00:01A very warm welcome if you're just joining us to a rather chilly Assen circuit here in the Netherlands where
00:06the grid is starting to form up ahead of British Superbike race won the first race of the showdown these
00:12final three rounds of the season that will decide the BSB champion for 2026 you know what this is all
00:18like Shane you've been on both ends of it where you've come into this showdown with a big advantage sometimes
00:23you've come from behind what will be playing on the riders minds especially Kyle ride at the top of the
00:28standards right now.
00:28Well do you know what will be playing on their minds if they've got any sense is how strong this
00:32tailwind is on the grid we're standing here and honestly the wind blowing down the start finish straight here is
00:38really really strong so off the start Danny and I were just speaking a minute ago and just saying you
00:41know you're going to get the start and try and get the run into turn one but so much wind
00:45behind and then obviously at the end of the back straight one of the fastest corners on this circuit you
00:50know you peel in sort of fifth gear six gear flat 165 170 mile an hour yeah that's going to
00:55completely change the braking marker because then they're going to have a headwind so
00:58yeah that's something for them to comment think about in the in the first instance but points make prizes in
01:04this showdown part now and consistency is also key.
01:08Well Kyle ride that knows that and has demonstrated that better than anybody else Danny but with the sketchy conditions
01:13that we had here in qualifying earlier we've got a bit of a shake up on the front row of
01:17the grid which is going to make things interesting too.
01:19Yeah I mean it always does I always say the old saying the cream rises to the top though you
01:24know I bet you Scott Redding is going to be at the front I bet you Kyle ride is going
01:27to be at the front and you know we spoke off screen as well about Bradley Ray where he's qualified
01:31you know he's going to be there you know he's been fast the weekend so I believe I don't know
01:37I mean it is hard it is hard to get to the front but around here you know with the
01:40overtaking opportunities and how big the track is you know Bradley if he can get to the top five or
01:45top four I think he'd be in for a shout in there in the race too.
01:48Well they will be relieved to see despite the high winds of this tailwind down the front straight James's dry
01:53track conditions and I think for everybody earlier today that was that was the one thing everybody was crossing their
01:57fingers for.
01:58Yeah very much no one wants to see that sort of in between it's like dry or wet and we've
02:02looks like at the moment it's going to be dry there is a big wind we know that and it's
02:07going to be an exciting one Cole just have a little look at some of the earlier laps.
02:12This is Leon Haslam's pole lap.
02:14Yeah and it was tricky conditions so brave from Leon he was the only guy out on uh on Inters
02:20at that point he said I just knew I had to go and uh it was a lap time done
02:25early on that kept him to the end and uh Leon's had a lot of success here over the years
02:30as well so he'll be another rider really wanting to he hasn't grabbed a win this year for the first
02:35time in Superbike in British Superbike so he would love to get one here.
02:38Yeah there's a big chance for him that yeah and I say it time and time again you can never
02:43count him out like we was watching his qualifying like me and James and he's just pushing the bikes out
02:49of shape he's on the inside curb at the Gerts in the chicane and you know and he's just in
02:53there still fighting and uh yeah you can never count him out and you know when you speak to the
02:58other riders we've all raced against him he is so hard you know to race he's fast he's um you
03:03know he's hard to overtake he's aggressive so yeah looking forward to it.
03:07Okay well as you just saw then the bikes are out on the sighting lap uh already watching them through
03:11the final chicane is our race commentator Steve Day.
03:16Yeah guys the riders are about to come into shot one of the best final sectors on Ellie calendar in
03:22world motorsport the Gertimmer chicane this is where it can be won and lost I've got to say just to
03:27add to what you guys have been saying the wind is so strong here the gusts are going to be
03:32pushing them down the start finish straight this would be a really important
03:35sighting lap for all of the riders here they're going to feed back some information now it might even be
03:39a time for some of these riders to have some good friends in British Supersport just to find out what
03:44the race conditions were like out there this could be crucial this wind is so different to anything they've faced
