Recipe and ingredients:

Cut 2 chicken fillets into 3 pieces each.
Cover with plastic wrap and pound them gently on both sides.

Season each piece with:
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
0.5 teaspoon rosemary
0.5 teaspoon oregano
0.5 teaspoon thyme
0.5 teaspoon red pepper

Finely chop 1 onion, half a bell pepper, 1 tomato, and 2 cloves of garlic.
Chop a bunch of parsley and dill.

Mix the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and spread the vegetable mixture on top.
