01:46So, I really don't know.

01:48But I do feel like that's the good part of it.
01:50I feel like it would be hilarious if I found out I was related to somebody in South Korea.

02:10So, a young lady, and this is actually, I think this is a documentary at this point.
02:15But a young lady did some digging.
02:18She got her father, I guess, swabbed his mouth and got him tested or whatever.

02:23And she found out this crazy fact about who her grandfather was.
02:27Imagine finding out your grandfather is the notorious killer, Charlie Manson.

02:33In 1969, Manson, along with members of his cult known as The Family, murdered the actress Sharon Tate,
02:39who was eight months pregnant, and six others over a two-night reign of terror.
02:43It is a scary thing to find out about yourself.
02:46I would have never imagined I would be handed these cards in life.
02:5026-year-old Sophia Maddox discovered that her grandfather was the monster, Manson,
02:55when her father took an ancestry DNA test.
02:58You can see the uncanny likeness between Manson and Sophia's father, Daniel.

03:04His hands are my dad's.
03:06Sophia says she became haunted by fear that she carries Manson's bad seed in her blood.
03:12Her journey of discovery is explored in a new Hulu documentary, My Grandfather, Charles Manson.
03:18I took really great pride in being this moral, good person.
03:23And then you find out your grandfather is Manson.
