

07:45So it's Jet Lawrence.

07:46Can he hold off Deegan, who's riding well?

07:51Now we've seen Jet in the past.

07:53I would say this is kind of fool's gold in a little bit, meaning Jet takes a couple laps to

07:58get going.

07:59And once he gets going, he starts stretching his gap out.

08:01So they understand they've got to close that gap on him if I'm Hayden.

08:05As Hunter Lawrence is starting to lose the pace a little bit with these guys.

08:10There is so much strategy in the way the Lawrence's race and energy management of when they go fast and

08:15when they wait.

08:16It's so hard to know exactly what you're getting.

08:18We've wondered for years with Jet, but he maintains these small leads.

08:22But right now he is absolutely under fire.

08:24Here it comes.

08:26Hayden Deegan hanging it out.

08:29Almost got it.

08:30Yeah, you see how those lines play out.

08:32Like he gets on the camera angle.

08:33Hayden has it in the beginning part, but he goes a long ways around.

08:37And at this point, let's not kid ourselves.

08:39Hayden Deegan at this moment, like, yeah, he's in it for the championship.

08:42But what he really wants is to be able to pass that number one.

08:45What that'll do for his confidence move forward.

08:47Now he knows he has that pace.

08:49He can beat those guys.

08:50And this is the section he's been really strong at.

08:56Oh, this is it right now.

08:59Fans loving an action.

09:09JT.

09:10I just watched the mechanics boards there and Brent Hayden Deegan's mechanic put breathe on the pit board.

09:16I was expecting breathe the waiter attack now because I think right now he has a chance to get in

09:21on Jet.

09:22If Jet settles in, that's the worst thing that can happen to Hayden.

09:24So I actually kind of disagree with the mechanics pit board there.

09:28Well, they're playing the long game in their own way, JT.

09:30I asked his mechanic.

09:32Look, they work on a lot of things during the week to adapt to the 450.

09:35And I said, but how do you make sure what happens during the week actually happens on race day?

09:40And he said, I put it on the board.

09:41And Hayden does read the board every lap.

09:43A lot of riders do not.

09:44They are very focused on the notes during the week that are made will be on that board and follow

09:50it.

09:50Yeah, but, you know, in this moment right there, I don't think Hayden's looking.

09:54Hayden's like, breathe.

09:55We barely got oxygen up here.

09:57What are you talking about, Will?

09:59That's right.

09:59It's tough breathing up here, Jason.

10:01Going back, Jason, to what you were saying about what they're working on in the week.

10:04Talking to Brent Duffy myself today as well.

10:06So, look, this is a lot about him getting used to the 450.

10:10And a lot of that, James, is going to be deciding what gets used.

10:13He's used to that kind of wide open, high rev style of racing that we have seen him do in

10:18the 250s now for many years.

10:20And getting out of that rhythm of doing that, breaking a habit, as Brent put it, has been the most

10:25challenging thing.

10:26But he said, actually, the altitude is going to make that tougher.

10:29So, this potentially, the biggest test for him, James, do you agree with that?

10:33Is his altitude conditions here going to make keeping those revs low tricky for him?

10:38Yeah, yes and no.

10:39But I also feel like with the altitude, because we're at elevation, it's going to make the bike slower.

10:43So, it's going to make him feel more like he did on the 250.

10:46So, he's going to be able to hang it out, which we're seeing it.

10:49And I think Hayden's doing a good job as Jet throws that foot out because he wants to get in

10:53this rut.

10:53Now, Hayden's been the strongest in this last segment.

10:56He's been four laps in a row quicker than Jet.

10:58But, as I mentioned, Jet's starting to get comfortable.

11:01And you can see one corner, he's getting that gap.

11:03So, back to what you're saying, altitude, yes.

11:05But I think Hayden, he's a young kid.

11:07He wants to go out there no matter how he gets it done.

11:10Well, yeah, James, you mentioned confidence.

11:12Oh, no!

11:13Deegan lost the back end.

11:15Almost sent it off the side of the track.

11:17And now Hunter's right there.

11:19Yeah, it's double the trouble.

11:20You got one getting away.

11:21You got the next one.

11:22I think what Hunter was doing is kind of what he did that first moto last weekend, sitting back.

