15:27months and months to spend on making a collection for new york fashion week and our designers only
15:33had four weeks and nine thousand dollars which probably seems impossible to do but i don't know
15:39how they make it happen they make it happen and that's what we're about to see on this moment i

16:21this collection is very much me i just want to say thank you to my family and my long-suffering
16:26husband for dealing with me over the past little while enjoy the show

29:40Okay, Sharky Dad, tell us about your inspiration, and what changes did you make?
29:45My collection, I think, was inspired just by lifting limits.
29:48I just wanted to kind of be free and just a new, fresh take on designing.
29:53You showed some really beautifully cut clothing, and I do think there's a customer out there
29:57for this.
29:58I'm happy that you're showing this look here, because that was one of my favorites.
30:02You know, the look with the white skirt and that flowy top just was a little too simple
30:06for me.
30:07You know, there's no hem.
30:08It just kind of rolled up a little bit.
30:09Definitely, you saw your vibe in the show.
30:11I can see a lot of girls wanting to wear your clothes.

30:14I really wanted to watch the hippy-dippiness of it, so that long-knit dress, chopped it
30:21off, put it with leather pants.
30:23We saw that.
30:23Just little tweaks to try and keep pushing it up, up, up.

30:28That's what I think when I look at your collection.
30:31I love your combinations of color.
30:34Your jewelry is ready to go.
30:36I want to see that in all the shops in L.A.

30:40This was the most original collection on the runway today.
30:43My favorite was the brown and the black with the little slit here down the front.
30:48Then you had a few in there that I wasn't so sure about.
30:52There was one strapless dress and then there was another piece over it.
30:55You know, it had a lot of cutouts and you saw her body through there somehow.
30:59But I like that she used the suede.

31:04My collection was inspired by the story of the betrayal of Caesar.
31:09It kind of starts off as more of this dictator and this clean and this almighty and powerful.
31:14And then comes the bleeding and the end of Caesar.
31:17I removed a look and put in the orange silk dress.
31:21What I loved is how the colors changed, too.
31:25I thought that was very clever of you.
31:27But there were a few pieces here and there that I could have done without.
31:30The second look, I don't like at all.
31:31The dress over the pants.
31:33You could see the pants through the shirt.
31:34That was a bit messy to me.
31:36But overall, I thought it was a great job.

31:45What you guys saw today was done basically in two days.

31:50I love the pleated denim dress.

33:50I have to say there isn't one designer where I feel like the entire show from beginning to end was perfect.
33:57But at the same time, I also loved everyone's.
33:59I feel like this season we got so attached to them because you could feel their intensity and their drive.

34:07To me, Sharquita's work is great for reality, but I don't think it was the strongest work we saw here today.
34:14Her pieces are not as complicated.
34:16It's a very commercial collection.

34:27The collection she presented was a tight collection.
34:30It was focused.
34:31Yes, there were some weird proportions.
34:33I don't think every woman's going to look at that clothing and say it's flattering or easy feeling.
34:37But I think the attitude was.
34:39And there was a lot of newness.
34:41I like her jewelry and I love those long gowns.
34:43I love the brown and the black dress.
34:45To me, it's just perfect.
34:47I was very impressed with her today.
34:48I know that if she wins this, she's going to take it far.

34:57Well, for me, this show is about discovering the next voice.
35:02And of all the people, I think Sean has maybe the freshest perspective for me.
