01:40Psalm 104
01:46praise the Lord O my soul O Lord my God you are magnificent you are robed in splendor and majesty
01:54he covers himself with light as if it were a garment he stretches out the skies like a tent curtain
02:03and lays the beams of the upper rooms of his palace on the rain clouds he makes the clouds his
02:10chariot and travels the
02:11along on the wings of the wind
02:14he makes the
02:15winds his messengers and the
02:17flaming fire his attendant
02:19he established the
02:21earth on its foundations
02:23it will never be moved
02:26the watery deep
02:30covered it like a
02:31garment the waters
02:33reached above the mountains
02:35your shout made the
02:37waters retreat at the sound of your
02:39thunderous voice they hurried off
02:41as the mountains rose up
02:43and the valleys went down
02:44to the place you appointed for them
02:48you set up
02:49a boundary for them that they could not cross
02:51so that they would not
02:53cover the earth again
02:56he turns springs
02:57into streams they flow
02:59between the mountains
03:01they provide water for all the
03:03animals in the field
03:04the wild donkeys quench their thirst
03:08the birds of the
03:09sky live beside them
03:11they chirp among the bushes
03:13he waters the mountains from the upper rooms of his palace
03:17the earth is full of the fruit you cause to grow
03:24he provides grass for the cattle and crops for the people to cultivate
03:28so that they can produce food from the ground
03:32as well as wine that makes people feel so good
03:35and so they can have oil to make their faces shine
03:38as well as food that sustains people's lives
03:44the trees of the lord receive all the rain they need
03:47the cedars of lebanon which he planted where the birds make their nests near the evergreens in which the herons
03:55live
03:56the wild goats live in the high mountains the rock badgers find safety in the cliffs
04:04he made the moon to mark the months and the sun sets according to a regular schedule
04:10you make it dark and night comes during which all the beasts of the forest prowl around
04:17the lions roar for prey seeking their food from god
04:23when the sun rises they withdraw and sleep in their dens
04:27men then go out to do their work and labor away until evening
04:34how many living things have you made oh lord
04:37you have exhibited great skill in making all of them
04:41the earth is full of living things you have made
04:46over here is the deep wide sea
04:48which teems with innumerable swimming creatures
04:51living things both small and large
04:55the ships travel there
04:57and over here swims the whale you made to play in it
05:02all of your creatures wait for you to provide them with food on a regular basis
05:08you give food to them and they receive it
05:11you open your hand and they are filled with food
05:14when you ignore them they panic
05:17when you take away their life's breath they die and return to dust
05:22when you send your life-giving breath they are created
05:26and you replenish the surface of the ground
05:30may the splendor of the lord endure
05:32may the lord find pleasure in the living things he has made
05:37he looks down on the earth and it shakes
05:40he touches the mountains and they start to smolder
