00:15thrilled to see all of you I've missed you first we'll talk to the final seven
00:21designers the rest of the designers will join us a little later in the show I
00:25have to say you all look so rested that when I last saw you yes yeah it's a
00:32whole new world it is the non runway world and Aaron congratulations on your
00:40win
00:50has it sunk in it's sinking in every day more and more yeah and watching
00:55every episode is making it makes sense so yeah it's a whole new world well I have
00:59to say your road to the win was not exactly an easy one definitely not well
01:04let's take a look at your journey so what kind of stuff do you do I make
01:11clothes and art I love fun and just energy in my work and I'm one of my
01:18favorite pieces I've seen in many seasons congratulations you are the winner of
01:22the first challenge this is a wow piece love this fabric it almost felt like we
01:30were under the ocean looking at a jellyfish it was really extraordinary is
01:36she going to a cocktail party or a costume party I'm disappointed because I know
01:42that you could do better work I'm surprised that this is your look Aaron
01:49you're a master of mixed medium and material well done thank you
01:56you really gave us a fashion show today bravo I have seen some really
02:01memorable pieces from you I mean unforgettable pieces Aaron you are the
02:06winner of Project Runway season 15 oh my god I can't even believe this is real it
02:12is real she did it so Aaron how did you feel when the judges were speaking about
02:18your work rather harshly the thing that I feel like I experienced through Project
02:23Runway is just like a little glimpse of life life isn't always on the top no
02:26you do have these low moments sometimes you're on the top and sometimes during
02:29the bottom that's very true and now it's all worth it was all for a reason yeah so
02:35we have to talk about your obsession with yellow let's take a look everyone I just
02:42went crazy with yellow I have this banana case for my phone and I just love and I
02:48just hold it and it's just it's like comforting Wow I got the color that I
02:52wanted you certainly did oh okay I mean obviously I have to get the yellow I could
02:58maybe do like two and a half and it might work I'm going with the yellow you're miss
03:02yellow so where does it come from it comes from my banana case my my cell phone case you
03:10know bananas are a grapefruit and the banana is the origin of banana yeah yellow is just
03:14like this energetic happy color and also it's like this color that a lot of people don't really
03:18wear and so nice to it it's kind of like this surprise so and as you see yourself moving forward
03:24as a designer do you see yellow remaining no I like to keep it open I really do love all
03:29colors and I
03:31actually wasn't gonna do yellow in my collection then I was like who am I well congratulations on
03:37your win it's quite a thrilling thing well Barry I have to ask you you were so close to the
03:43win yes
03:44yet it didn't happen how did that feel for you I'm really happy with the result I really love my
03:49collection your clothes look not only beautiful you also make it alive you had it always in you
03:57Bravo being on the program and almost winning for me it's it's just amazing it's an amazing opportunity
04:06to be here with you guys and I want to add you gave up a lot to be here you
04:11left your family you left
04:12your loved ones and that's a lot of sacrificing it is it's difficult it's difficult to have my family
04:19and back in Venezuela but hopefully that would change someday for my whole country it's it's it
04:28had to change and how do you feel about where you are now I have a job in a fashion

04:33and yes I'm working so I'm doing what I really really love to do and I'm very happy wonderful so
04:41Rick you won the AARP challenge with your mother as your client yes and the two of you won fifty
04:49thousand dollars yes what does that mean for you it's amazing I mean I think we could go on a
04:55family
04:55vacation now so I'm definitely looking forward to that you're not investing it in your brand I'm
05:00planning on maybe doing my own separate collection runway show so I think that will definitely go
05:04into that as well wonderful now Laurence yes you are our quiet thoughtful tenacious and determined
05:13designer okay what has being on project runway done for you my website is going out of control and I
05:22have
05:23a lot of orders and I'm talking to some people about working on luxury cars for luxury cars yeah
05:30yeah they want me to do something with your items for them so that's really wonderful well we dug through
05:40miles and miles of footage and found quite a few moments in which you let your guard down and many

05:48them involve the language barrier let's take a look when I think fashion it's all French in my head so

07:19definitely agree with that I most definitely feel like I am an outsider because they are best friends
07:24you should do a jacket dress I think that makes like the most sense I was going to do like

