Recipe and Ingredients:
Finely chop 1 onion and fry over medium heat.

Chop 1 carrot.
Grate 1 bell pepper.
Chop 1 celery stalk.
Chop 1 leek.

Simmer everything under a lid for 5 minutes.

Dice 2 potatoes.
Add 1.5 liters of water and simmer for 15 minutes.

Dice 200 g of sausage and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.

Finely chop 1 chili and 2 cloves of garlic.

Grate 2 tomatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix well.

Add 250 g of canned corn.

Season with salt, sugar, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and paprika, and cook for 5 minutes.

Let the soup cook for another 10 minutes.

Finely chop fresh parsley and add it when the soup is ready.