03:50so far this weekend.
03:53Other than just getting a feel from which direction it's coming from and how that might affect the bike what
03:58can they actually do to mitigate for strong winds like this Chad?
04:01Not a great deal to be honest and the difficult thing is is when it's gusty you know you you
04:05get different uh you know at different points in the track you know for instance we spoke about coming down
04:09into turn one here it's a really really fast entry you know the guys will be doing 160 odd miles
04:14an hour breaking all the way down to second gear for turn one.
04:16But the peeling point is going to be much much different with a with a strong tailwind because as you're
04:21trying to turn over it it's like lifting the bike up for you so it's going to be some really
04:25really awkward places you know we saw in that Supersport race actually a couple of guys lost the front into
04:29turn three well into turn three you've got literally a side wind into you and that caught a couple of
04:35people out so yes it's going to be about getting out there getting a feel for it you know nobody
04:39can control gusts but but getting a feel for the wind and what it's going to do for your for
04:43your peeling point.
04:44Yeah and the worst thing about that though with the wind is sometimes when you're fighting against it you're trying
04:47to point a peel in and it's blowing and then suddenly it stops and you're way!
04:51We've all been there!
04:53That's kind of what's really tricky in these sort of conditions.
04:57I always think as well the um you know when you're in a slipstream with a person in front of
05:01you and you've got this towel and you pull out and you think oh that's right and then you just
05:04keep going into the turn and it's like you can't you know you just will not there's going to be
05:09a lot of people running wide at turn one but these guys are the best in the country they're the
05:12best in the business and I'm sure they're going to
05:14adapt themselves to these conditions pretty quickly.
05:17Yeah no shortage of experience amongst the front runners behind us Leon Haslam on pole position and we just got
05:22a glimpse then of Scott Redden who starts from the second row of the grid James.
05:25He's got Kyle Wright just in front of him on the grid but quite far in front of him now
05:29in the championship it's a big day for him.
05:31It is and it's going to be really important let's just remember again start the showdown we've seen so much
05:37happen here.
05:37Yeah with that just a little extra speed a little pressure Scott has got the pace we know what he
05:42can do around here he'll want a good start I think the the real one that we can keep an
05:46eye on a bit of wild card is with Bradley having just messed up that little bit of qualifying he's
05:51the one that's got a word to do he's the one that's really got to try there are a lot
05:54of points left but you've got to start trying to turn it around now so it's going to be a
05:58fascinating opener.
05:59Yeah touching on the Bradley Ray thing it's going to be really interesting because Bradley had a bit of a
06:03technical issue with the bike yesterday afternoon they've done a little bit of work they could see a problem on
06:07the data but couldn't see a problem with a component that the data was showing there was a problem with
06:11so they've tried a new engine in in qualifying but obviously conditions were mixed you know we saw that really
06:17really difficult to get a feel for whether or not the bike was any better but yeah he's going to
06:21be running with a different engine in that McCams Yamaha and hopefully it'll be back to the the front like
06:26he was in FP1 and FP2 but he's got some work to do.
06:29from where he qualified that's for sure.
06:31He sure has let's get his thoughts now Brad Ray is chatting to Witt.
06:35Yeah where he has qualified as row five it looks a long way back it's a big big circuit this
06:39and a big spread out grid which means it's quite a way to the front row Bradley got your work
06:44to do but typical Aston at this time of year Messi through qualifying difficult to get a run at this.
06:50Yeah no it's been it's been tricky obviously the first three practice were good for me some issues in that
06:55pre-queue and it's taken I think till now to figure out what's been going.
06:59on so it's been been tricky the pace the pace is out I'm fast around here so let's try and
07:05get a good start and get in the mix.
07:06Good news is you've got the fastest pace around here this week in the dry conditions looks like it's a
07:10bit brighter over there don't want to speak too soon because it's Aston but it looks like you're going to
07:14get a dry race.
07:14You never know around here but whatever it is we'll do our best.