07:27oversized coat for mine I just feel like it's too much currently Aaron and I are leading the charge
07:32Cornelius isn't totally into it you know I mean I have like a low level of trust for most people
07:36anyway so I'm still like I'm looking at the collection and it's just screaming very red you
07:42need to like tone it down a little bit honestly I'm feeling like really good about it I am too
07:48and my teammates are slacking they're laughing they're taking breaks I'm so over this Cornelius
07:54is freaking out while Aaron and Dexter are just kind of like you guys were the weakest I believe
08:03it's because the red is overwhelming Dexter who out of your team do you think should go home today
08:09I'm just I'm gonna have to say Cornelius hmm Aaron I would have to choose Cornelius Cornelius how
08:15do you feel about that I think it's like a stab in the back just because you guys are friends

08:24I'm taking ownership of it now I just have to say it we have two mean girls on that team

08:29beat up on him Cornelius I'm sorry you're out it's a design competition not a popularity contest they have to

08:38to bed throwing someone under the bus knowing damn well who actually did the work Cornelius
08:43you're not going anywhere I am using my Tim Gunn sir Cornelius do you think you should have been
08:59eliminated no no because I did pull a lot of load in that team but you just got to make

09:06if no one wants to listen to your voice you gotta go you're gonna go down in flames and Aaron

09:11Dexter how did you feel when I saved him we were forced in the position to have to choose to

09:24yeah but I definitely have issues with the way that the whole episode was portrayed was like
09:29hurtful because I thought we were having fun and I wasn't edited accurately I don't think I don't think so
09:34I think that we all worked really hard and I was hurt also you called us mean girls and I

09:39think that we were mean girls we were making jokes and having fun why didn't anybody tell me I had
09:43this sticker on my ass that says 995 you guys are stupid for that and for only 99 cents you

09:54Cornelius and Cornelius how do you feel about the editing I thought it was portrayed perfect it made
10:04perfect sense both of them did say to me that oh we're gonna go take a break okay I'm like

10:08and I'm just gonna keep on sewing and keep on going because I didn't take a break that day at

10:13were in the sewing room and I felt his his heat coming from him I said listen calm down let's

10:19it together do what you gotta do and make it work I will say with that episode I think it's
10:25humanized
10:26Cornelius so much more yeah that's true that's true I wasn't gonna sit there and have half-ass stuff
10:32go in front of people and have them like judges I don't think our collection was half-assed and you
10:36didn't think so that's why I'm bothered because I feel you lied to us what do you mean by that

10:40think that you were saying way nasty or stuff behind the camera and I had no idea you felt
10:44like that well Erin maybe if you actually listened to me you would know but you didn't well maybe if
10:49you had more to say about coming up with another plan versus just saying no you waited till after we
10:54got the fabric and said I hate all the red you gave no option you can't say I didn't give

10:58because I tried and you guys didn't want to take it and if you take who was actually working their
11:03butt off I mean you have Erin work I hope you guys you're just saying I didn't help you so

11:07all three of us today that's why I feel lied to because I was surprised at how well we were
11:13working did you really think you were working well together yeah I didn't from my point of view the
11:19editing is kind to everyone and not even remotely inaccurate and I love the two of you I sincerely
11:26do you marginalized Cornelius you were marginalized I can see why you guys would say hey we work good
11:32together but it looked like as if okay he the outsider and he was just put up even though that's
11:37not what y'all meant it just didn't look right well on that topic in the same challenge you felt
11:43marginalized from your team members they tried they did I felt like you know what what did he say
11:49because they really pissed me off I know one of them have so much to say well we're going to
11:53talk
11:53about this when we come back I'm so ready coming up on the Project Runway season 15 reunion would be

12:20let's take a look at how team neutral did in the challenge with the pop-up shop so the team

