An amazing lentil soup recipe that will surprise everyone. This lentil dish impressed me with its incredible flavor and simplicity. It’s an easy lentil recipe that anyone can cook, and the key is to prepare everything with care and love. Lentil soup is a comforting and delicious meal for everyone, especially perfect when served warm during the colder seasons.

Recipe and ingredients:

Chop 1 bell pepper, 2 onions, and 1 leek.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and 3 chopped carrots.

Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 tablespoon of paprika.

Add 1 tomato and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add 100 ml of water and blend the mixture until smooth.

Pour in 1.5 liters of water, add 2 bay leaves, and 400 g of lentils.
Bring to a boil.

Add 3 chopped carrots and 2 potatoes.
Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook over low heat for 40–50 minutes.