07:18Yeah if you can recapture a little bit of pace and have the bike set up the same as it
07:24was which is quite difficult when you've had this little dry track time it does look like it's going to
07:28be dry so you wouldn't actually bet against Brad getting through but he has got a long way to get
07:34through.
07:35I'll have a quick word with Glenn we haven't spoke to Glenn for quite a while this looks a little
07:38bit like a better a better kind of meeting going on for Glenn at the minute.
07:43How is it for you I dare ask you a lot of times over the last sort of six months
07:47how is it for you Aston?
07:49Yeah it's a lot better Jimmy we've been strong in all conditions wrong tyre for qualifying with the soft wet
07:55and the track was pretty dry but felt like I'd done a good job to arrive in P9 with that.
08:01Yeah now we make a change that we wanted to try today based off yesterday no time to try it
08:06other than now and go get stuck in good start aggressive into T1 and mindfully the wind has changed a
08:13little bit there
08:13so you can feel that on the out lap but we just need to put our head down and arrive
08:17where we should arrive.

08:20Right and this sometimes happens when you've had a messy weather wise going through qualifying and testing circuit you kind
08:28of want a little bit of a winging of breath and a little bit of a guess
08:30for the set for the kind of conditions you've got for the race and that's exactly what Glenn is going
08:37to do so we are now going to the front row
08:42let's have a look where is he this is Danny Kent in third position again like Glenn really happy to
08:49see Danny with something he's just got his sort of energy gel to get going with but quick word with
08:55us first only a quick one
08:57it's good to see you mate that's all I'll say.
08:59Yeah better later than ever it's been a tough year but yeah Aston's a track that I've always loved
09:04a team who gave me a great bike so the pace yesterday was quite good as well so you can
09:08get a good start and see what we can do.
09:10You have a little bit of a tailwind in turn one to contend with and that might just make it
09:15interesting first lap if you get there first I think that's going to be a good thing.
09:19Yeah well I'm glad you told me because turn one's where I've been struggling to stop the bike but yeah
09:25I think like I said it's the same for everyone so take the first few laps try and stay in
09:30the front group if possible and then see what we can do pace wise.

09:35Right middle of the front row this is Ryan because the man who is just on such a roll at
09:43the minute I know he ain't going to agree with that because saying he's on a bit of a roll
09:46suggests that this isn't what he can do every single weekend.
09:49But for the last few weekends I can tell you you have been the man and you did it again
09:53in sketchy conditions didn't look that easy it looked like you did take a bit of risk from what we
09:58saw but sometimes that's what you've got to do.
10:01Yeah 100% you know we actually went out on a safe option too safe with wets hardware and then
10:06I see Leon go full inters and I was like I know and he came past me on the lap
10:10one so yeah came back in a few minutes to go I was like right put inters in then it
10:16started raining.
10:16I was like no put wets in and then they put wets in and I was like no we've got
10:20to go inters so then we went into rear wet front just left the front from the old one before
10:24went out there I did an out lap and one flying lap it was like a super pole.
10:28And it looks like again I'm touching wood when I'm saying this because it is assing and it's kind of
10:33late in the year we know what can happen in 10 minutes it might be completely different however it looks
10:38like it's going to stay dry for you.
10:40Yeah exactly you know I had a tough day yesterday I only did 12 laps in the dry in total
10:44so you know we're maybe a bit behind on set up on that but you know the guys have made
10:50some improvements and let's see if we can run at the front of the race.
10:53Good luck thank you right I'll tell you what this way we're just going to have a quick word before
10:58we chat with I'll just have one quick word with championship leader we've only got a little bit of time
11:03so Kyle good enough I'm not going to say damage limitation this is just kind of looking at the championship
11:08we saw that took a bit of time to build up to in qualifying this is good enough for you.
11:11Yeah I went out and full slick so I was brave and got to the back of the track and
11:15I thought right one good lap and then pull in and it was just too much I thought if I
11:19get a touch of white line or anything I'm down and then I'm not scoring any points today so I
11:23pulled in I think Leon chose the right tyres as you said on TV I watched it back and yeah
11:28obviously all his experience about 30 years of it got him that pole position but yeah it was well done.
11:34Right we've got about 30 seconds left to speak to the man of the moment in qualifying at least this
11:40is Leon Haslam on pole and it was a good pole and it was a brave pole and it was
11:46an experienced man's pole he went out straight away your new conditions were going to get a bit worse you
11:51can see that mate but you still need to be brave.
11:53Yeah no it did feel that way followed out Ryan on full wets and we were full inters so it
11:58was sort of the rain bouncing off the visor but she was still sticking so we managed to get it
12:02in so it was good.
12:04Mate we're impressed good luck lad.

12:10is going to watch out for that after watch out for that wind hit a turn one he's really breezy

