00:05overnight. Allegheny County Police say the discovery was made after 1 30 a.m. in the 500
00:10block of Irish Town Road where the man was on the street. He had multiple gunshot wounds and died at
00:16the scene. The husband and wife found dead in Penn Hills on Tuesday afternoon have been identified
00:20and 9-1-1 was called around 3 30 p.m. after an SUV crashed into a garage in the
00:276700 block of
00:28West Vera Vista Drive followed by gunfire. 44-year-old William Broaddus and 44-year-old
00:34Crystal Russ were found inside with sources saying Broaddus shot Russ before killing himself.
00:39Neighbor Tom Jleplonski told KDKA-TV there were no previous signs of trouble. They're
00:44nice people, quiet people. I've seen them, waved to them. I never heard anything or had any inkling
00:53that this would happen. The couple was said to be going through a separation. The chief of staff
00:58for Pittsburgh Public Schools faces a court hearing in September on assault and strangulation charges.

01:10Blackwell allegedly grabbed his girlfriend by the wrist and choked her. Police say when they arrived,
01:15she was gone and Blackwell had denied anything happened, adding she was trying to ruin his career.
01:19When officers spoke to the woman, they say she had redness on the left side of her neck.
01:23In a statement to KDKA-TV, the district said Blackwell remains on the job, saying he's
01:27complying with the legal process. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 10th.

01:33A former UPMC employee is sentenced to probation after stealing charity tickets meant for children.

01:43That's right, Paul. 65-year-old Ramona Wilkes has been convicted in a scheme involving tickets for kids.
01:48A Pittsburgh charity that provides event tickets to children in need.
01:52Prosecutors say Wilkes used her job at Pittsburgh Mercy to obtain the tickets,
01:56then kept them for herself and six co-conspirators, including broker Jacob Mazzey of Steel City Tickets.
02:02Mazzey paid more than $34,000 in restitution and received two years probation,
02:07while his company was fined $25,000.
02:10Wilkes was sentenced to five years probation, including one year on house arrest,
02:14in order to pay more than $57,000 in restitution.
