00:11Their address is 70 Plaza Drive, Pell City, Alabama, 35125.
00:18They recently completed a rebranding of their medical practice,
00:24formerly known as Northside Medical Associates.
00:30This is following them being sold to Faro's Capital Group
00:36and becoming part of the Complete Health medical system.
00:45They recently changed their sign out on Highway 231 in Pell City.
00:53I just wanted to do this video to let people in Pell City know about my experience.
01:00Dealing with this medical practice, they advise you to look elsewhere for your health care needs.
01:07I paid to see a nurse at the Northside Medical Associates location in Trustville, Alabama.
01:15It's there near the new high school off of Deerfoot Parkway in 2019.
01:24I had a very serious head trauma-based injury at this time.
01:30I almost died.
01:31I was repeatedly misdiagnosed by the partner of Northside Medical Associates, now Complete Health.
01:42And they share this building.
01:44The address is 7201 Happy Hollow Road, Trustville, Alabama, 35173.
01:52And the sign out in front of this medical practice in Trustville, it reads St. Vincent's Trustville,
02:01also St. Vincent's Northside Primary Care.
02:04But this is the same location.
02:07And yeah, this is another issue that I had dealing with this place.
02:10Almost every time that I saw the name of the actual medical practice written down,
02:16it was a different name.
02:19And this is a huge red flag for any prospective medical patient out there.

02:33I have a several hours video about my experience dealing with this medical practice.
02:40I had previously gone to the emergency department of a related hospital of Ascension in Birmingham, Alabama.
02:51And this is St. Vincent's East.
02:56Went to the emergency department there repeatedly.
02:59I had several different levels of scans, x-rays, computer tomography.
03:07And two, Northside Medical Associates Trust will now Complete Health.
03:13Saw a nurse there.
03:14I was referred to an MRI.
03:16The facility is located in the same building.
03:19And on my bill, it reads as St. Vincent's Ambulatory Healthcare Network, LLC.
03:27They did the MRI.
03:28I got the results back from the MRI.
03:34And this was in August 2019.
03:38I saw a nurse of Frankie Crum.
03:42The radiology scan was outsourced to an outfit also located in Birmingham, Alabama.
03:50And this is Vulcan Imaging Associates.
03:52Their office is located off of Lakeshore Drive in Birmingham, Alabama.
03:59Their doctor, Michael Brandt Ruff, MD, he looked at the MRI scan that I had done there.
04:10And on the report, it comes back and it said that I had no injuries present.
04:15As I said, I almost died from this injury.
04:17I got the images on a CD from this medical practice.
04:23I got my records.
04:24And what I had in my hands, there were contradictions.
04:29Because in those images, I had six inches diameter of infection in my head.
04:39And this was confirmed by this nurse for complete health.
04:46He stuck an instrument in my ear and looked in my ear.
04:49And he could see where the swelling had expanded out from this wound, which circled in these MRI pictures.
04:58So I brought up these concerns to Frankie Crum.
05:01I brought them up to Northside Medical Associates, now complete health.
05:06I also called Northside Medical Associates, complete health, owner and CEO, Dr. Ronald Helms.
05:17My phone call to this doctor was never returned.
05:21And, yeah, I believe there was enough medical talent in this place to acknowledge the fact that I had been
05:30misdiagnosed
05:31to give me a correct medical opinion on these pictures for the money that they were asking for for this
05:40scan.
05:41It was over $500.
05:43I went back to this practice, saw Nurse Celeste Richardson, the medical practice itself, and St. Vincent's Ascension.
05:53They would not acknowledge my injury and help me get this straightened out.
05:57Neither would Vulcan Imaging or Dr. Michael Brant Ruff.
06:01I called all of these people.
06:03And I did not get very far.
06:07Despite having paid large sums of money.
06:11They would not acknowledge my injury or their mistake.
06:15You can hear all those calls, all the records, and see all the pictures.
06:20They're up there on my YouTube channel, my videos.
06:22Another thing about Vulcan Imaging Associates, they may still be doing radiology work for Complete Health and St. Vincent's Ascension.
06:36They will not acknowledge mistakes made by their doctors.
06:41I was told by this woman, Kim Mooney, who has no medical credentials, that their company stood behind that report.
06:50And she can't say that because she doesn't possess medical credentials, all right?
06:57I went back in 2021 and saw Nurse Celeste Richardson.
07:02My case and my situation had not been recorded in the records for Northside Medical Associates and Complete Health.
07:12Nurse Celeste Richardson would not acknowledge my injury either.
07:17And then after this visit, I requested my medical records from Northside Medical Associates, now Complete Health.
07:26And I was told there at the front desk they would not give me my medical records that day.
07:33And that is a huge red flag to any prospective medical patient.
07:37When I finally got my records, they appeared edited and they had a cover sheet with the address of this
07:45Pell City, Northside Medical Associates, now Complete Health location.
07:52And again, I brought this situation up to Dr. Ronald Helms.
07:57My phone calls were not returned.
07:59Anybody who's looking for medical treatment in the Pell City area, Trussell area, please look into my situation before you
08:10spend your money and time with Complete Health.