12:22between Kyle Wright and Scott Redding 75 up for grabs this weekend race one he's on the way next.
12:35Welcome to the cathedral of speed it's asin it's round nine of the British superbike championship for 2026 looks like
12:45we're going to get a dry first race here at the weekend will it stay dry there's always a bit
12:51of rain in the air this time of year in northeastern Netherlands.
12:54It's 17 laps coming up and in the championship it's 71 points for Kyle Wright to try and defend how
13:01does he manage this weekend Scott Redding knows what he's got to do just concentrate on getting the job done
13:08here this weekend he wants to get back to winning ways Bradley Ray 103 down would need some end to
13:15the season to have a say in the championship or is it just a battle for third now overall Leon
13:20Haslam fourth and he's on pole here ahead of Ryan Vickers
13:23and Danny Kent and Danny Kent Leon Haslam has won more races in Aston than any other British superbike rider
13:28car ride heads row two great display from him earlier in qualifying in tricky conditions Redding and O'Halloran join
13:37him on row two with Skinner a winner at Cadwell a few weeks back seventh and Stacy Max Cook is
13:43down on row four as well.
13:44And then you've got to look back to 13th for Brad Ray who you could say if he gets a
13:50really good start has a chance here of podium and maybe even a race win as well James weather at
13:56the moment dry but you just never know with this place.
13:58You don't and it was really bright uh looking where the weather's coming from and now it isn't looking that
14:03bright the wind's really strong it's blowing a lot of weather in quicker than we're anticipating uh yeah do you
14:09know what from what I've seen I've got my prediction is Ryan Vickers is looking to get out the front
14:13and just have a go at this he's been really quick on the out lap going to the grid and
14:17on the warm-up lap he's done the same thing he's just got stuck in I think he's going to
14:21go yeah.
14:22Riders then making their way on to the grid ready for this 17 lap race.
14:33We are on the grid ready to go the warm-up lap is complete here at Assen the cathedral of
14:37speed for round nine of PSV in 2026 it's the showdown it begins here 25 points for a win 22
14:44for second 20 for third the championship leader and the reigning champ starts on row two with Scott Redding up
14:51next to him.
14:52There's a long pause here whilst we wait for the lights to go out in Assen an even longer pause
14:57here and finally we get underway and a great start from Ryan Vickers on the Honda he will surely get
15:04to Harbach's turn one in the lead ahead of it looks like here Scott Redding he's coming through from the
15:10second row on the Hager PBM Ducati good start from Scott.
15:13Yeah I thought this was going to happen he's always good off the line he's Ryan Vickers and just the
15:17way he went about that warm-up lap just suggested to me that he's going to have a push early
15:22on.
15:22Kyle Ryder course has got 71 point lead to try and defend he's got to manage this well but he's
15:26mired back a bit he's lost a plate or two he's tight on the approach to turn five Strubborn but
15:30he makes a move on his teammate Glenn Irwin.
15:32Yeah I think Kyle Ryder's just going to want to see where Scott Redding is number 45 there that's who
15:37he's going to watch because that is his rival and champion and that isn't even a close rival 71 points
15:42that's who he's got to defend.
15:43Jason O'Halloran there number 22 has had a good weekend so far on the other Honda he's up into
15:48fourth now ahead of Leon Haslam that's wide there from Storm Stacey.
15:51What a start here from Vickers the man on form the man who has won four of the last five
15:56races.
15:57Yeah and a lot of confidence going with Ryan and not cocky confidence he just knows he's got the bike
16:02a little bit more the way he wants it here the bike seems to suit this Alisson circuit fast and
16:08flowing for the most part.
16:09Yeah I thought he might do this mind you they're going with him.
16:12He had a wet qualifying at the start of the day the wind has picked up significantly totally changed direction
16:18as well ahead of this race so the riders had a sighting
16:21lap just to try and get their eye in.
16:24Yeah if you've got a constant wind which this is it's not really gusty you're going to get some gusts
16:29but it's a gust to catch up.
16:31Oh Scott up the inside there on Ryan Vickers he set that up beautifully for he ramps a corner and
16:37he leads.
16:38Look at O'Halloran he's moved up into third now it's a Honda's second and third as Vickers look tries
16:43to fight back but will not get through.
16:45I'm really pleased for number 22 in third there Jason O'Halloran just because he's not had this