12:29begin with Jenny and Natalia and Majin yay to our friend in the competition once again I am the outsider
12:45in a team
12:46challenge this is what I was had in mind to make it's like a long jacket I think we can
12:52do something
12:52dope between Jenny's street style my sexiness and Natalia's I can't envision what he's making I'm drawing
13:02it out right now I'm just trying to envision how we're gonna tie in the blue denim they're not allowing
13:07me to add any opinion on anything they're not taking what I have to say seriously I am kind of
13:12worried
13:12about the dynamic of Natalia and Majin Jenny yes girl come over here okay one second I'm frustrated at
13:20this point I found myself working by myself and the Jillian and Natalia are constantly having small
13:26little meetings together you know how we got that beautiful extra wool yeah how about I line my jacket
13:32with it and then it'll be reversible yeah we are doing what we want to do so like we're just
13:38telling
13:38Majin like you know do whatever you want so we're all just kind of working separately you
13:43want to ask Majin too so he doesn't think we're having a secret meeting oh they're making it seem
13:51like I don't know what I'm doing if I didn't know what I was doing I damn sure wouldn't have
13:54been here
13:55now come on y'all is I just think it's disrespectful oh well there's a lot to talk about yes
14:02and Majin how
14:03are you feeling about all of this now I still feel this pretty much the same way I felt like
14:08the lack
14:09of respect for me as a designer and what I bring to the competition and I didn't understand exactly
14:15when the hell did you get me being like this enemy with you we all got our own a different
14:21aesthetic
14:22so why would you come at me like that it's evident that the two of you had difficulties together the
14:27problem that you had with me was from the beginning in the competition when when I helped you the first
14:33the
14:33first challenge I gave you my word of advice when did I give you a hard one one one second
14:37I need
14:37some clarification here Harry I don't know what I ever did to him for him to dislike me so much
14:42it's really astonishing it started at the beginning of the season you're saying yeah Majin would be rude
14:48to me and disrespectful behind the camera yo please don't sit up here and act like that I was rude

14:54you if anything that Mungie Wong did behind the scenes or in front of the camera because it was a
14:58call
14:58for a reaction I don't know I just feel like you kind of seek out to have like a
15:02confrontation with me okay I see Natalia young so some of the things she do she not even aware
15:08of yeah but you guys don't know me it's called action Majin just a second Jenny being the outsider
15:13of the problem that you two have I felt like I was more of a mediator in the situation and
15:18we had a
15:19great end result yeah I never had a problem with you I don't have a problem with you and we
15:23managed
15:23to make a beautiful situation out of something that wasn't did I did I not work well as a team

15:28designed a jacket together and by the end of the challenge we all did come together so I don't
15:33have no bad blood for Natalia I just wanted to stick up for myself because honestly we can agree to
15:38disagree on a topic that's true all right so much drama we're going to take a break and when we
15:45come
15:45back we'll have the rest of the designers join us coming up on the Project Runway season 15
15:51reunion it was a very emotional day now about the car I need to go outside and what about me

16:50about you that's very special and we want to take a look at that well so there's this theory that

16:58an evolutionary standpoint that humans are drawn towards shiny objects because of their constant
17:03search for water glitters everywhere I think it'll look really cool if the glue sticks but they
17:10definitely do look like something a unicorn would wear if it had like um I guess I guess a unicorn

17:19wear them I'd have to make some alterations how is the glitter adhered a various cornucopia of glue

17:36a weird character I've never met anyone like him how was your fitting good she looks kind of like the
17:43dress form but she has like legs and arms and a head oh snap how did you all feel about

18:48you have a star in the light in you and you're gonna go beyond so this I feel like I

18:55of a good job this just was part of the journey now I'm about to cry happy tears oh it's

19:03all of you feel about having Tasha in the workroom it was so good she's secretly over there like the
19:08quietest and then she's like oh yeah I gave you guys all nicknames and we're like oh my god that

19:20was QE Brick was by you boy Alex was mister and what about me I know yes Alex there was

19:33challenge in which you felt responsible for the outcome of your team it was a very emotional day
19:39for everyone and especially of you so we're gonna have a look at that fantastic team unity you are
19:48the losing team who should go home unfortunately one of you guys has to go home today Robert I would

19:59myself for Barry you saying then you should go home Cornelius I'll go home for mine Natalia what about you

20:14you guys hate my jacket the most then I'd say you can send me home Alex what about you I
20:21failed on the pitch and I
20:23failed my team they put their trust into me so if there's anybody that deserves to go home it's me

20:29of these people at all does that mean you gave up I'm not giving up I would love to stay

20:36you what I have but at the same time with everybody I have to take accountability okay
20:47Alex oh I love you Alex I need to go outside Alex what was it like reliving that it's rough