11:27As you can see, these little white pebbles on this racetrack, there's a lot of rocks here today.

11:30So, Hunter's probably sitting back, getting away from that roost, letting this thing settle down.

11:36And try to attack and preoccupy Hayden Deegan at the moment.

11:40But Deegan quickly able to get back away just a bit.

11:43Up to the top of the hill.

11:48Do we have enough data already to say that this is an improvement for Deegan even over last week?

11:53What do you think?

11:54Yeah, I mean, the kid's going to improve every single weekend.

11:57I mean, yes, he's up here fighting.

11:59And he's been fighting.

12:00He's the only one, really, that's been able to fight these two guys besides the first lap and the second

12:04moto.

12:04So, Lucas is doing a great job as we'll highlight him right now.

12:08But I think let's finish.

12:10Let's see how this moto goes.

12:11That's where it's really going to play out how much he's gotten better.

12:13Because Hayden has the speed.

12:15He can run up to pace in Jet Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence, any lap.

12:18It's just whether he can do it over 30 minutes.

12:21And as for Kunin here, solid in fourth.

12:24Did race in America last year at Motocross of Nations.

12:27But this is first pro motocross race.

12:29They raced in Latvia for MXGP last Sunday.

12:32Flew to California.

12:34Rode a bit there two days this week.

12:36And then to drive the motorcycles out from the KTM shop in California.

12:41To get them ready to race, as they say.

12:44And he's doing well right now.

12:45Back to this.

12:47Deegan about a second off of Lawrence.

12:50Yeah.

12:51We're going to find out to speed wise on Hayden Deegan.

12:54Sometimes when you make a mistake and drop back.

12:56Especially on this racetrack.

12:58When you're too close to the guy, you can't see.

13:00So sometimes those mistakes are made because you're so close.

13:03Now he's going to have an opportunity to go.

13:05But I believe Hayden.

13:06I think he made a mistake.

13:07Yeah.

13:07I think he was off the track.

13:09JT.

13:10Yeah, I was just going to compliment Hayden on the resilience of that lap.

13:14Being able to close back in on Jet.

13:16Immediately goes right back off the racetrack.

13:17And we had the same setup we had a lap ago.

13:19Where Hunter's all over him yet again.

13:23Yeah.

13:23Looked like he got off balance in one of those ruts.

13:24I thought he was going to go down.

13:26But then we just saw him off the side of the track.

13:28Here it is.

13:29We're going to get down.

13:30You can notice all these ruts.

13:31I'm assuming.

13:32He starts losing the front end.

13:34Does a great job.

13:35A really good save right there.

13:37This track is a lot of off camera.

13:38So the corners are always falling away from you.

13:41There's hardly any flat ground around this racetrack.

13:43And once you start getting leading one way.

13:45It's easy to continue going that way.

13:50And once again quickly able to shed the pressure from Hunter to the kid.

13:5620 year old two time 250 champ.

13:58Hanging tough.

14:01Yeah.

14:02Now this.

14:03If Hayden's able to close back up on Jed.

14:05I think that's the improvement that you'll be able to see.

14:07And I believe no matter how this race ends.

14:09He's able to do that.

14:11Hayden's going to start believing like okay I got the pace.

14:13Not only I'm just not hanging with him.

14:15I'm able to make a mistake.

14:17Lose that time and gain it back.

14:18Which means next time I'm in that.

14:20I'll just calm down a little bit.

14:21Let this thing go.

14:22Because I have the pace.

14:23As you can see him he's starting to make a few mistakes.

14:25I believe a lot of that's coming to him changing his lines.

14:28Track hasn't fully developed.

14:30But Hayden's doing a good job.

14:32He's going to have that number 96 on him in the moment.

14:34If he doesn't get it going.

14:35Yeah.

14:35This has become the yo-yo battle.

14:36He makes the mistake.

14:37Hunter closed in.

14:38He pulls away a little bit.

14:39Makes another mistake.

14:40Hunter gets him again.

14:41And it is on for second.

14:43Yeah.

14:44Hayden switched his line up.

14:45If you notice he was on the outside.

14:47Now he went to the inside and.

14:50Swear like that.

14:51You know being a rookie and not really understanding.

14:54I wouldn't say not understanding.

