00:46the vote. We wanted to have some kind of comprehensive ordinance in place and then
00:54any kind of person that wants to buy the property would have guidelines and we felt that it was
01:02important to put those guidelines in place. This comes as a plot of land near the I-79-70

01:21through pennies since February. A recent news release says enrollment has fallen about 10 percent
01:27from last year's record high, with higher premiums cited as the top reason people are leaving the

02:31conspiracies. AP correspondent Ben Thomas reports the AP has finally made a call in California's

02:42choice for change in November. Republican Steve Hilton will face Democrat Javier Becerra in the race for
02:49California governor this November. A former Fox News commentator backed by President Trump,

03:00us the highest poverty rate, the highest unemployment rate, the highest cost of living in the country,
03:05but they want more of that with Javier Becerra or whether they want to go in a new direction.
03:10Becerra has served as California's attorney general and U.S. health secretary. I believe that we must
03:16protect inclusion everywhere we can. I believe that as governor, my job is to ensure that I am
