00:09project is the reason I've decided to come across halfway across the world
00:13despite being Australian and obviously attached to the brand but don't
00:16underestimate the decision. It was really easy to come once I've flown in and met
00:20the people that you're talking about and come to this great city. It's just a
00:25pleasure to be here and look forward to the project. The focus will be on the staff.
00:29Clubs are about people. Ben mentioned it's a build. I've had a look at the plan.
00:34The plan is really good. The reason we're here is really good. We've read all the
00:37documents, the agreements, the government, the NRL, the different supporting groups
00:41around and it's there so it's bringing the people alive to make sure that the
00:45people in WA and in Perth can feel that we're about as a group and I see that so
00:50to do that is to make sure everybody's got confidence in their roles and what
00:53they're doing and they believe that we're setting out to achieve.
