00:22to everyone out there so i want to um so i got a story about um candace cameron brewery who
00:31is dj from
00:32full house and fuller house um she was on her podcast she have a podcast called the candace
00:39cameron brewery podcast and she was talking about the embarrassing moment she had with her husband
00:44who ended up somewhere she wasn't expecting so i want to know if this is she capping or if you
00:51kind of buying this story i mean listen i have some really weird embarrassing moments although i
00:56i i shouldn't say embarrassing for me they are more shameful of going to places where i thought
01:02like oh this person's a friend and i'm gonna be cool and do this and um yeah i went to
01:08a party once
01:08with val because we married and it ended up being this underground party that was an s&m like sex
01:18thing that was so dark and demonic and we walked in and my eyeballs were popping out of my head
01:25because i saw stuff i've never seen before in my life and i'm looking at val going like how how
01:31are
01:32we here what is happening and the one person that invited us but we made a hard u-turn yeah
01:38and walked
01:38right out of there and it just was like so slimy and weird and i was like we're going to
01:45pause before we ever say yes to going out with that friend again we just had no idea what we
01:50were walking into and it was so disgusting and gross are y'all buying this story do you feel like
01:58she she really had no clue and was so shocked or she kind of had an idea i believe it
02:04i believe 100
02:05100 oh i feel like there's another story here go ahead and tell us no no i just tell us
02:09about that
02:09time that you went to the place where they told you to put the keys in oh there there was
02:12uh there
02:12there was you put the keys in the ball no there no not that no phones no phone it was
02:17way back i
02:18mean i was in my no phones i know that there's someone's like why would you put the keys in
02:23the
02:23bowl and god bless you honestly and we didn't go to this party we were invited but didn't go for
02:28whatever reason you didn't it was on our block and there was a party where they played this i forget
02:32exactly the game they were blindfold like they were in the bottle they were blindfolded and then
02:38like the woman kissed the man and you had to figure it out if it was your wife and all
02:42this i was like
02:43this sound like it was in the 70s my larger point is there are some strange people out there man
02:48that's
02:48correct there are some strange strange strange i say again people out i totally buy this danny tanner
02:57is rolling in his grave i cannot believe you why would you do that which is funny because
03:02bob saget is not at all no no no saget works so blue um at first i was like yeah
03:08i believe it you know
03:09there's instances where you know miscommunications happen at times you end up in oh we we did not
03:15think that that meant what it meant the reason why i stopped and thought again and was like she might
03:21be doing some capping here she might be lying a little bit is you just walked right in the door
03:25and
03:26saw snm stuff they just had that right in the door right y'all walked in and immediately there
03:30was straps and stuff i believe it y'all didn't have some weird people out there y'all didn't have
03:35to
03:35hit no corners y'all walked right in the door and right the first thing that y'all were met
03:39with is
03:40is is the craziness she said oh i want to live on the wild side and walk in whoa wait
03:45a minute
03:46what's happening also and look there's a possibility that this could happen i'm not trying to say it's
03:51absolutely uh impossible it feels unlikely that knowing especially hearing the way that she talked
03:57about it that a person that knows you well enough to invite you is inviting you to that thing knowing
04:02that you go oh that's yucky you know they didn't know i feel like i feel like you would not
04:07well
04:07that's the thing they they didn't necessarily know i am having some uh as to whether how much this
04:12actually happened no i no i think it happened and they're like hey you know you never know yeah
04:18yeah i'm just kind of curious too because her background is kind of clean i want to say too
04:22so was bob saggett's well not in the reality i was no i'm talking about like in re in real
04:30life i think
04:31her background is really clean like you know church and you know faithful all that type of stuff yeah
04:37heaven forbid that a pastor gets in trouble uh you know all right your point is made it sounds like
04:42you ain't buying her story then no i am buying her story i think like if you call and cap
04:47on all that
04:47stuff no i'm not i'm saying like up like we see it all the time in every walk of life
04:53some
04:53strangers out there well and yeah also we have to add the context of is this la
05:00right like is this la where you got a lot of different types of people in the same area where
05:05maybe there's a i don't know maybe there's struck up a friendship or whatever where with someone that
05:09had a little bit different uh different get down i just i just found it kind of fascinating that
05:14that person saw her get down i was like you know what she would like unless that person was kind
05:19of trying to run an experiment which kind of a jerk thing to do yeah it could have been a
