Recipe and Ingredients:
Finely chop 1 onion.
Fry in olive oil with 20 g of butter over medium heat.
Finely chop 1 leek.
Chop 1 bell pepper.
Grate 1 carrot.
Chop 1 hot chili.
Simmer everything for 7 minutes.
Dice 2 potatoes.
Pour in 2 liters of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Slice 100 g of mushrooms.
Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Fry for another 2 minutes.
Sear 400 g of tuna, 2 minutes on each side.
Add salt, mixed pepper, and thyme, then cook for another 15 minutes.
