Two murders in two days in Tobago has pushed the murder toll to 18. Dead is Ezra Sylvester, 41, of Arnos Vale Road Moriah Tobago, he was shot in Scarborough on Saturday night and died at the Scarborough General Hospital. While Anthony Lopez of Goodwood and Andrew Archer of Pump Mill Scarborough were also shot, and rushed to the Scarborough General Hospital. More from Elizabeth Williams.

00:05according to police Mr. Sylvester was warned by officers his enemies wanted
00:11him dead. Senior Superintendent of Police Radul Kirk spoke with TV6 News.

00:59Scarborough were also shot during the hail of gunfire. They were both rushed
01:05to the Scarborough General Hospital for treatment. Several spent shells were
01:10found on the scene. Meantime officer Radul Kirk said part of the problem in
01:15Scarborough is the congregating of certain elements and indiscriminate
01:20vending.
01:51And as for all borders remaining porous officer Kirk said there remains the
01:58worrying trend of high-powered rifles being used to carry out crimes. He said
02:04group of people continue to carry out these acts.
02:35The black matrix motorcar used in the shooting and murder on Saturday night
02:43was recovered by police in Scarborough by the I Love Tobago sign. The vehicle
02:48originally green was spray-painted and bore false number plates. According to
02:54police Ezra Sylvester was sitting on a chair under a tent at the old First
02:59Citizens Bank car park located along Carrington Street Scarborough when the
03:04black matrix stopped along the roadway. Five armed men exited the vehicle and
03:10began shooting. Sylvester attempted to run but the men followed him and fired
03:15several shots. He died at around 9.15pm at the Scarborough General Hospital.