05:23thing like
05:23watch this i'm gonna fight her exactly have you had that friend that does that because i've had a
05:27friend that does that it's like i know exactly what you'd like and they know exactly that that is
05:31not what you would not that's what you would texture also says there are little clues and hints
05:35they said look for the pineapple in front of the house that you know that right oh yeah yeah yeah
05:40yeah i did not know that upside down in that i did not know that upside down pineapple it's good
05:44to know some people wear like a pineapple pendant or something really yeah it's a clue up down
05:50upside down yeah yeah it's supposed to be because otherwise just anybody with the hawaiian shirt say
05:54oh i see what you do you're nasty i'm a spongebob fan right exactly
06:01it's the mistake in the loop sports radio 610 so some sad news here um you guys probably seen
06:07this story uh former nfl linebacker um darren lee who was charged with the murder of his girlfriend
06:14and um he was drafted by the jets played a couple teams uh in the league cheese bills raiders and
06:21all
06:21that stuff so after this story is more getting to this story so uh after he allegedly murdered his
06:29girlfriend he needed some advice and here's abc news with the story and you won't believe
06:35who he went to for this advice say a former nfl player used chat gpt for advice after killing his
06:42girlfriend allegedly darren lee is charged with first-degree murder after his girlfriend's body
06:46was found last month in tennessee now prosecutors are presenting evidence including body camera
06:51video and questions they say he asked chat gpt in this newly released body camera video you can hear lee
06:58tell deputies he doesn't know what happened but prosecutors presented more than body camera video in court
07:09they also introduced messages they say lee sent to chat gpt she has two swollen eyes i didn't do anything
07:18self-inflicted she stabbed herself split her eye that's a detective reading messages prosecutors say
07:26were sent the day before lee called 911 prosecutors also displayed the ai tools response which included
07:34the line here's what to say without framing it as police trouble district attorney cody whomp told the
07:41court lee used chad gpt as a quote legal advisor he has conversations dozens of conversations back and forth
07:49with chat gpt over a two-day period about what he did to gabriella perpetua in detail he asks how
07:57to cover
07:58it up he asks what to say to 911 prosecutors say those exchanges help establish their timeline of events
08:05something the head of utc's criminal justice department says raises broader questions the use of ai um
08:14in criminal activity is something we're increasingly dealing with in the courts dr rick dierenfelt points to this
08:21recent federal ruling where a judge found conversations with a public ai platform are not protected by attorney
08:28client privilege that's not privileged information it's a third-party platform so you've in effect waived your
08:35confidentiality these user agreements when you sign those you're actually publishing anything that
08:40you've entered there publicly i love this i know you thought that my answer was going to be i hate
08:46it
08:46if you are dumb enough to try i would i love snitching ass chat gb yeah i love it keep
08:52doing it yeah no
08:53that was dumb enough to do some nonsense like that that was so stupid man i didn't look man look
08:58you
08:58shouldn't be murdering anybody out here i thought it was silly when people google stuff correct when
09:04they just google everything that's right but you sitting there having a full-blown conversation now
09:08that conversation is public because you know why that ain't your lawyer no it's not here's what you do
09:14oh god what are you doing not only are okay last second i mean last topic here i said people
09:20out there
09:20are just really really weird a lot of people are also really really dumb like really dumb like this is
09:26basic
09:26stuff yeah this was so bad man and and chat gbt they gotta it's some wild stuff going on with
09:34chat
09:34gbt it's one thing to use as a tool to use it for certain things but when it when you
09:40start getting
09:40into stuff like this yeah it's getting really tricky man and i was about to say i was gonna apologize
09:47but
09:47y'all know what i am like i'm i am who i am i apologize only but so much for
09:51it this is why it's
09:53important to remember what this thing actually is right this is not some major robot like it's a
09:58large language model that is inclined to play the probabilities and try and give you what you want
10:02so if you are looking for some level of legal defense it's going to give you something that
10:06makes you feel good as opposed to something that's actually going to work and that's on top of the fact
10:09that yes the police can just go up to the ai company and be like hey let me get them
10:13records
10:13right quick yeah yeah no it's so bad man he he deserved to go to jail even longer
10:20like whatever his sentence is probably going to be for the murder of his girlfriend he needed
10:24they need to slap on another 25 years for doing something this damn stupid yeah the ai multiplier
10:30the chat gpt multiple cheap gpt yeah that's right yeah uh multiplier yeah i like that i like what we're