14:55But really trying to learn how these guys race.

14:57Because Hayden clearly he's still right there on jet.

14:59But sometimes you get nervous.

15:00As his mechanics said.

15:02You need to breathe.

15:03Calm back down.

15:04And it's hard to do that.

15:05When you got another brother coming up on you.

15:08Putting that pressure on you.

15:09Yeah.

15:09This is about the closest Hunter has been.

15:11Consistently.

15:12For about 10 minutes now.

15:14Deep breath.

15:16Says Brent Duffy the mechanic.

15:23Oh Hunter's applying it now.

15:26Yeah Hunter's definitely applying it.

15:28And I wonder is Hunter going to get a signal from his pit bull.

15:32Because if you look in the background.

15:33That number.

15:34The guy in fourth place.

15:36It's starting to come up.

15:37He was the fastest guy on the racetrack right now.

15:39He was starting to catch these guys.

15:40So Hunter probably understands.

15:42Maybe I can't sit back like I did last weekend.

15:45Because I'm going to have Lucas on me.

15:47But nonetheless.

15:47All three of these guys are riding great on the challenging racetrack.

15:51It's really this section right here.

15:53Where Deegan is able to shed that pressure from Hunter.

15:59And the 96 having to close back in.

16:01Yeah I think a lot of that.

16:02He's got an interesting line right here on the far inside.

16:06But sometimes like in that opening part.

16:08There's so many rocks here.

16:15But as we say that.

16:16He's right back to Jet.

16:18And we're only halfway through this moto.

17:10Then I need to get up on hate and keep them preoccupied.

17:16You notice everybody starting to tighten up here.

17:21That's where hate's been really quick after this finish line.

25:52Every section where it's a one line, they close up on them, and then Jet picks up the pace on

25:57those opening sections.

25:58So it might just be the form. Will?

26:00They've just been talking about what his new week cut is like, because the guys usually ride kind of a

26:05couple of days a week,

26:06maybe more than that if they're sort of testing and making changes on the bike.

26:09Well, Jet's only been on the bike once a week.

26:11This is the new pattern, and that's to rest the foot.

26:14Because what he said is, I've got to get back to kind of what I feel like before I start

26:20racing on a Saturday.

26:21And he's like, that just takes time. It takes the whole week to essentially be set,

26:25so that he's not going through these race weekends making it worse every week.

26:30But he also reminded everybody that his fitness pace, James, is there.

26:34So he wasn't at all concerned that he would lose that.

26:37In fact, he said actually racing at the weekends is going to keep that fitness pace.

26:40But his week does look different, so it's just more things that Jet Lawrence is adapting to,

26:45and yet it doesn't seem to be changing the results.

26:47Yeah, I mean, that's a great point, Will.

26:49And, yeah, his fitness is good.

26:51Eventually, if he's not able to ride, it really comes down to, like, bike setup, working on that.

26:56And then eventually, if you're not able to do it, the fitness will come into a point.

27:00But they've done so much work off the motorcycle, he feels pretty good.

27:04Clearly, he knows how to ride a motorcycle.

27:06And being able to ride around these injuries, he's starting to get away.

27:09I think Hunter made a pretty big mistake.

27:11This might be the moment that if Jet puts in a good lap,

27:15maybe Hunter will start thanking for that second moto since he doesn't have Lucas on the back of him.

27:20So Coonan, he was closing for a bit.

27:23Now he is about six seconds back, nearly seven, actually.

27:26Here is Deegan.

27:27We'll check back in with him after the pair of crashes.

27:29He had Jet Lawrence in his sights.

27:31Again, you never know when someone has him in his sights if he really is on the ropes or not.

27:36But then those two crashes that sent Deegan back to a distance for 16 seconds off of the lead.

27:43But still, I mean, I know how racers are.

27:46They're going to take the positives out of it.

27:47So if you're Deegan, you're going to say, man, I was closer.

27:50Oh, yeah.

27:51Oh, absolutely.

27:52I mean, if I'm hate Deegan, this is probably the crash is the best thing.

27:56Because then, you know, let's say he didn't pass him and he gets fast.

27:59At least you could be like, man, I had him.

28:00I had him.

28:01I went down.

28:01I had him.