16:51all season been really struggling like a lost sheep at the back of the garage not now I spoke to
16:55him yesterday he's so happy we're out of the bike he's around here.
16:58Karl Rye may be seen Scott Redding take the lead he has now pounced on Leon Haslam he did that
17:02into turn one so Karl Rye the championship leader he's up into fifth.
17:07Yeah this is down into Struwe but if you run a little bit wide there in the park you've got
17:10to get passed up the inside but you've got to try and cut back to a late apex
17:13because that slingshots you onto this straight and just about if you look it gives you a chance
17:19into this down the Vien slang and there's a pass on there but it's a really fast car and you
17:25can be brave.
17:25Looks like Karl Rye was trying to weigh up a move on Danny Kent for fourth place but can't get
17:30through
17:31and that's Leon Haslam just behind Karl Rye. Max Cook as well on the AJ and still stop the motor
17:36just trying to tag on to the back of this group.
17:38That's Karl Rye there. A little bit of a look at Danny Kent and this is exactly what Danny Kent
17:45up that's nice move from Danny good to see.
17:47Yeah into Mandevene corner there from Danny he needed that as well because hot on his collar is Karl Rye
17:53on that nitrous competition Stucati.
17:56Yeah he needs that for himself anyway this season never mind just for that move.
18:01Yeah any confidence will do. Karl Rye inching close to the tail there of Jason O'Halloran and Leon Haslam
18:07he's ready to pounce as well. Can't quite get through.
18:12He's got ready to do exactly what he needs to do just go out lead and win he knows what
18:16he's got to do and this is it.
18:18He did say that the last couple of rounds maybe he's just been thinking about the championship too much
18:22and it's played with his mind a bit as Karl Rye again quick through turn one and moves up a
18:29spot.
18:29Yeah really easy to take a move there and then run wide mid-corner and get passed back on the
18:33comeback
18:34but not for Karl at the time played it perfect yesterday in free practice one and free practice two
18:39the fastest man out there was Bradley Ray and he set an all-time new record as Karl Rye there
18:43on the inside
18:44of Danny Kent the door was slightly ajar and Rye goes through Bradley Ray struggling he's down in 15th
18:49not sure what's going on there.
18:50I don't know what's going on there because he he was doing fantastic times early on this weekend in the
18:56dry
18:56you would think you'd put the same settings in and away you go same tyres remember but
19:03it's not as easy as that especially when you've dropped off the bike and done damage to it.
19:09Karl Rye then is up into third and do you know what he would probably say that will be all
19:13right that
19:13Scott Reading winning that would only be five points of difference.
19:16You know that Karl Rye's thinking that. He'll have done all of the maths.
19:21Yep. Will Kyle coming into this weekend in Assen?
19:23Not only that, his dad will be on the pit wall, Sean, the relationship between Sean and Kyle is unreal
19:31in terms of what they know is going on and the sort of presence of mind to know exactly the
19:35situation
19:35not just race-wise but championship-wise and he'll be giving Kyle all the information he needs
19:39every time he passes the start and finish. Mind you they've been pit boarding for him since he was four
19:44so they should know how each other think by now.
19:48In fact start lap 4 of 17, Scott Reading leads, of course double winner here in Assen last year.
19:55Scott with the gone free experience around the Cathedral of Speed as well.
19:59Leon Haslam there just can't quite get through.
20:01Yeah, not only has he got the experience Scott Reading around here, as others have, but it's his kind of
20:07circuit.
20:08For the most part, the first section is a little bit sort of stoppy starter.
20:12Once you get out of Struber and onto that back straight, this is kind of Scott Reading territory.
20:18He's been brought up on GP circuits, right?
20:20Yeah, absolutely.
20:22Raymond is doing a fine job.
20:24He leads from Ryan Vickers with Kyle Wright, safe and sound you would say, in third place.
20:28He's got Danny Kent up behind him.
20:31Then it's Haslam and O'Halloran.
20:34Yeah, that's down into Ruskin.
20:36There's a couple of layouts there.
20:37You'll see there's lots of time like hard runoff, but the track they normally use is a lot slower.
20:42You slow down at the end of the bean slang, the back straight,
20:44and it's like a second gear right and left chicane, but actually for MotoGP for Wilkes-Upperback
20:50and only for British Championship, for BSB as a national championship,
20:55they use a fast one and it is.
20:56Ooh, not any goodness.

