Recipe and Ingredients:
Finely chop 1 onion.
Sauté over medium heat.
Dice the carrots.
Chop 1/2 bell pepper.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, oregano, and khmeli-suneli, and cook for 5 minutes.
Dice 3 potatoes.
Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Rinse 150 grams of lentils.
Pour in 1.5 liters of vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the dill and add it at the end, once everything is ready.