28:02And that's what I'm believing.

28:03Going back to the fifth.

28:04Okay, Jorge Prado did not ride yesterday.

28:08They opened up a practice session for everyone because with the elevation,

28:11the teams always want to get into the press day ride,

28:13which is usually for a limited number of teams and riders.

28:17So teams suggested, can you just let everybody ride Friday so we can adjust to the elevation?

28:22They did that.

28:23But Prado elected not to do it.

28:24So really haven't seen him much this weekend.

28:26Didn't get the customary good start.

28:28A solid ride here in fifth.

28:32That's the good news.

28:32The bad is he lost a ton of points with a bike problem last week.

28:37Came into this one 41 points down.

28:40And he's going to need to respond quickly if he has any hope of climbing back into title contention.

28:45Yeah, it's a tough position.

28:46But I also believe what I was saying about Lucas, that gap got built up between those top four.

28:51So Jorge hasn't had anybody to really chase.

28:54So sometimes that gap looks a lot bigger than what it actually is.

28:58Maybe if he was closer, he might be able to run.

29:00Hey, Deegan's pace are those guys.

29:02But he's not able to see them.

29:03So now he doesn't have anybody behind him, which Garrett Marks-Fanks is running sixth.

29:07Great job.

29:08And, yeah, those guys are too far gone.

29:11And it is Hampshire, Plessinger, Ferrandis, and Craig in the top ten.

29:16Jett took a look over his shoulder and a pretty big gap now, JT.

29:19He has.

29:20And you wonder if that was a concerted effort by Jett.

29:23He turned in almost two in a row, two of five flats, which are some of his best laps of

29:27the race.

29:28I've seen him take a look behind to kind of gauge where Hunter's at.

29:31And they talked about this last week.

29:33Jett said, I felt an opportunity about halfway to try to, quote, unquote, break Hunter, break the will of Hunter.

29:39And Hunter noticed it as well.

29:40And you wonder if it's a little bit later in this race, but if it's happened the last two laps

29:43or not.

29:44Oh, it definitely has.

29:45Sorry, Jason.

29:47It has.

29:47And that's why I went back.

29:49Jett, Hunter made that mistake, put in that hot lap, and then make Hunter just start.

29:53Like, all right, I'll get him the next moto.

29:54He's done it two times in a row.

29:55And I know for Hunter, that's got to be hard because he's been so close.

30:00And how that first race went at Paula, how Supercross has been.

30:03He's been able to make passes on everyone else when he's in that situation, except for his younger brother, the

30:09number one,

30:10which he's going to share to Harlow with after this race.

30:13It looks like Jett is going to make it three straight.

30:17Bodo wins as you go back to this battle.

30:19It is Plessinger and Hampshire.

30:23It's been a rough season for Plessinger, both in Supercross and motocross, but good to see him digging and still

30:29out here.

30:30They got a little gap over for Randis.

30:33There he is.

30:34Randis in the green gear on that Red Bull Troilet Designs Ducati.

30:39The team says at this point they are down to making refinements to the bike, not massive changes for Dylan

30:45in the first year of Ducati out here racing for a motocross.

30:48And the clock is going to expire here.

30:51Jett Lawrence could be two laps away from another moto win.

30:53It wasn't easy, but the result could be the same.

30:56Yeah, the results are looking the same.

30:58And now, Hunter, how far back is this?

31:03Yeah, so this was going down that hill where Haid had the interesting line.

31:07So assuming he's gotten passed by Lucas at this moment.

31:14That is...

31:16Okay, I thought for a second that was Ferrandis, and it would have been much further back.

31:22He is still in second place.

31:25He should be in third place.

31:27Okuda got him.

31:28Yeah.

31:29Well, this could be massive for the overall.

31:33He's trying to twist that bike in the air.

31:35Yeah.

31:36That was Lorenzo LaCercio on the 50.

31:38That was a lap rider.

31:41We got a little bit of footage of what happened to the 96.

31:44This is huge.

31:45Yeah, and where he was picking his bike, I was on the tallest point of the racetrack.

31:50So we got it on the top.

31:54Wouncers.

31:56Yeah, just got the way he looks.

31:57Looks like he just lost the front end.

31:58And you can see the marks going there and all those rocks and mulch.

