Step-by-step Recipe and Ingredients:
Chop 400 g of meat.
Sear the meat for a few minutes over high heat.
Finely shred 300 g cabbage.
Dice 1 parsley root.
Finely chop celery.
Simmer everything for 10 minutes over low heat.
Finely chop 2 onions.
Pour in 2 liters of water and cook for 20 minutes.

Fry the onion over medium heat.
Grate 1 carrot.
Finely chop 1 bell pepper.
Grate 1 beetroot.
Fry everything over low heat for 10 minutes.

Dice 1 large potato.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and fry for 2 more minutes.

Finely chop chili pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.
Add salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp dried paprika powder, coriander, and basil — fry everything for 2 minutes.

Add 300 g canned beans and cook everything for 15 minutes.
Chop fresh parsley and add it when the soup is ready.
Add sour cream to taste.
