00:06charged with the murder of 25-year-old Jamali Fraser.
00:10The charge is indictable and the matter was adjourned to September 15, 2026 for a sufficiency hearing.
00:18Jamali Fraser was gunned down in Signal Hill on the night of January 9th, Tobago's first homicide for the year.
00:26Police reports indicate that around 10.34 p.m. on January 9th, a resident arrived at his Cornwall Rock Road Signal Hill home after work.
00:37While proceeding onto his property, the resident observed the body of a man dressed in a white vest and short pants lying motionless on the ground.
00:46Checks were made and the man was found unresponsive.
00:49The resident immediately contacted the police who responded and identified the deceased as 25-year-old Jamali Fraser.
00:58Officers observed what appeared to be gunshot wounds to the head.
01:02Police further stated that Fraser was among four men charged last August in connection with a robbery at Cards Supermarket.