20:56we first found out that we were on the bottom I knew exactly what I was going to do because

21:02the pitch and I believe so much in my team and I think it goes to show in the season
21:07how talented my
21:08team was and I'm very content I wouldn't change anything for the world well it was a very noble
21:14thing to do and a very inspiring thing to do and it was unprecedented how did the rest of you

21:21about that whole experience the reason why we were all crying well why I was crying on stage was because
21:27Alex is literally suffer sacrificing himself for us and it was such an amazing team player thing to do
21:33mm-hmm was also a very difficult challenge from the beginning because we thought we had like a
21:38very strong concept and then a very strong collection and it ended up being like not at
21:45all to see that sportsmanship was was really remarkable Jenny yes well your fashion is very
21:53memorable there's something else about you that's memorable as well yeah I no one can recreate it so
22:00well let's take a look and a listen my laugh is different you got a laugh you got a laugh
22:12sexy yeah Jenny's laugh makes my world so it's kind of like this a little bit
22:26it kind of sounds like I'd imagine like if you just punched a donkey real hard and they started hawing

23:38didn't welcome back every season we hear words that we've never heard before and one of you in
23:49particular introduced us to the schnu schnu let's take a look this is like schnu schnu and city I'm
24:00imagining her with like holding a staff on a mountain being like oh we sacrifice schnu schnu to giant
24:05gorilla there's nothing wrong with a little exposed poom poom on the runway or unicorn and a mermaid did the
24:10and then I came floating out of the ocean like magic but I have to be really careful and applique
24:15over her
24:15because otherwise it's gonna be a show Dexter you are truly unique we've never had anyone quite like
24:25you on the show thank you Tim well you all know that project runway is very difficult it's very
24:31demanding and it's very emotional there were a lot of tears this season let's take a look I feel like
24:42they're very intense designers very passionate they cry a lot I'm just so grateful that I had such an
24:50amazing like team to work with for me to win it is something I would never forget I didn't think
25:03that
25:03this competition was gonna be this difficult I miss my family I haven't seen them in so long
25:19I'm really blessed to be here oh my Jane oh my Jane is crying imagine cries and cries and cries
25:28he's been crying all day I knew they was gonna say something about but I had to stand by it
25:43I want to see him do that girly that girly cry he does
25:49oh my jing is a sensitive soul and hey that's not a bad thing I'm grateful to be a dad
25:59I'm a damn good dad
26:01you got another chance bro I think your son really did a great job
26:18you must have been exhausted by the time you left the show you know what I wasn't in touch with
26:23my emotions until my daughter came into this world and the reason why I push myself is because of her
26:29and a lot of those emotions is I was fighting for my life when I came here with 16 cents

26:34my pocket each challenge that I got through in this competition literally I started to blossom I
26:40feel a lot stronger so I'm good did the rest of you expect this experience to be so emotional I

26:47expect it to be so much crying I decided that when I came on the show that I didn't have
26:51no kids no
26:52family no friends and that was it what do you mean well I mean to stay strong and focused when
26:58I saw
26:58machine when he talks to his daughter and he went down here I was like hell no I am not
27:04calling you so
27:05is that why you were so stoic during the season because you just didn't want to let these emotions
27:09in yeah well during your home visit you became very emotional there was no more challenges and
27:14it would go in the fashion week so I was very touched by it thank you very touched by it
27:18I saw a
27:19side of you that was just even more beautiful than this side Cornelius you had a nickname do you know
27:31what it was lady Cornelius from the land of who all right well let's take a look at lady Cornelius
27:41from
27:49the land of shade who does she look like you're gonna throw some shade I think you might need to
27:55turn this light up because I'm sensing some shade coming from across the room no shade oh my god
28:09here we go Cornelius is like kind of here with the idea that like he is gonna be the bitchy
28:17one he's
28:17just giving me constant resting bitch face I don't like the side of him bashing people for a reason or
28:24not I think I'm actually starting to see people brushing me off a little bit he'll claw you real
28:30quick I don't know how he has any friends because everyone in the competition knows he's talking
28:34about them he just be running that mouth I think in Aaron the judges are seeing I don't know what
28:46they're seeing Cornelius is like a little mosquito like it doesn't affect me what's that about nothing
28:57you know what honestly I thought it was pretty funny throughout the season you know what I mean it was
29:02all in a joking manner it wasn't really like oh I'm really just gonna come at you just to come

