Cook 500 g of veal in 1.5 liters of water for 40 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion. Sauté it in olive oil and 20 g of butter over medium heat.
Chop 1 carrot. Finely chop 1 celery stalk. Dice 3 potatoes. Slice 100 g of mushrooms. Finely chop 1 chili and 2 cloves of garlic.
