Delicious Tajik soup recipe! The perfect combination of bean soup with lamb. Bean soup with lamb is an incredibly flavorful dish that everyone will love. Today I’ll show you how to cook bean soup in the style of Tajik cuisine. This traditional Tajik soup is simple to prepare, but it does take time – the longer it simmers, the richer and more aromatic it becomes. Lamb soup has an outstanding, deep flavor that will impress anyone at the table. It is traditionally made with lamb, but you can substitute beef if you prefer. However, I recommend using meat with bones, as this makes the broth richer and gives the soup a fuller, more intense taste.

Recipe and Ingredients:
Chop carrot, parsley root, onion, and celery.

Cook 1 kg of lamb with bones in 1.5 liters of water for 1.5 hours.

Finely chop 1 onion.
Finely chop 1 celery stalk.
Chop 1 bell pepper.
Dice 1 eggplant.
Chop 1 carrot.

Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat under a lid.

Strain the broth and let the meat cool.

Grate 2 tomatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well.
Add salt, sugar, smoked paprika, and rosemary, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Separate the meat from the bones and finely chop it.

Chop 1 chili and 2 cloves of garlic.

Add 300 g of canned beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Dice 2 potatoes.
Pour in the broth and cook for 20 minutes.

Finely chop dill.

Enjoy your meal!
