Another mile in the books β€” first time running without sweats and a hoodie in a long time, and it made a real difference. Ran an 8:57 mile, though I felt like my legs were buckling a bit, and honestly, I haven't eaten yet, which probably didn't help.

Real talk: I don't actually enjoy running that much. But the goal right now is turning 1 mile into 2, then eventually into 3, building up mileage over time even without loving the process. On the gear side, these Temu shoes have genuinely impressed me through this whole experiment β€” if you don't already have dedicated running shoes or you're new to running, I'd honestly recommend starting here before spending big on premium options.

Not everyone loves running, but building the habit anyway still counts. What's a fitness activity you don't enjoy but keep doing anyway?
