03:08I hope that everything is okay as we jumpstart the beginning of the week.
03:12But over the weekend, some persons cannot rejoice because there were a lot of ups and downs taking place.
03:19Now, we saw the police involved shooting the video release footage of that, of the situation.
03:25Of course, many persons were chatting about that.
03:28It went viral over the weekend along with a party goer that attended a popular fest in the West that collapsed
03:36and he lost his life and, of course, condolences to the family there.
03:40So much to discuss, as many of you are discussing online and among each other.
03:49But today, it's only right that we have my co-host, who is the man who always is there to be the helping hand to the nation
03:55to assist and give comfort to those of you who are seeking.
03:59We have our Captain Rambrot here with us, my co-host this evening.

04:10It's always a pleasure to be on the program.
04:13And I just barely made it because we had a search just after lunch quite down in Rio Claro.
04:19But before I go into it, let me just mention, I want to talk about the party goer who died, unfortunately, at the party.
04:29And I recall my time as a young man.
04:32Me too, myself.
04:33And we would be going from Carnival Friday in those days.
04:36We didn't have that much parties.
04:38Yes.
04:39And we'd be going from Carnival Friday straight to Tuesday.
04:43And I know he has a lot of energy, but, you know, he doesn't take care of your body.
04:48I'm not saying he didn't take care of his.
04:49His father said he had a stomach issue.
04:51And he was on medication, yes.
04:53With that, and then the father also indicated that he had a heart, he recently had heart surgery.
04:59That is the father.
05:00So it could be that there's something in the family.
05:03But our condolences go out to him.
05:05It's sad to lose a young man like that.
05:07A professional, by the way.
05:08Yes.
05:09Working in the banking sector.
05:10In finance.
05:11But I came in and there was a rush this afternoon for me to get here simply because at 1, 12, 30 p.m.
05:18Thereabouts today we received a distress call from a mother in Rio Claro that a nine-year-old special needs son would have come out, escaped from the house.
05:31And so we immediately launched a switch together with the mother and neighbors.
05:39And I was there and about 90 minutes after we found him, you know, where Whitney?
05:44Where?
05:44We found him in one of the neighbor's home on her bed playing.
05:49Aww.
05:50But what happened is because of the experience, what we did, right?
05:54I saw bushes around.
05:55I said he wouldn't go there.
05:56Yes.
05:57Let's begin a house to house switch.
05:58And we all began searching the houses there in Rio Claro one by one.
06:05All beneath the house.
06:06Yes.
06:06I told him check under the beds and everything.
06:08Yes, you'll be familiar with.
06:10Yeah.
06:10And, you know, this is the experience we have.
06:14We bring to bear on searches.
06:16It wasn't a search.
06:17I said he wouldn't go into the bushes.

06:22And up there, the people leave their gates open, their doors open still.
06:26And he went in there and was on the bed.

06:29So, happy.
06:30And then his name, we were happy to find him, right?
06:35And during the last week, we were very busy, right?
06:39So, I just want to speak about, the gentleman was found alive.
06:45His name is Sadie Tang Kunji.
06:48Yes.
06:48And what happened to him?
06:50He's a Trinidad-born non-national.
06:52He came down with his wife to avoid the winter last November.
06:57And they were staying in a place called Railway Road in Ravensab, Londonville.
07:04And then he got up one morning, left to eat doubles, to buy doubles.
07:08And he never returned.
07:10Right.
07:10And you know what happened?
07:12What, he got lost?
07:13He returned to Canada without his wife.
07:16He took her passport.
07:17He took all the money.
07:18He took all the bankers.
07:20Put it in her bag, a little green bag he had under his arm.
07:23And he went to Canada, and he had us searching for him.
07:27We were down in Dow Village.
07:28His relatives lived down there, so they could vouch for this.
07:32And the clip that the producer would have just shown us,
07:37is us searching down in Dow Village for him.
07:41And the thing about it is the police were there just before us.
07:45So, we were all searching for Sadie Tang Kunji.
07:49Captain, so the vehicle that we said that maybe he jumped into,
07:53which was a familiar person, obviously, that is known to him,
07:57was really, he made that arrangement.
08:00Yes.
08:00He really went for the doubles?
08:02He bought four doubles.
08:04He paid with a hundred, he got back his change.
08:06We confirmed that.
08:07And then jumping the weekend would have gone, you know,
08:10probably to the airport, purchased a ticket, and he went back.
08:13So, all her personal documents, all his, all her personal documents,
08:19including it.
08:19So, she's in Trinidad.
08:21She has to try to get her passport documents or travel documents.
08:27Luckily, his daughters, their daughters reside in Canada.
08:31Right.
08:31And he contacted her just on Saturday last,
08:35after having gone missing on the 8th.
08:39And, yeah, and that is how we knew that he was back in Canada.
08:43Did he give a reason why he didn't?
08:44No, he didn't give any reason.
08:46Apparently, probably, they had a fallout or something.
08:49But, I mean, you had resources being burned.
08:51You know how much it cost us to go out one day?
08:54Yes, yes, yes.
08:54And then what about the police resources?
08:56Because they were there in the same area we were conducting our searches.
09:04And, you know, when persons go missing and, you know,
09:08the police may say, well, we have other important things to look after.
09:13You know, this is the reason, because it burns a lot of resources.
09:17This is Londonville Police Station having to leave to go down to Coovain.
09:22On other parts, sir, they went to other parts of the country to search for him,
09:26only for him to be in Canada.
09:29And, Whitney, the search for Albert Solorzano continues.
09:34And this one has us worried, right?
09:35Yes.
09:36We conducted two searches since last Monday.
09:39This one is in Lopino.
09:41In a night search, someone said he was up there.
09:43We got the team out there in Lopino in the night.
09:49As the report came in the evening and we were there searching for Albert Solorzano.
09:55So wherever people said he was spotted, we went, we conducted searches all through again.
10:03A much larger team went out another day to search for him in the area we've identified.
10:11Karapo, Holohoketa, Manuel, Congo, Twin City, Wallerfield area.
10:18And so he's still outstanding.
10:20So we're asking anybody who has information on Albert Solorzano,
10:26please contact us or call your nearest police station.
10:30Our number is 799-1453.
10:34And then we had a situation, Whitney, where a lady was reported missing by her relatives,
10:45including her husband.
10:47And it was stated that she left in a blue Honda vessel.
10:53And they indicated to us that she would have had her mental health may have been compromised.
11:02We can't say yes or no, but the thing is we were on the lookout for her.
11:07We spotted her vehicle in the Chaguanas area.
11:10We contacted the relatives.
11:12Thank God they reach.
11:13And the relatives met her at the Chaguanas police station.
11:28Of course, we left because we don't know.
11:30We allowed the relatives and the police to sort it out.
11:33So we would not have known, you know, what they decided at the end.
11:37We allowed them that space to just simply, you know, sort out their business.
11:43But she was found.
11:46And so I believe those were the missions.
11:51I don't know if, Jackie, if we have any more.
11:54Yes, I think those were the missions that we were on over the last week.
11:58Pretty, pretty tough week.

13:06that continues to rise.

13:59And in situations like this, the TTPS and also the citizens are trying their best
14:04to protect themselves from the criminal element that continues to make us be
14:10in comfortable situations and be fearful of our lives,
14:13all constantly looking over our shoulders.

14:18we hope that we can find a way to get that control.