32:01I'm talking about.

32:02It's easy for that to happen.

32:04Those guys are going, but Hunter's trying to straighten that front end, because look at

32:08these ruts here.

32:09Can you imagine going through these things with a fender that's pointing the wrong way?

32:13That's why it's important for him to straighten that thing out.

32:16Needs the alignment job.

32:17But he's only three seconds up the track from Deegan, who you can see back there, and you

32:21know Deegan would love to pass him.

32:23And there's still two laps to go.

32:27Yeah.

32:28Hayden, I'm sure his mechanic probably told him that he's there.

32:32Hayden's going to put a full-on sprint, because this would be another win for him in the bank

32:36if he's able to get back up on the podium.

32:38And you know he's going to come.

32:39And if Hunter has a bent-up motorcycle, that's going to make it easier for Hayden to be able

32:42to do that.

32:44And how about Lucas Coonan now in second?

32:48Yes, he inherited it because Hunter went down.

32:51But credit to him for being close enough to take advantage.

32:53And Deegan is sending it.

32:58Wow.

33:00That's one way of slowing down.

33:01Yeah, I know a lot of people, they don't like him revving a bike, but what that's also

33:10doing, these Yamahas are so loud, Hunter can hear that.

33:14So sometimes you rev that motorcycle, make a guy think you're a lot closer to what you

33:17is.

33:18And there he is.

33:18He's right there.

33:21Oh, what a massive change this would be.

33:23First of all, even the third is going to make it difficult for Hunter to win the day

33:27overall.

33:27He just lost a couple of points there to a rider that is not in the championship.

33:32And Deegan could make it worse.

33:34JT.

33:35Leech, I'm telling you right now, if he gets close enough, he's going to use that line,

33:39which I believe is out of bounds.

33:40We'll probably hear more about that later.

33:42But he's going to use that line if he can get close enough.

33:44Hunter will have no idea he's going to go there and he'll go right by.

33:48Again, that's under review, that line that Deegan's been using.

33:55Yeah, there's a few lines on this racetrack that you can see all the stakes laid down.

33:59And these guys are searching for that traction, but yeah, that line is a little suspect up there.

34:06We will let the AMA make the call on that.

34:09Now, just as quickly as Deegan got, though, to Hunter.

34:12Now the gap has stabilized and the white flag will be in sight soon.

34:17Looks like Lucas closed up the jet for 2.2.

34:20What?

34:242.2 seconds on the last lap.

34:27And again, I'm going to tell myself one of these days not to fall for it when someone gets Jett

34:32Lawrence in their sights.

34:33But the clock says the kid's got a shot.

34:37I mean, he was three seconds faster that last lap.

34:40So I'm assuming Jett was probably just trying to get to the end of the race.

34:44They'll pick it up this lap.

34:45But what this is doing for Lucas is just kind of smart.

34:48You kind of push him to the end.

34:49So maybe he's not resting up and starting to recover between the motor.

34:53If you push him to the end, that means he's going to have to exert that energy.

34:56The lap rider, you found that line.

34:59Hey, they're just trying to, they're tired.

35:02They're just trying to do as minimal amount of riding as possible.

35:06Three quarters of a lap to go.

35:08There's Jett.

35:10There's Koonan in that yellow gear on the Red Bull KTM.

35:14Yeah, you see Jett take a look back and it almost had a double turn right there.

35:19Quickly, as you see the bike sliding around, this track is very difficult because the tires are always pushing away

35:26from you here on this racetrack.

35:27You know, you throw all these rocks and there's mulch on it, makes it really tricky and easy to make

35:31a lot of mistakes.

35:39And the fans have loved every minute of this 30-minute and two-lap race because every time the riders

35:46came through that valley, there was a battle.

35:48This time it is Lawrence versus Koonan.

35:54And Jett's got a quarter of a lap to go, but a tough section right here.

35:58Yeah, this is as far as important for Jett to get through it.

36:00He can get through this.

36:02Look at that from Koonan.

36:04Came into that corner hot.

36:06No problem.

36:08He can see the one now.

36:11And we're close, but a strong round by the champ.

36:15Expert class in race management.

36:18Koonan is right there.

36:20But Jett Lawrence hangs on for a big first moto win.
