My Call To Grandview CEO Daniel McKinney - Staff Giving False Names / Neurology MD Negligence

My 9/27/23 phone call to CEO Daniel McKinney of Grandview Medical Center (located off highway 280, Birmingham, Alabama). Regarding failed attempts to reach Grandview Neurology & Dr. Kyle Hudgens MD: The practice & doctors who failed to provide adequate services to me as a patient in a 2019 visit. I am still receiving bills from this 4 years following the actual appointment with neurologist Kyle Hudgens MD.

I was connected to a receptionist who identifies by the name "Ronnie", she proceeds to ask my DOB to access my personal health info (medical chart). I request her last name, to which she refuses (she offers to give "her initials"), then I tell her unless I am given a first and last name of the staff, I cannot continue speaking to her about my personal health information. I am denied again and then hung up on. I was not offered to be transferred to any representative who would tell me who I am talking to, this unacceptable for a legitimate business making this much money. Doctors Natalya Belotserkovskaya, M.D., James Strong, M.D. & Stephen P. Suggs, M.D., FAHA, FAAN are also employed here.

Grandview Medical Center is one of the largest hospitals in Alabama (434 beds). The office I called employees specialist MDs who make around $140 per hour ($260,000 annual salary (ONE OF THE HIGHEST PAID PROFESSIONS IN THE USA, 2023)) after obtaining a bachelor's degree from a medical university (4 years PLUS 3 to 7 years in internship and residency programs), anonymous staff representing such medical doctors is not professional in my opinion. Prospective medical patients considering this hospital & MD's take note of my experience.

Attempts bring negligence issues to the responsible parties have not been successful over 4 years, my calls to Grandview are never returned.

Re: A bill I received in August, 2023 from ARC Management Group based out of Kennesaw, GA for a Grandview Neurology / Kyle Hudgens MD medical visit I wasted my time & money getting involved with in 2019. 4 years later, I have tried to contact them about my visit several times and calls are never returned. I am still waiting on proper service for my injury which I DID NOT receive in that visit. Hudgens should have been a MD of adequate skill to assess my condition but simply stated he could not explain my pain. He foolishly recommended I do range of motion exercises (I may have fractured the foramen magnum of my skull - SEE IMAGES). This MD also withheld medical records in a formal request (HIPAA) - I REQUESTED EVERYTHING - BUT what is listed as "Form 6/12" was not given to me.

Neurologist Kyle Hudgens of Grand View Neurology (Affinity Physician Services) (located off highway 280, Birmingham, Alabama). 6/12/19 visit following a referral in May from American Family Care (despite the radiologist there noting no abnormality, a cloudy oval several inches in diameter appeared in standard x-ray images near the basilar area of my skull / my left side)
