06:51Christopher Peden allegedly walked into his mother's detached garage at 2 a.m. on May 6th,
06:57used a kitchen knife to cut off his own penis, pour gasoline on it, and set it on fire.
07:02He initially told police he'd been stabbed downtown, then later admitted he'd been dishonest.
07:07He was booked in Allen County nearly two months on one count of felony arson carrying
07:12up to 12 years.
07:14Bond was set at $10,000, already posted.
07:17He's due in court this week to set trial dates.
07:21What drove him to that garage remains publicly unknown.