49:15forever and then it
49:16was like six laps to
49:17go and I was like
49:17hope I've got tire
49:18left normally we
49:19don't have that
49:19issue this year so
49:21much but here seems
49:21to be a little bit
49:22of a factor which
49:23will take note for
49:24tomorrow but no I'm
49:25happy to get that

49:53behind using me as a
49:55reference but in all
49:56fairness I was quite
49:57happy with how I
49:58managed it I got to
49:58work on the bike a
49:59little bit but I was
50:01like on autopilot I
50:02felt like sometimes I
50:03had to wake myself up
50:04because I was in the
50:04zone so much and I
50:06felt like I had to
50:06push a bit at the
50:07end but you know you
50:08got to kind of work
50:09on those days a bit
50:09listen it was a

50:21at Cadwell James he
50:23he kind of showed his
50:24intent right from the
50:25beginning of that one
50:26yeah he very much did
50:27he just got his head
50:28down and he thought
50:30well I'm gonna try and
50:30break him early doors
50:31he knew that well I
50:33guess he was hoping
50:34that he'd get a bit of
50:35a gap off Carl off the
50:36start Carl tends to
50:38start a bit slow if
50:39he's kind of mid pack
50:40and he just put in some
50:42beautiful laps and he
50:42just pulled his way
50:44got got that nice
50:44little gap and he
50:46really controlled it
50:47and actually that time
50:49that he made up in the
50:50first few laps was
50:50crucial at the end
50:51because Carl was
50:52coming strong he was
50:53I think that really as
50:54you heard him sort of
50:55say there I think that
50:56he felt he could
50:57respond it was always
50:59difficult because he
50:59was starting to spit
51:00you know spitting now
51:01so he's probably getting
51:02a bit of that on his
51:03visor and thinking
51:04hold on I've got three

51:07three seconds three laps
51:08to go I think came
51:09down to 2.1 at the
51:10end but it seemed like
51:11the sensible thing to do

51:19next few laps were
51:20critical because we
51:21say with Carl back in
51:22I think fifth or sixth
51:23it just gave him that
51:25opportunity to go and
51:27he was impressive
51:27though with what he
51:29managed to do there to
51:30make that break
51:31and Leon Haslam as
51:32Shaky said never
51:34ceases to amaze really
51:35he keeps fighting he
51:36takes a risk when
51:38others might not like
51:39he did in qualifying to
51:40get that pole earlier
51:41and I don't think he
51:42could have done much
51:43more to fight for that
51:44second
51:44it was absolutely

51:46the podium again

53:44Well, he can't do any more than that. Winning races is what it's all about now for Scott Redding and
53:48whatever happens behind him is going to happen.
53:51But he did it in style today. James Whittem has joined us from the commentary box via the Honda pit

53:57Yeah. James, you've got a quick word with Ryan Vickert.
53:59Shot down there, which he's at the bottom of the pit lane. Don't know why they're down there.
54:02Not up here with everybody else. It would have been easier. But Ryan says just no grip.
54:05They're saying exactly the same tyre, exactly the same batch as the previous ones, but just no grip.
54:10And you could see that on screen. Actually, we thought in the booth he'd had a puncher. I thought he'd
54:15had a real puncher and he would drop right off the back of him.
54:17He said he'd got his head round it and he realised where the grip was and where it wasn't and
54:21kind of worked his way back into the mix.
54:24But yeah, he said that was difficult. He was really quite upset, to be honest.
54:28Yeah, I mean, that is a shame. Because it was also interesting that Halloran, who started very, very strongly, Halloran's
54:33full fear.
54:34He seemed to sort of suffer this whole thing. So it does make you wonder whether it's a tar thing
54:40or whether it's a set-up thing later on in the race.
54:44Yeah, a little bit of spitting, etc. Ryan was really adamant it was a tyre thing. He said they've done
54:50nothing else different.
54:51He said, at the beginning, he was getting these big slides, which is why he made a good start. I
54:56expect he could have the grip, didn't have the grip, even going into the corners.
55:00Yeah, it was that one that was the real big one.
55:02Yeah, it was.
55:02And it took him, as you say, you could see there, it kind of shook him up and it took
55:06him a few laps to regalder, didn't it?
55:09As a rider, you know, you get a big slide like that, something's wrong and you're trying to get your
55:13head around where he's a puncher, something's broken on the bike.
55:15Check your boots, there's no oil.
55:16Yeah, exactly. Once you realise now, it's a problem that's going to stay the same about, then you can sometimes
55:22work your way through and Ryan's really good at that. I think he did well there.
55:26Forecast looking a bit better for tomorrow, hopefully. So we'll get two dry races, two more chances for Scott Redding
55:31to chip away at that Championship League.
55:33Yeah, very much. I mean, the big problem he's got is with the consistency of Carl. He's trying to get
55:38those people between him, which he just can't do.
55:40At one point, you'd feel, Carl's in sixth, Scott's out there, he might grab a few points on him here.
55:46But Carl just works his way through, doesn't get flustered, doesn't rush it, and in the end, it ends up
55:52being two points.
55:52Yeah, like you said, Scott needs people in between him and Kyle. Kyle knows that as well, he's doing exactly
55:58what he needs to do.
55:59But he's so difficult, he's not going to, Scott's not going to drop back and try and get people in
56:03the mix, like we've seen before.
56:05Generally doesn't work, he's doing all he can.
56:07OK, he will continue to do that, I'm sure.
