00:54sextortion investigation.

01:00Paul, police allege 23-year-old Charles Ezekiel Usner of Mount Lebanon communicated with a 15-year-old
01:06boy, drove him to Peters Lake Park for a sexual encounter last July, and recorded it on the
01:11teen's cell phone.
01:12The Observer reporter first reported Usner's charges, as investigators say they discovered
01:17the video while looking into former Peters Township high school student, Zachariah Myers,
01:22who was accused of blackmailing classmates with explicit images.
01:26Usner faces multiple felony charges and is being held in the Washington County Jail on $500,000 cash
01:34bond pending an August 17th preliminary hearing.

01:40A recent headline says the number of measles cases in Pennsylvania is intensifying, with
01:45Lancaster County reporting the highest numbers.

01:49Dr. Jillian Irwin is medical director with the Allegheny County Health Department.
01:53While there are 176 cases in Pennsylvania right now, we currently have zero, but we honestly
02:01don't anticipate that staying that way for too much longer.
02:05On the Big K Morning Show, Dr. Irwin said the county's vaccination rate is strong at 93.8%,
02:11but says there are pockets with much lower rates.
02:14She's calling on parents to have their children vaccinated.
02:16In her words, it's going to get put out any small fires before they get bigger.
02:21For the second time in a year, mold was found inside New Horizon School in Beaver County.
02:26The mold was growing on teaching supplies, desks, furniture, and library books, which were all
02:31thrown out.
02:32School is scheduled to reopen for the first day of school on August 24th, after the mold
02:37forced students out of the building last year.
02:40And the Powerball jackpot is growing after no winner in Monday's drawing.
02:44The estimated prize is up to $786 million ahead of the next drawing on Wednesday.
