Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 100 g of bacon and fry it over medium heat.
Finely chop 1 onion. Dice 1 carrot. Cut 4 potatoes into cubes.
Add salt, Herbes de Provence, and oregano. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Pour in 1 liter of meat broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic, 200 g of sausages, and some fresh parsley.
Lightly mash some of the potatoes in the soup.
Add 100 ml of milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