10:35doing here i hate obviously that this is something that he did and it does seem like he was emboldened
10:40because of the of the ai and the large language model which that's a whole different story of
10:45whether these uh whether these companies have a responsibility to not have these uh these these
10:50these ai or chat gpt large language models be things that encourage people to do bad things
10:57at times because you know some people are dealing with mental illness so on and so forth that's a
11:01whole different thing hey man stop doing this yeah stop thinking that this is what it is because it's not
11:06i'm curious if there's going to be a point where you know someone asks a lot of questions about a
11:11particular thing whether it's something like this or something else dangerous and illegal if it just
11:16starts alerting you know some authorities i don't know what the legality i don't know what the legality
11:21would be of that but like if you see a series of questions about whatever i mean it's possible
11:27especially if if there's not a huge like uh i guess consumer demand for privacy which you know we've
11:33seen in sermon census but remember like and maybe this is not the exact same thing like all these
11:38sports leagues they work with companies that identify as soon as they see one of these players
11:42show names show up in one of these uh gambling institutions and immediately goes in i can't i
11:47can easily imagine something similar being worked out between these ai companies and law enforcement
11:51yeah yeah it's it's so scary too because sometimes i'll be having random thoughts i don't know if y'all
11:56ever had a random thought let me just google this like what would happen if this happened or you do
12:01this and sometimes i'll be having them thoughts and i kind of had them thoughts a little recently
12:05after you know going through the death of my mother and taking care of business and all that
12:10stuff and you know finding out in real time like oh she had this much older on this car right
12:16right
12:16and all of that type of stuff and i was sitting there thinking like dang if my wife passed do
12:21her debt
12:21go to me is that is that my debt now do i gotta take care of that yeah and i
12:27wanted to google it
12:28well i'm like you're afraid yeah i know man that is that is every lifetime oh not lifetime
12:33movie but all those uh what happens if my wife dies you got to be on a true com television
12:37yeah
12:38yeah yeah so i was sitting there like you know what i'm gonna just ask somebody that's right
12:42because my luggage like god forbid a car accident or anything wow health related they're gonna find
12:48that searching they're gonna look through my chat gvt oh you asked this question mr figarola did you or
12:55did you not all those questions i'm like yeah i was just curious man 713 you make a good point
13:01super
13:02illegal to monitor phone activity doesn't matter if your intent is bad i've got i've got a bad feeling
13:08on the amount of illegality that we have happening it's probably already going on now no i i i recognize
13:14that the potential you know legal ramifications that doesn't mean it can't be done or is being done
13:20you know it happens yeah yeah yeah all right i'll get y'all out of here on this where i'm
13:28gonna go
13:28with i go with this um mr mistaping the loose sports radio 16 so a girl decided to bother her
13:35italian
13:35grandmother by mispronouncing a certain fool oh is this is this basically uh the the raging
13:42raging where is where's he been uh i think he's still been going on i try not to hear i
13:47know we love it over i try not to overuse and maybe i'll bring it back sometime this week yeah
13:52but this is not him this is i don't think they related they both italian but i don't think they
13:57related but here's a girl bothering her uh italian grandmother by mispronouncing this certain food
14:03you know what i what i'm having for dinner today some gnocchi some what some gnocchi with um marinara
14:12sauce not gnocchi gnocchi no it's gnocchi it's g-n-o-c-c-h-i it's called gnocchi
14:20she did it right you don't say gnocchi that's stupid i've always said gnocchi you don't say gnocchi
14:29i'm telling you what to say gnocchi say it gnocchi say it gnocchi that's the way that's what it is
14:37so not gnocchi no the americans don't know how to talk
14:43nona was about to pop her in the mouth
14:46she did get straight all of a sudden like oh she's getting serious yeah
14:49and honestly good for her she that bit died very quickly yeah yeah no i got very serious yeah so
14:57what's
14:57the food that kind of bug y'all what uh when people pronounce it wrong mine is when people pronounce
15:03uh salmon salmon salmon but that's where the flavor is stored the flavor stored in the l yeah that's
15:09salmon yeah most of mine are mexican food uh you know i like carne guisada uh not guisada a lot
15:16of
15:16people say carne guisada some people say queso all that um but that most most of the picadillo is
15:25another one that uh you know picadillo and picadillo doesn't it doesn't quite it doesn't
15:29quite sound nasty actually yeah it doesn't quite ring the same let me get a picadillo yeah you get
15:34at one of those parties it sounds like a beer yeah it does i'll have that picadillo i think it's
