It's now a quadruple murder as the 4th man shot on Monday morning with three others in Tobago succumbed to his injuries at the Scarborough General Hospital. This is Tobago's 16th murder for the year. The deceased is Jumoke Duncan of Bethel. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.

00:00A quadruple murder, the first in the history of Tobago.
00:04Jamoki Duncan was shot in the pelvis and shoulder and has suffered a broken femur.
00:10He passed away at the Scarborough General Hospital shortly before 9.30 on Monday night
00:15following a shooting incident in Blackrock on Sunday night in which three others were
00:21killed.
00:22The four murder victims are Anselm Douglas of Blackrock, Samuel McCain of Mount Pleasant,
00:28Gregory Hamlet of Golden Lane, Jamoki Duncan of Bettel, Tobago.
00:32According to police, around 12.04am on Monday, 8th July, a group of persons was gambling
00:38off Blackrock, Tobago when they were approached by three armed men who shot at them, fatally
00:44wounding them.
00:45The assailants, who were masked in camouflage clothing, made good their escape in a silver
00:51aqua, which was later found abandoned along Toby Drive, Lowlands, Tobago.
00:56The District Medical Office of Health, Dr. Kemshaw Salandi, ordered the bodies removed
01:01to the Scarborough Mortuary.
01:03Autopsies are to be performed to determine the cause of deaths.
01:07Sources told TV6 News that Samuel McCain was the target of the three shooters and that
01:13it was a revenge killing for the July 1st murder of Nathan Roach of Mount Pleasant.
01:19Senior Superintendent of Police Ruddell Kirk told TV6 News on Monday that suspects have
01:24been questioned and police are following certain leads in solving the case.