29:07you know what I mean it's all love if I don't like your outfit Natalia knows that I really like

29:13was the same exact way in school and usually when he was negative is because you were doing something
29:18good that he was kind of jealous of so he'll be like oh yeah that's not good Dexter yeah what

29:23you want to say yeah I mean Cornelius was himself so it it shows he took any chance he could
29:31to get
29:31you off your game and take you down Dexter did I not come up to you guys and be like
29:35you know what
29:36honestly I'm not gonna talk about you as a person but I will talk about your clothing they ask me

29:42opinion I'm gonna give it to you but you can never say that I was ever fake about something
29:45yeah I can yes I just did you're fake about it about what because everything that I said I made

30:45take a look Cornelius is just a little ball of stress so anytime any tiny thing happens he kind
30:49of freaks out I think we're good the plates kind of just looked like toenail clippings that were kind
30:54of just like layered and painted green how many times can you create a circle skirt I'm not impressed at
31:00all I'm sitting there thinking who pooped on your address is there a really really large seagull flying
31:05around somewhere that hit the Kwan on your piece I think Mujing's dress looks like potato sack I can't
31:11see anybody walking along a beach wearing this Victorian nightie I think my great-grandmother's
31:16last words were like don't you dare bury me in Alex's swimsuit Brick's look is bland and he could
31:23barely sew a stretch pair of pants together it is a complete middle finger to all the hard work that
31:30all the other designers in the workroom have done I think it's time for you to go ostrich feathers it's
31:37just really ugly but she is feeling herself right now she is like Erin totally doesn't know what street
31:45whereas honestly not good not good at all looking at the jacket that Erin is doing right now she does
31:54seem like a little bit of a one-trick pony it is getting old I think Natalia has a lot
31:59of growing
32:00to do she's very young she has a lot of energy and that's why I think her stuff comes out

32:04designed a lot I honestly think that Erin's piece is hideous it's poorly made the hem is uneven kind of
32:11looks like a decorated bathrobe I have no idea what powerful woman would want to look like Patrick
32:17from Spongebob Squarepants I do not think that Erin deserved to win that challenge why does Cornelius
32:31have to come back it's like ah just go home Majin missed the mark yet again with an ill-fitted
32:39dress
32:40that look like a crime scene you all consumed quite a bit of champagne during that yeah what
32:49thoughts do you have I realize actually my entire life people told me to watch my tone and I never
32:55understood that because I always try to be level-headed and being a blunt person it came off much more
33:02harsh than what the intention was well it's good that you can be analytical about it yeah and respond
33:07positively to it yeah can I say something of course thank God I'm the church girl and they didn't
33:11show nothing but outside of that to be honest with you like I hear everybody saying I'm blunt I'm
33:18blunt I'm blunt every last one of us blank I am very direct and very blunt but it's a way
33:22you say
33:23things it's all about how you say exactly I think one thing we all need to remember is that talking
33:28down about somebody else or their work it doesn't make you appear any better I just think when you're
33:34under pressure and you're doing a competition I think you just kind of just like vomit words that's
33:41just I'm not taking anything back but I feel like we were all under a lot of pressure I think
33:46about you
33:47two the way you guys word things is is a little on the nastier side it was kind of hurtful
33:52for me
33:53because I was like wait a second like I thought we were all buddies like I made me it was
33:58a surprise I
33:59mean I just want to say like if I hurt anybody's feelings I'm truly sorry because I never want
34:04to be the person to hurt someone I always try to be positive and kind but that's like so I
34:08think
34:08is really interesting about you Natalia is that you do so that you want to be positive and kind
34:12all the time but like then when you're alone but then when you're alone you're not I keep hearing
34:16people saying they're real I'm being real I'm being real but real is when you say it to people's
34:20faith yeah if someone went up to someone and was like this sucks it's so ugly they'll be smug and
34:30abrasive if you can't handle it so do you feel that designers in the season were duplicitous would say
34:36something smug and abrasive okay I think that there's just like you don't have to like everything
34:41there's no way you could ever like everything in this world you guys were actually really fake to
34:46people as well yes you were honey you would always give compliments to people's outfits when it looked
